Instead, she got extremely hostile and yelled at me stating "YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW YOU READ! ALL OF THESE THINGS ARE COSTING US NOT YOU!" The manager remained angry and hostile up until the point where I was no longer in the drive thru. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer should have to deal with this behavior from any staff member and the manager only proved that if she can talk to customers like this, so can the staff.
