Been coming here for years since it opened and you can tell the meat is unlike any of these other fast food places. Their commitment to healthy beef is wonderful. They also have all sorts of sauces like cilantro aioli and pineapple sauce which is a much. They get you your burger out quick and it's delicious. Think shake shake but elevated and the buns even have an emoji on them on theme and brand. Despite it being a fast food ish place they will still serve you at the table and it's a great experience. The service is great. I will continue to come back for years to come as long as the quality of the food remains. I was really bummed when I heard their burger with avocado and beans was off the menu as that was my go to every time. I would love for them to bring it back.
No frills burger spot with speedy service and affordable prices. I had the Double Whammy Burger and a side of Fries. The burger was hefty. I probably could have order a regular Ori Emo but I was feeling ambitious after my workout. Outside of the emoji on the bun, there wasn't anything unique about the burger. However, this was a good burger. It absolutely hit the spot, even if I couldn't finish it. A definite recommend if you're looking for a good but simple burger.
I'll be honest this was my second time coming here it's a small restaurant with the music blasting in my ears .My burger however felt normal nothing made it special not even the grilled onions or the mushroom it tasted the same to my partner's who had just the Oemo burger .I couldn't tell if the burger was juicy or if the sauce what making everything slip out of the bun .I do like the taste and the size it pretty good but the onion rings are nice crispy and crunchy .Otherwise it's just another burger place .(I do like the little emoji bun )
Easily our favorite burger joint in Queens. Start with high-quality fresh beef patties, top with Feta cheese and a side of Onion Rings or Sweet Potato fries. So delicious we already developed a craving!! Mario, Kevin and the crew provide excellent service with a smile. Place is cozy and clean. An absolute must try when in the neighborhood!
Emoji Burger is a bit of a cheesy concept, but the food quality is there, and that's what counts. I very much enjoyed my burger and fries. Cooked really well, and the flavors were a great balance. Oh! And their blackberry milkshake is insanely good. It's an absolute must if you stop by. The staff were friendly, and were attentive. Definitely a nice spot for a late night bite.
This was a one time experience and it was worth it for the bucks!! I just love how they do the emoji logo on the burger buns. The prices are typical compared to most other places and I'm just glad they got veggie options which is rare to find. The veggie burger was good I give it thumbs up. Inside has few seating spots and it's clean I think for the most part from what I noticed. I did a take out order can't really comment much on the service but the guy who placed my order was nice and overall it took 15 mins to complete my order. This place is located in a crowded busy neighborhood therefore good luck with the parking unless it's a weekend and weeknight.
Last time I came to NY, I couldn't try this place came here on Saturday omg the Da wink burger was so juicy. One of the best burgers by far. 15stars
Do you like juicy flavorful burgers? How about thick satisfying shakes? If you're in Jackson Heights, then you should make a bee-line for Emoji Burger. There are 12 burgers to choose from. This place has been around for a long time in JH but we've never gone in because the price point for a burger did not agree with us. BUT it is worth every penny! Not in the mood for a burger? They've got 3 salads to try, 3 renditions of Mac & Cheese, 10 kinds of fries, chicken strips or wings, and 10 kinds of shakes. There is plenty of seating for you to enjoy their menu. We had the Double Whammy, Emo Fries, and an Oreo Shake and were not disappointed. We even came back the next day and told a friend who in turn had to go in and give it a try. If you decide to eat in, they have squeeze bottles of their emoji aioli that is just so dang tasty. Don't be shy to ask for more of this awesome sauce if you're taking it to go. The burgers are even branded. Terribly cute in my opinion. We will be coming back AGAIN for sure. We might try their Astoria location next time.
Small establishment in Jackson Heights. They make a pretty solid burger; juicy and well seasoned. Plain fires are pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the specialty fries. Chicken tenders are a good choice as well. The burgers came out fairly quick - not fast food quick.
Emoji Burget is a strong lunch choice in the area. The Yummy burger is one of my go-to's when I need a delicious filling burger. Cue smiling emoji. The Yummy features 5 oz Beef, which honestly I wish I had the choice of getting medium rare instead of well done. I'll have to ask if that's possible. The burger also includes cheddar, cheese, guacamole, black beans, lettuce-optional, tomatoes and chipotle aioli (mayo-based). All emoji burgers come on a brioche bun. Speaking of which, worth watching, Thomas Keller released a Beef Wellington Instagram recipe and it includes a brioche recipe in there. The Cheese fries are also a solid choice, but let's be honest cheese fries when given the option are ALWAYS a solid choice. It's not your mystery cheese sauce made from Yellow 5 and sawdust either, the cheese is made from a melted mixture of Mozzarella, American, cheddar cheese, and accompanied by that mayo-based emoji aioli. I'll see there around lunchtime, excuse the cheesy fingers.
Place is VERY clean! I was impressed to the point where I thought it was a brand new spot. There are plenty of seats at tables and along the walls. Ordered a cheeseburger, small regular fries and a water and the total came up to a little over $17. Worth it? I'm inclined to say no. It was decent though. The burger WAS flavorful, it the beef patty was just SUPER thin. The bacon was crispy, the sauce was on point, there was juice in the box it came it from the burger. It was just...very thin. The amount of fries was decent for a small and it came with 2 dipping sauces other than ketchup which was nice. I'd stop by again...just hope the size of the burger matches the price tag.
If you're a fan of Shake Shack, you're going to love the burgers from Emoji. I wish I can save & replay that first bite into the burger over and over, because it's pure bliss! I'm not a big eater, so their burger with one patty was filling and satisfying for me, especially paired with their generous fries. There's an option to add an extra patty ($4) to your burger, if you're feeling extra hungry. The burger bun needs to be highlighted as well, the brioche is so soft, and doesn't overpower the burger patty. Great bun to patty ratio. Chicken strips are good too! There seems to be a seasoning to the batter, a little salty, but not overdone. I wish they were meatier, less fried exterior per bite, but that's the healthy part of me speaking. If you're in the area and craving a burger, this is the place to go!
This was my first time trying Emoji Burger. I ordered a Thumbs Up Burger which was made up of Beef, Mozzarella cheese, smoked ham, grilled pineapple, lettuce, tomatoes, and emoji aioli. The smoked ham and pineapple gave the burger a very distinct taste. I enjoyed this burger with an order of fries and a Vanilla Milkshake making my entire meal perfect! The establishment was very clean and organized. The service was very good and extremely fast. I definitely recommend Emoji Burger if you are in the Jackson Heights area.
The "Emoji Burger" Debrief Attempted to have a "civilized" family dinner at Emoji Burger in Jackson Heights. Within ten minutes, it became a full-contact sport involving napkins and a high probability of a food coma. The Lineup: The Ori Emo: Pure Pat LaFrieda beef doing the heavy lifting. Classic, juicy, and gone in about four bites. Da Wink: Added applewood bacon because we aren't here to play it safe. It's "wink-at-your-trainer-while-you-skip-the-gym" good. Weary Fries: Appropriately named. Between the mozzarella, grilled corn, and double aioli, these fries are so heavy they should come with a structural engineering permit. BBQ Wings: Hand-battered, crispy, and sweet. The only thing they didn't survive was my sons. The Finish Line: We topped it off with a chocolate shake thick enough to defy physics and their famous bread pudding. That bread pudding is a rich, custard-soaked masterpiece that honestly deserves its own jersey. We're currently sitting in the car wondering if we'll ever need to eat again. 10/10 would definitely roll out of here again. Emoji Burger | 80-07 37th Ave, Queens Vibe: Deliciously messy. Status: Defeated by the Weary Fries. read more
Getting a quick bite in New York before heading to the airport! I had a few hours before catching my flight back to Chicago, so my friends suggested Emoji Burger. Honestly, it was a pretty good choice! We mostly got burgers and fries. They do have shakes, but I kept it pretty chill and went with a ginger ale. We got everything to go, so I didn't get a chance to really experience the food in person or take photos of the meal as it was served, but everything held up really well as takeout. I also liked the little emoji design on the buns, it was a nice touch! The interior of the restroom was pretty cute too. If you're in the area and looking for a quick burger and fries, I'd say give Emoji Burger a try. It was a solid experience. 3.5 out of 5 stars! read more

