Just take a look at that cheeseburger. Thick and juicy with a quarter plate of steak fries.

I've been anxiously waiting to eat at a classic diner since watching a documentary on Netflix a few months ago. I had several hours to kill on my way back to the LaGuardia airport and spotted this location just off the highway. Everything about this location screens nostalgia. Please keep in mind. This is a cash only operation however they do have an ATM machine by the restroom if needed. I started with an order of Diet Coke, which was served with a side of Housemade pickles. They were delicious. Since it was later in the afternoon, I went for the classic Jackson hole 7 ounce cheeseburger serve with steak fries. One of the juiciest hamburgers I've had in quite some time. All of the servers were very attentive, checking on me and making sure my soda was filled. Definitely must stop and enjoy before diners like this fade away into history.

Famous because of Goodfellas but the food is still amazing. You pull up to this little diner and walk in and it's like you are transported back in time a couple of decades. The old Coke machine, classic Coca Cola cups. You have to go with the basics. Bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate shake. All fantastic. The service was great. If you're in the area, enjoy delicious food, nostalgia? And classic looking joint. This is a place to stop by.

Once again we were in the mood for some good breakfast or at least I was and my company wanted a turkey sandwich so we decided to go to none other than Jackson hole in Queens Astoria Boulevard. Our food came out perfect as usual. I had a short stack of pancakes two eggs over easy and some toast. And my friend had their turkey club sandwich which they really enjoyed. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. Very attentive. Very pleasant lady. Made our experience even better. As far as the ambience, this place is incredible. The decor is beautiful. Vintage like the 60s. Like a old soda shop. It feels nice and warm. And they play the classics. So it really brings you into an experience. A fun one. So if you want to go to a really cool diner, that has really delicious food, I suggest you check out this location. And on that note, have a great one everyone! -Ray

If you're craving a taste of nostalgia with a side of chili cheese and Hollywood history, Jackson Hole Diner hits the mark. This chrome-and-neon throwback is as photogenic as it is filling. Famous for its appearance in Goodfellas, the place draws tourists -- but the food holds its own. The menu is stacked with crowd-pleasers: oversized omelets, monster 7-ounce burgers, and juicy chicken sandwiches that are anything but basic. We went full diner mode: chili dogs piled with beans, cheese, and jalapeños, plus some of the crispest home fries I've had in a while. The coleslaw was fresh, the pickles snappy, and the vibe? Classic Americana. Service was quick and friendly, with a tag-team approach that kept the refills coming and the smiles genuine. It's not health food -- it's comfort food. Expect to leave full, maybe a little greasy, and happy.

Some things at Jackson hole have changed and sone things have stayed the same. The food has always been good, it always comes out hot and cooked to order. The shakes are not as good as they used to be, but the burgers are still colossal. The breakfast is great too! One thing that has changed is there are no credit cards accepted and the only form of payment they accept is cash. They do have an ATM machine on site for you to get cash, but I don't necessarily like the cash only policy. But, Will I be back??? Yes I will... The food is that good.

First of all- thank you and your team sincerely for an awesome experience :) This was our second time ordering delivery and ya'll are SUPER on point. Not only with your delivery game but the burgers are ENORMOUS. Tonight I ordered the Burger Med Rare. It was done PERFECTLY. I had the steak Fries- super classic and comforting. The Lettuce and Tomato were so extra fresh they are still crispy on the burger. Huge props for that ! Great quality Veggies. The only downside to my particular order is that: I live in BK very far from Jackson Hole so obviously needed to reheat my grub. Few minutes in the ol' air-fryer and we were back in biznassss. Mozz Sticks also. Straight perfection. Glorious. I requested a few ketchups & mustards if possible too and they hooked it up huge. Appreciate you ! Finally... the CHOCOLATE CAKE. YASS ... I've ordered every slice of chocolate cake I've come across & have to say some of the slices are drastically smaller than they used to be. Luckily, you guys understand Cake is not a place to cut back and think we won't notice ?!! Not during these troubled times !! We need cake. And you deliver. Thank you for your service ! Huge fans. PS- The "to-go" goods are packed strategically to avoid spillage or the food sweating too much in transit. Also, if you ever complain about your food arriving "Soggy" remember it comes out blazing hot and is rushed to us through the blazing cold to meet our stupid demands. 10 stars. One love !

My family came here before out flight from LaGuardia and loved it. The portions were big and they let us take it on the plane. The food was also extremely delicious. The service was good too, they gave us quarters for the really cool jukebox that worked and the food came really fast. The Ambiance is retro and old, but in a good way they make it perfect. I will come here every time I have time before my flight from LaGuardia!

I haven't been to this place in over 10 years. The guy who took my order was still there when I first went years ago. It brought back so many memories. But it seems nothing had changed. The decor was the same with its vintage decor which is so cool. I ordered a New York Burger that comes with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo, but what is a burger without bacon, so I added that. I thought the burgers were bigger years ago, but the burger was still juicy and tasty!

They make such great salads. Their staff is super friendly and accommodating. We've been coming here for years and it hasn't lost its charm. You can definitely come here and have conversation. It's not too loud.

