dont even know where to start. as i got there i was greeted by the cooks. each cook had their gloves on. the line to pay was short there were like two people in front of me. service was really good and the cashier was nice. i ordered a chicken over rice double fries. they had me wait a while though i think they missed the note w my order cause then they realized i was waiting for a while and asked what i had ordered and then the cashier pointed iut my order. i then got my food a few after. Not an expert on falafels but as a vegetarian it's a great option and LOVED the falafels here. Their hot sauce had a nice tangy lime taste and still plenty of heat. The white sauce had less tang (than most) which I personally liked - especially swirled in together. Truly had no expectations for this chain fast-food spot, but was taken aback. Firstly, the service is lovely. The people behind the counter are super pleasant and listen to what you want for your meal. The food is cheap and so is the soda ($1 for a can!). Went with a chicken salad and they allowed me to add as many topics as I wanted to the salad, including hummus, and then topped it with white sauce.
