Curly Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, Prime Cut Chicken Tenders, and Apple Turnover
    Arianne M.

I come here for lunch sometimes. Usually, it's packed with kids just getting out of school. Today, it was so peaceful and nice inside. It looks like they did some upgrades. For lunch, I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders meal with a fruit punch. I got mozzarella sticks and an apple turnover. This meal hit the spot! My friend who came to lunch with me had to ask for new fries. Her curly fries weren't curly. It looked like the end of the batch. The employees had no problem giving her new curly fries though. It was a good lunch.

Been going here for decades since i went to middle school nearby. They are always friendly . I usually get the curly fries and shakes. Will always come here once in awhile. By the way, right now from 2-5 pm, they have $1 sliders, small fries, small drink, Cookie, and snack shakes!

The Chicken Mediterranean wrap is delicious, just don't eat it if you have IBS or Acid reflux. Their deals are pretty good. Two gyro sandwiches for $6. What a steal that is take it and run. 4pc mozzarella sticks were $3.19. Market Fresh Creamy Mediterranean Wrap has roast chicken with Italian seasonings, tzatziki sauce, banana peppers, red onion, tomatoes and lettuce. The artisan wrap tasted like it wasn't from a fast food spot. I really enjoyed this sandwhich. The mozzarella stix are actually pretty good. They are practicing social distanting within the store. I appreciate the level of service that the workers provided. The man behind the plexiglass taking our order made sure to get it correct. Mostly people did drive thru. There was a 10 minute wait for food, not too bad. Of all the years this Arby's has always been so awesome. Never got anything foul from this location. I prefer this spot over any of the Arbys in Queens.

I got a roast beef gyro for free and it was an alright gyro. If I had to pay for this it would have been $6/pc. For this same amount of money I could get a better gyro from halal guys (adding some extra $), Mamoun's Falafel, and possibly somewhere else If you are looking for quality go somewhere else, as this place is not worth it. If you have lots of money and you don't mind wasting $ on a so so quality food, then this is the great place for you to get your food

This Arby's is better than most (not to name the others) regarding their service and employee professionalism. Usually not too busy, relatively clean and never made a mistake on my orders whether take out or drive through.

Mediocre food and mediocre service. I have no idea why this place stays open. The food is basically hospital cafeteria food. Oh well.

You also get the option of "4 sauces" with your order, which you can get on your sandwich or on the side (for free!) I love extra sauce, so this option is really great. I ended up opting for their spicy mayo which tasted good with the bulgolgi. The meat, bread and everything was 5/5. The banh mi is filling, satisfying and definitely more than enough for a hearty lunch. This was my first time trying the Flushing location, and was very pleasantly surprised!

The portions are generous enough that a single sandwich can genuinely feel like more than one meal's worth of food. The banh mi is the main reason to come, and the pork versions are where the kitchen shines most. We ordered the caramel pork, which is worth it. The meat is cut down into small pieces that pick up flavor throughout and create a layered bite alongside the pickled vegetables. The tofu banh mi holds up well as a vegetarian option and carries a gingery, carrot forward flavor that works. The bread leans toward a softer, thicker cut rather than the thin, crackling crust of a more traditional Vietnamese version, but it still holds the fillings well without getting soggy. Service is fast and the overall experience is quick. The staff moves efficiently and our order came out in good time, which makes it a reliable option for a workday lunch when you do not have much time to spare. The banh mi travels well if you are taking it to go, and the packaging keeps everything intact. It is a good spot for a filling, well priced lunch that does not require much planning beyond showing up. We would come back for the caramel pork banh mi and appreciate that we can be in and out without sacrificing quality or portion size. For a quick, satisfying Vietnamese sandwich in the area, JoJu delivers exactly what it promises.

I ordered a premium beef with sweet potato topping and a hibiscus refresher to wash it down. Service was quick, as no other customers were present and it hadn't even reached noon. The corndog and hibiscus refresher were served promptly within 5 mins. The premium beef tasted like a regular hot dog to me. It just didn't taste like it was 100% beef and had more of an Oscar Meyer beef/chicken/pork mixture taste. Moreover the corndog topping was pretty disappointing as the sweet potato topping was soft and not crisp while the corndog topping below was a little mushy and the hot dog itself had no snap of a solid casing. Their menu advertised that the up charge for sweet potato topping was $1.50 (in actuality, it was $1.90) plus they would discount $1 when purchasing a refresher in addition to a corndog; there was no discount applied to my order. On top of that, I had asked for no ice in the hibiscus refresher (as it was 49° outside today and nice and cool inside the food court). The lady behind the counter filled up the cup about 3/4 of the way stating that they usually put ice in so it wouldn't be strong. I said that it was okay and that I liked it strong. Despite that, she didn't offer to fill it up all the way. Customer service was lacking.