This might be my new favorite diner. We stopped by on Saturday. The place was packed inside but there were seats outside. We opted to wait for a spot inside and it only took 10 min. The decorations are 100 - retro 50s style diner. Our server was very nice. I ordered the chipotle homemade veggie burger with a side of waffle fries. The burger was delicious! Usually at diners the veggie burger is a typical impossible or beyond patty, but theirs was legit homemade. They also have freshly squeezed orange juice and other great shakes and smoothies. I felt the quality of the food of this diner was superior than most I've been to. Would def come back! Note it's cash only but they have an atm onsite.

Is Jackson Hole wheelchair accessible to eat inside?

    Yes

    Do they steam their burgers?

Their burgers are cooked on a flat steel grill and covered with a metal bowl. I've seen them squirt some water under there to generate steam to keep it moist.

    How is the parking?

It has a small parking lot, but there was also plenty of street parking as well.

Our server brought our drinks, but after that, she never checked on us again. After waiting around 40 minutes and unsuccessfully trying to find her to pay, we finally got up and asked for our check. We were then told to pay using a QR code at the table, which no one mentioned, but who cares. Given that our only interaction was having our drinks dropped off, we did not leave a full 20% tip on a bottled beer and a glass of wine (full disclosure). As we were leaving, our server stopped us to say something along the lines of, "If you didn't like my service, you could have just told me. Maybe next time." The irony is that we would have had to actually receive service to comment on it. We spent most of our visit trying to find her just so we could pay and head towards our gate. A little attentiveness would have made for a much different experience, especially considering we did not sit to eat or even receive any refills (not that we were asked lol). Just a super weird interaction all together.

Disclosures first - my primary/most…read morefrequently Centurion Lounge experiences have been DEN and IAH so I cannot compare the Sapphire Lounge at LGA to the Centurion Lounge at LGA. That aside - a few highlights for parents - 1) There's a dedicated nursing room - I have been to a lot of Centurion Lounges and have never seen a dedicated nursing room - this is enormous and there should be more accomodations everywhere for parents of young children 2) There are two dedicated play rooms - one for young children and one for slightly older children - this is incredible and there's a nice welcoming space for parents to sit comfortably and supervise their children at a short distance - I have never seen a playroom at a Centurion Lounge (which may be indicative of the priorities for AmEx compared to Chase) The service was okay - there as an oddly rude interaction where a staff member firmly stated a stroller is not allowed in a certain space (but there were no signs) though they did help with moving the stroller which was appreciated. The open concept with a central bar and open food space works really well for a lounge and there is a lot of comfortable seating. The food, unlike most lounges, is actually pre-portioned. This creates a cleaner experience with getting food, though does mean you're struck with the portions they decided. I preferred this model for its cleanliness and how easy it makes it to pop in and out of getting food without having to organize into a line - but others may prefer a more traditional self serve portion style. All in all, a really fantastic Sapphire Lounge experience and I'm truly sad IAH does not have one!

The bar has several drink options to choose from which are all complimentary. The food selection was pretty amazing since there was many healthy options available and there was even a QR code to order more food to your table and included a great and wide variety option. The drink section was spectacular! They had bottles and cans available including energy and electrolyte beverages. They had cold brew on tap as well and all the alternative milk options available. I will say the best part about this lounge is the spa service where I got a mini facial and the spa person was very kind and explained each step and I swear my skin had never felt cleaner! The mafadine pasta was a good pick adorned with springy components like pea leaves and a compelling Parmesan vibe. Maybe I like vegetables more than I thought? The steelhead carpaccio special was a stunner. Based on my 1.5 bites of monkfish I'd also endorse that. This may be more of a "DVD extra" but when I originally looked up the QB many of the top-ranked items were breakfasts and some were p-zza (reverse SEO). Based only on lower-left menu placement I would say don't go that route and that specials are a good bet. Again this is only based on 1.5 bites but the eggplant parm special had great sauce. I'm undecided on the watermelon granita which wasn't all that watermelony but spicy dessert was different. I was surprised by how much I liked the edamame, since you can get that everywhere, but the Japanese 7-spice add an intriguing citrus kick.

Food: 3.5/5 We made it a point to try a range of brunch options. My grandfather ordered the sweet potato and chorizo hash, I went with the two-egg combo with pork sausage (eggs over easy), and my husband chose the Moroccan eggs. Overall, the food was good and flavorful, especially if you enjoy dishes with a bit more nuance and influence from Spanish or Mexican flavors. That said, as someone who leans more toward classic American diner-style brunch, it didn't fully hit that nostalgic spot for me. It's not that anything was bad--it just wasn't the most memorable brunch I've had. Still, it was nice to explore a different side of their menu beyond the burgers, fries, and pasta we'd tried before. Service: 4/5 The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant. However, they do rely on a QR code-style menu, which can be a bit of a learning curve--especially for those who prefer a more traditional ordering experience. During the brunch rush, things definitely got busy and a bit overwhelmed, so service slowed down slightly. One tip: if you already know what you want, it's best to order everything upfront to avoid delays. Vibe: 3.5/5 Like many New York spots, space is tight. Even as a party of four, we were seated at a small square table, which could be challenging if you have strollers or extra belongings. That said, the space still feels cozy and neighborhood-friendly--great for a casual brunch, just not the most spacious. All in all, It's a solid neighborhood brunch spot with interesting, flavor-forward dishes and kind service. I wouldn't call it my top brunch destination, but I'd come back if I were in the area--especially if I was craving something a little different from the usual diner fare.