Fast and efficient! Emoji Burger has the most delicious comfort food. The dinning is cute and cozy, food is brought to your table if dinning in. They also do delivery for free. Accepts cash and card but no Apple Pay. My go to order is a Ori Dog, Emo Fries, and EXTRA SAUCE. Make sure to ask for extra sauce, they will happily give you extra with no charge. My friends and I love Emoji Burger more then we should, they surprised me with my essentials for my birthday. read more
Went to visit my mother on Mother's Day [5/10] for a quick visit (social distancing) and hubby was hungry for burgers. I had heard of Emoji when they opened but never tried it so decided to order it for hubby. We decided on a burger most similar to a classic cheeseburger which was the Da Wink Burger. All the burgers here does not have a combo (a la cart, no fries or drinks). We called in our order (7:10pm) and waited outside until it was time, went inside and there were others also waiting for their orders. Ordered: - 2 Da Wink Burgers (5oz Beef, American cheese, apple wood bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and emoji aioli on a Fresh Brioche bun, cooked medium) - regular Fries - Sweet Potato Fries - Can of Coke By the time we arrived home with our meals, we reheated our fries in the toaster oven to crisp up. It was a tasty dinner overall, but doubtful we'll order again since we aren't in the area often enough to want burgers. I was also expecting emoji symbol to be stamp on the burger bun like BurgerFi or Umami Burger which would be really cool. It is a gourmet burger but not worth the price especially since it is a la cart, even Burger Bistro at least come with a side (fries or something). read more

