I dont know what happened to this place. The food is absolutely horrendous. A few months ago I ordered a big cheesy bacon burger and the patty was completely dry and rock hard like a beef jerky. I ended up throwing it away thinking maybe it was a 1 time mishap. Tonight 2/24/26 I ordered a fish sandwich deluxe and my 1st bite into it, the fish was rock hard and dried out, like they had put it in the microwave for 10 minutes. We went there on March 23,2026 and ordered an RB classic meal. Price on the menu stated $9.99 for the meal, and we were charged $10.99. When we questioned the cashier why it was $1 more, she stated that it was for a large. We never asked for a large nor was there an option for a large on the menu. This restaurant unsized orders and charges customers accordingly without notifying them of the different prices. The cashier said we need to speak with the manager about this issue, the manager didn't even acknowledge us. She just said price on the menu was for a medium and walked away. I come here for lunch sometimes. Usually, it's packed with kids just getting out of school. Today, it was so peaceful and nice inside. It looks like they did some upgrades. For lunch, I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders meal with a fruit punch. I got mozzarella sticks and an apple turnover. This meal hit the spot! I used to love getting a French Dip once in a while at this Arby's. I hadn't been in forever and stopped by today for one. First, I was surprised to learn that a small sandwich without much meat cost $7.09 plus tax. I guess that's inflation. Second, and far more importantly, they've changed the bread they use for the sandwich to the cheapest form of bread possible, and this one happened to taste stale on top of being cheap. So while the roast beef was the same, the poor quality bread destroyed the sandwich. I will never understand why chain restaurants make such obviously bad, short-sighted decisions just to save money. If you don't care about the quality of your product, I don't need to spend money there. read more

What a steal that is take it and run. 4pc mozzarella sticks were $3.19. Market Fresh Creamy Mediterranean Wrap has roast chicken with Italian seasonings, tzatziki sauce, banana peppers, red onion, tomatoes and lettuce. The artisan wrap tasted like it wasn't from a fast food spot. I really enjoyed this sandwhich. The mozzarella stix are actually pretty good. They are practicing social distanting within the store. I appreciate the level of service that the workers provided. The man behind the plexiglass taking our order made sure to get it correct. Mostly people did drive thru. There was a 10 minute wait for food, not too bad. Of all the years this Arby's has always been so awesome. Never got anything foul from this location. I got a roast beef gyro for free and it was an alright gyro. If I had to pay for this it would have been $6/pc. For this same amount of money I could get a better gyro from halal guys (adding some extra $), Mamoun's Falafel, and possibly somewhere else If you are looking for quality go somewhere else, as this place is not worth it. This is my local Arby's near my job! I think that I have only been inside once or twice, D-T for me hahahah!!! Allison is the crew manager there, and she is usually in the D-T, and she is friendly enough. Get in and get out I guess? HAHAHA It is a typical Arby's. Personally I refuse to go to the one on Metropolitan Ave in Middle Village, but that is for completely personal reasons. I will say that it does not look like they have paved their parking lot in a few years, its got tons of dips and bumps... Food here is always how you expect it to be. Nothing really crazy. I do enjoy the random specials that they do have every so often! Currently I do enjoy the chicken bites with ranch sauce. Sadly they do not have ranch sauce each time I go. They also used to make the double Ruben a few years back, that was pretty good! Many of their short time sandwiches that I did not like are anything with pork belly! Their mac and cheese is ok, but a tad grainy. Their crinkle cut fries are only good with cheese! Does anyone else miss the potato triangles? HAHAHAHA All in all, a nice location, staff is friendly. Better staff than most restaurants I've been to, and I'm not talking about just fast food restos. Second, Arby's is so damn good. All I can say is this place is garbage . I went last night after my 11a-11p shift cuz I was starving and it's on my way home . I ordered their suppose to be wagyu burger and fries. And not to exaggerate, I think they thought I ordered twigs and not fries . They were so hard like they were re heated in the microwave 3 times and I was like ok I'll give them a pass. Then when I tried the burger it's the same thing . It was as chewy as a tire (though I've never chewed a tire before). I was so mad not only because I paid $15 for a garbage but also because I was starving. Seriously disappointing. Ok so I'm hoping I just had a off day here because the best thing was the fries. This location was kind of crazy at the moment and customers were fighting with each other when I came in. The server however was very helpful just unfortunately Arby's was not it this day. The place was clean but had a lot of shady people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed (to each his own but just posting an honest review). Anyway the fries were actually good but the roast beef had a really fake taste to it and not in a good way. The idea was floated of getting off the highway in an effort to eat at an Arbys, when I previously offered to pay for a fabulous burger at my local watering hole, oddly, struck down for Arbys. The idea floater, a self professed fast food connoisseur got his wish and peeling off the drive from hell, in we went. Very intetesting architectural design with a fifties design, decour and audio play - Little Bitty Pretty One - similar to the diners from back then that are now becomming as extinct as a T-Rex. Loading up on my tabled sauces, I pulled the Smokehouse Brisket from its undersized cardboard home with a pancake like flip of the wrist. As I supped, I examined the meat as it had the ring of smoke induction within and manifested itself in the flavor. As I try too steer clear of any and all fast food, this sammy was a winner. Its Arbys, what can you say....its Arbys. I was just wanting a little bit of the good ole days when the Arbys had that big hat sign out front with all the lights around it. Oh those long gone days where the Arbys sauce and the Horsey Sauce were in bottles not little packets. It was a share night with a coupon, so we split the special deal of two small roast beef, two fries and two drinks. The roast beef was whatever it was, mystery salty meat, the fries were hot and curly, but the drinks were messed up. Something was seriously wrong with the soda machine. Not enough syrup for the carbonated water. I mentioned this to one of the employees and he looked at me like I had 3 eyes and a 4 noses. I just tossed the drink. G was still hungry so he went and purchased the corned beef slider. He said it was awful. I said, go put some Horsey sauce on it. He went on the adventure of the Arbys looking for mustard, but settled for the Horsey sauce. G said the bun with the Horsey Sauce would have been better than the corned beef. Hey, what do you expect, this is Arbys not Katz's deli. I would say my wish for nostalgia was not fulfilled. 2 stars for small sandwiches and bad drink machines. A mixture of kids from nearby Francis Lewis High School and other patrons. Very average place here. The store needs to be kept clean as I have seen it messy and the tables being sticky. This was my first time ordering Arby's. My friend suggested it since she's a regular. The guy taking my order was very patient due to the fact that I was so indecisive and didn't know what to get. He made my first experience a good one. I ordered the bacon chicken burger and curly fries. The burger was very delicious and the meat/chicken was well seasoned. I have never been to or tried Arby's before in my life so I told L to get a Smokehouse Brisket.. it seemed like a safe item to try. Loaded with brisket, smoked Gouda, crispy onions, BBQ sauce and mayo... it was a bit much. The brisket was tasty and it had a decent amount of meat but it was way too salty with all that BBQ sauce on top and the addition of fried breaded onions. It would've been a lot better with the brisket alone. I took 2 bites. L enjoyed the brisket but the BBQ sauce destroyed the sandwich for him. It's too much! Customer service brought down the rating also. The employees are not happy and will show it. Most fast food places, the ones we've been to, the staff are friendly or they try to fake it at least. When the staff are just happy, energetic and polite, that even though you know the place is unhealthy, you come back just for the customer service. It's the complete opposite here. L almost thought the staff was racist perhaps but no they're just uncaring. I get it.. you don't like your job, but restaurants lose customers, revenue decreases, places close...
