A small neighborhood place that has cute burgers with emoji stamped on top of it. Though I did try a burger. We did try other menu items and the buffalo wings were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. Everything was pretty affordable and the most important thing is that their AC was very strong. A lot of places on 30th don't turn on their ACs and you can't do that in the summer. The cashiers were very nice and very accommodating for our request. I would come back here again for a quick bite.

Local burger joint in the neighborhood that ISN'T 7th steet burger, and wanted to try something new. The "Emoji"'s are basically names for different burgers, the theme I don't fully get. But, what I do get is a shake-shack like burger, same speed and a bit cheaper, plus AMAZING chiplotle dip for the fries! Definitely up for a revisit!

Emoji burger catered a private event that I attended. They were cheffing up their original beef smash burgers and hot dogs. I had the pleasure of meeting the founder who was very nice. He told me that Emoji burger has two locations in the city and he also has a separate a healthy concept restaurant where everything is grilled. I didn't personally get to try the burgers but my husband did and he said that it was the most flavorful smash burger he's ever had. The caramelized onion and original aioli sauce were apparently delicious. I'll have to visit their Astoria location and try for myself!

We wanted something american so we went for burguers at Emoji Burguers in Astoria, even tho the space is small I feel the ambiance and service makes it great! They are attentive as soon as you walked in and take your order very fast and may I add they also serve it very fast! We order two burguers, the pio one was good but we thought it needed a little more sauce, meanwhile the other Odad burgues was AMAZING, if you like caramelized onions and mushrooms, this is your go to burguer!! It was really moist on the inside and perfectly nice on the outside! I also love that is the perfect size for your mouth so definitely recommend to try the Odada one! We saw their Mac and Cheese and the other type of fries they have and we are definitely going back to try them

Came here with my boo for a lunch date. The restaurant is located on 30th Avenue & 37th St. The place is really small but I think they do outside seating in the summer. We ordered the Ori Emo burger & Da Teary chicken sandwich with a side order of the Emo fries with 2 waters, Everything was really good. The service was fast and attentive, the food had lots of flavor and taste but the only thing I would say is that the sandwiches & fries are on the smaller side, the burgers aren't really that big and the fries in the pictures look a lot bigger than in real life. If you have a big appetite like I do order 2 burgers & 2 fries for yourself to get really get full, Lol. Our bill came out to less than $40 bucks so not bad overall and the music was really dope I might add, they were pumping deep house so that was a plus for me. We will definitely be back to try different things on the menu, I wish they had lunch specials tho. Good luck!

Came to this spot, randomly looking for a restaurant I never been to before and this place caught my interest. I was greeted immediately by the lady at the register the moment I came in so service is definitely high grade here. The food I ordered (bacon Cheeseburger, cheese fries, soda and chocolate shake) came up to around $27 so yeah, it's a pretty penny. Other than that, it's worth the money spent for it. The burger tastes and feels good as it touches the taste buds, a proper amount of cheese was spread on the fries and after eating that, the shake was a proper dessert for it was a delight having it. Despite the restaurant's small size, there's plenty of seating area and I kinda had the place to myself since I was the only customer eating it. It was a comfortable lunch.

This place never disappoints. The people who work there are really nice and efficient. It's a small place but they also have outside seating. They're clean and have quality burgers. I always get the double whammy with Avocado. It's filling and delicious. I'd a classic burger for you their other options are also great. My husband tried multiple things off the menu and really enjoyed them all. If you're looking for something casual and delicious this place is great. What I normally pay for a double whammy with avocado is around 15$ (no sides) but worth it.

This is a brand new location, sister to the original on Jackson Heights' 37th ave. They use exclusively Pat LaFrieda meat and they use it well. Their burger menu is extensive and you can get a burger that's either simple or brimming with unique toppings and flavors. My personal favorite is their "Yummy" which comes with their signature beef burger patty, melted cheddar cheese, guacamole, black beans, lettuce, tomato and chipotle aioli. It's SO freakin good and since it's got avocado on it you know it's healthy! :D If burgers aren't your jam they also gave great chicken tenders, fries (loaded with stuff or plain...I recommended their "Pío Fries" with melted mozzarella, shredded chicken, scallions, cilantro aioli and their housemade emoji aioli. The "Teary Fries" (Buffalo chicken bites and blue cheese) are also LIT. Their milkshakes also hit the spot - not too thick and they've got standard and unique fruity flavors. Cookies n ' cream and Coffee are my personal go-tos.

This new burger chain just moved into Astoria and replaced Burrito Blvd. We came here two weeks ago based on a recommendation. We ordered the DA hush and the OMG Both were very good. Let's see how long this establishment lasts. The restaurant is small with less than a dozen seats and tables but enough space to eat. I recommend it; it is well worth the first visit.

I went here a while back to order lunch for takeout, and it was pretty good. After they opened, they added some specials ranging from $15 to $17, combining chicken with fries or dumplings, and I went with the sweet and spicy boneless chicken with standard fries, as you can also update the fries to the "spicy snow" version for an extra $1. The cashier was friendly. The sweet and spicy chicken is their version of Yangnyeom/양념치킨, and the combo came with a few moderately sized pieces. The breading was crispy, and the chicken inside was pretty tender. There was some sweetness, and it had a mild kick, though it wasn't as spicy as I prefer. The fries inside were OK. They had a good crisp to them and a good crunch, but needed a tad more salt. The fry portion was also much larger, so next time, I would just stick with the chicken. The free kimchi was standard and decent. This was a perfectly decent Korean chicken spot. If it were any closer to a Korean neighborhood, I doubt it would be doing well, but there is a distinct lack of Korean places nearby outside of the primarily takeout spot, which doesn't specialize at all in chicken. It fills a niche, and I would likely at some point stop in again to try their Korean chicken sandwich or their plain chicken to try more of their sauces.

My first ever order of Boong's wings, since wings are hands-on, was a bit messy, but oh sooo good, and worth it. LOL But, as I write this, I realize that the boneless chicken pieces I have ordered twice, are not messy, even tho I'm hands-on with that meal, too. LOL. so, I could eat those in the shop, and not feel like my hands are a total mess. SERVICE is friendly and helpful. ASK if you have questions. :) I've had the chicken wings, and the boneless fried chicken. I like the sauce choices, and the complimentary small container of kimchi . You need to ask for it if you want it. And, right there!! Boom!! That's a BENEFIT OF READING YELP REVIEWS. Right?!! :) That part of my take-out container that is open, is open for a reason--to keep the crunchiness of the chicken. If closed, the heat from the food would make it less crunchy. As if steaming it. So, the restaurant gives you your takeout container with one part open. Make sure it stays open. I still have to try the ramen, because I'm curious about the machine -see my photos--the machine helps you prepare your ramen sold in the colorful packaged ramen available in the shop. There is a MILD-SPICY-EXTRA SPICY. SELECTION. See my photos of the COLORFUL RAMEN WALL. There is seating available inside-about 6 tables. I'll update when I try the ramen, and I'll enjoy it inside the shop.