All of you burger fiends need to check out their selection of loaded burgers! They have some interesting combinations. The addition of pineapple and ham, anyone? Burgers here are very cool looking with a bratty smiley face burnt into the top of the bun. I got the 'Ori Emo', a regular cheese burger with lettuce and tomato which were very fresh and crispy. The perfect accompaniment. For an extra flavor kick to the burger, I added one of the 3 sauces on the table. The Emoji aioli was pretty good. Great with fries too. All burgers are under $6-10, plus tax and tip. Fries with cheese were good, but I would have preferred a different cut of fry to differentiate it from every other run of the mill burger place. Maybe a waffle or crinkle cut would be a better choice. The fries were nicely covered with mozzarella, american cheese, cheddar, cilantro and emoji aioli. There is also a few other loaded fries varieties to choose from. For extra flavor, I also dipped the fries in the Emoji Sauce (pink sauce) that is on the table in a squeeze bottle. Gives it an extra zip! Also on the menu are loaded hot dogs and a dozen different flavored shakes to whet your whistle. A very casual burger joint with waiter service. Having a waiter doesn't seem really necessary for a meal of burger and fries. read more
Overall: 3.5 Stars: almost a fan. Emoji Burger is a solid neighborhood option for burgers -- and a good alternative to Shake Shack. Food: Pretty Good (3.5). We Had: - "Ori Emo" and "Da Wink" burgers. These two burgers are nearly identical, with the "Da Wink" burger adding two slices of applewood-smoked bacon. They are both pretty good and have very fresh toppings. Although Emoji Burger and Shake Shack share the same supplier (Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors), Emoji Burger's beef patty is less greasy, while Shake Shack's is slightly juicer and slightly sweeter. Emoji's burgers seem to hold better as a sandwich than those from Shake Shack. - Cheese Fries. These were only OK despite the generous amount of cheese. The fries could be cut thicker for a more potatoey flavor and texture. Emoji Burger has two sauces in addition to ketchup -- a light chipotle mayo, and a light greenish chimichurri aioli. Service: Good (3 of 5). Emoji Burger has waiter service, unlike most other burger joints, I suppose to manage to traffic flow in this small restaurant. Our server was prompt, and did his best to answer our questions. There is complimentary tap water. Atmosphere: Good (3 of 5). Very clean. There is free VPN-friendly Wi-Fi courtesy of Link NYC. There is a bathroom behind the service counter, which we didn't check out. read more

First time eating at the Emoji Burger...I always wanted to go and eat there near my neighborhood that I usually walk by without noticing it and now I seemed to notice it! Ta da!Today I had ate here by myself to go, buy and try the Da Wink burger and the Emo fries with a can of soda...Both the Da Wink and the Emo fries were really good and delicious! It's definitely worth it to spend most of my money lol! What's kind of funny, I should've asked and told the server no tomatoes on my Da Wink burger 'cause I don't really like tomatoes! Oh well! Overall I found the service was quick, efficient (7 minutes to be served) and great! I would definitely eat there again and it never feels a bit weird to eat there by myself! ;) read more

We came here from Texas to see a sick family member in the hospital. We decided to give Emoji Burger a try based on the reviews. We LOVED it here. The food quality was exceptional. The burgers are tasty, but you can't stop at just the burger. They gave us a free bread pudding, and I would rate it as one of the best I have ever had. Finally, we had to try one of their hand spun shakes. We were only in this part of NY for a few days, and we had to return for another shake! On top of the great food, the owner and staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. It's a little hidden gem in Queens! If we return to Queens, these burger lovin' Texans will be back! Thanks Emoji Burger for making this a tasty trip! read more
First time here and wasn't disappointed. We came right when they opened. We were greeted and seated respectively. I didn't know what to get so our server had made some suggestions based on what we liked. I ordered the OMG burger and my sister ordered Da Wink. We shared the pio fries. The burgers were pretty filling and fries were delicious. I especially liked their garlic aioli sauce. Their restroom is super small and cramped but hey it's New York, I guess. read more

SAUCE,SAUCE,SAUCE. Out of everything there is to order at emoji burger my favorite thing is the sauces that come with it. I've been going to Emoji burger since they opened. Over the years they've tweaked some things in their burgers, added new items to the menu, and even changed their fries. When eating out I really relish in the simplicity and comfort of knowing what my food is going to be like. However every couple of months or year of eating at emoji burger they tweak something. Sometimes I get used to it like the fries even though I still cross my fingers that the original original ones come back. But I also embrace this change as I never would've uncovered how much I really like hot dogs with out it as I switched to eating hot dogs after they changed the burger. The main reason I eat the fries is I love ordering the emo fries and placing them in my hot dog along with the toppings on the fries. Then I put either the green or the orange sauce or both and eat my hot dog accordingly. They did change both the bun of the hot dog and the hot dog a couple months ago but they seemed to have changed it back which is awesome. They also have some cool other hot dog with toppings options. Their shakes are pretty great as well and if you do want try out their burger it comes with a cute emoji stamped on top. The service in emoji burger is pretty nice and you can order to go or order at the counter, sit down and they'll bring your food to you. The best part about dining in is you can have as much sauce as you want and if you order out I recommend you ask for extra sauce. Be warned though the CELLULAR service in emoji burger is not the greatest. You won't be able to scroll through Instagram or make a phone call inside the store. I've found this to be the case with most restaurants on 37th Ave. The store itself is a cute burger spot and it accepts card and cash but does not have Apple Pay. read more
