Newly renovated. They took away the play place. Installed 5 kiosks for ordering, even accepting cash at the kiosk. Nice and clean. We went there when it's not crowded. Food was hot and serving time was efficient. No complaints. Will definitely return. read more

The Strawberry Milkshake hit that spot with the Chicken Big Mac and fries. One McChicken is personally not filling, so having two chicken patties was the perfect portion size for me. While the Chicken Big Mac was good, it wasn't life-changing or too different from the McChicken. The staff was nice, and the wait for the order wasn't too long. While the location was fairly busy with a steady flow of customers, there was still plenty of seating available and the spot wasn't too loud. read more

The food is standard mcdonalds, nothing amazing, but not disappointing. What is disappointing though is in the past how they would forget my kids Happy Meal french fries. When ordering a happy meal, there is an option to order 2 sides of french fries, and whenever that happens, they fail to give you 2 french fries and only give you 1. I have contacted customer service via email, which instructs me to pick up my fries on my next visit. Not the worse solution, but this wouldn't need any solution if it was done correctly the first time. They are currently under renovation, so hopefully once the new mcdonalds is ready, it'll come with better trained staff that will get the orders packed correctly. read more

I've been here a handful of times since they reopened. The food hasn't been consistent. The other day I asked for a sausage egg and cheese and it was a ham and cheese in a sausage egg and cheese wrapper. I go at 12:15am to go through the drive thru since google says it's open til 1am. Drive thru is completely closed while the McDonalds workers are just hanging out inside. We went to the window to try and get service since they should be open for another 45 minutes and they ignored us. Worst McDonalds! Every time I go there whether it's drive thru or eat-in they always forget something. It's ridiculous that I have to check my order every single time I receive the bag. Today they forgot my 20 piece chicken nugget. After I checked the bag after he handed it to me I double checked to see if everything was there. He had the audacity to tell me it's in there. I got so upset that I handed him back the bag to check for himself. On top of that they completely forgot to give me my drinks for my 2 happy meals and my drink for my quarter pounder meal. I'm telling you they always forgot something!!!! I've never had even one experience where everything was in the bag!!!!!! People check your bags before you leave the drive-thru because these employees certainly don't check and the management could care less if they forget something. It's been ages I hadn't stepped in this McDonald's location. Came in here to see if anything different from last time I remembered. The ambiance is clean and updated contemporary decor, with relaxing atmosphere. Outlook store's playgrounds is kind of nice if you bring your family and kids here. Breakfast and coffee taste consistent with other location, not great but edible. I had sausage McGriddle, hash brown and a medium black coffee. Total less than $10 I like the interior upgrade, given each small group of customers more privacy and variety choices of space. The "Enter Only" sign in the parking lot I find safer and more convenient for Exit if you need to get back to Northern Blvd East. I hope they can figure out a way that's both safe for car flow and convenient for drivers. read more

My drive through experience is always been horrible. I only go here because it is the closest McDonald's. I pulled up today. Only two cars ahead of me. It was over 20 minutes before i had my food. Waiting where you place your order, it was over ten minutes before I was even asked for my order. I always use the app to speed things up. Hahaha. When I get to the pick up window the orders are never in car order, so it takes time for them to sort things out. I have yet to be greeted and thanked for my order and business. I really don't know why i keep coming back here. Now having waited all this time, it's no surprise that my fries were ice cold. And the fries were salted. I NEVER get napkins on the bag. Never. Nor was their salt in the bag. Nor a microwave to warm up the french fries. To their credit, the double burger retained some warmth. And last, but certainly not leave, their regular coke sucks. It has a weird taste that most certainly does not taste like Coke. By this time, there is no one to really blame but myself. Why? Why do i waste my hard earned money on sub-par food and service. I came in here to get the Happy Meal toy of the week. To my dismay, they only offered two choices (some locations let you choose). This was a typical Weekend rush. The lines were not long to order but seemed to be a wait to get your food. I figured I was here, should try one of the Gourmet burgers. I ordered the Pico Guacamole burger meal but ended up with the Pico grilled chicken! (How did they know I really should've ordered healthier?) I was too hungry too tell them and swap it. Plus the line got longer from when I first ordered. Screw that. The chicken sandwich on artisan bread actually was really good. It even came with the lime wedge. It got really messy while eating and some guacamole ended up on my lap. Darn. Overall, fries were great, crisp and golden. I even got to order my hash brown from the breakfast menu. Cool. I was having problem using my McDonald app so the young Hispanic cashier was helping me out with a condescending voice and very nasty attitude. The way she treated me like I am a dumb or retard. When I confronted about her customer service, she was not apologetic but escalated to a nastier attitude. It was a horrible experience and on top of that all the food was not fresh and cold. I like the burgers, the fries, and the nuggets there. They were comforting! The drinks were refreshing too! The only problem was they threw in a piece of strange sticky receipt paper in my food after when I ordered the cheese bacon quarter pounder meal, a Big Mac, and 20pc chicken McNuggets. Ordered McGriddles in the morning once and got a cold stale double quarter pound and fries from the night before. Had to drive over and tell them, and then to remind them that I paid for delivery and tip - for them to put 2 and 2 together and realize they should maybe throw in coffee or something. Haven't been to this location in ages. But finally went because I succumbed to a ridiculous apple pie craving. Not much people inside on a Sunday night, but there were a few cars going to the drive thru. You would think service is a bit better during off hours, nope...not at all. Ordered 2 apple pies and paid. While waiting, the guy working on my order kept trying to push me to get the cookies or wait "2 minutes" for the apple pies. No, I'm a patient girl, I'll wait for the apple pies, thank you very much. My mission is to acquire the apple pies, cookies are not an option for me.
