My daughter wanted this for lunch while we took a break from shopping. Once I saw the line, I told her to choose something else, but she seemed sad and clearly didn't want anything else-- so as a Girl Dad, I toughed it out, and waited. The gentlemen at the counter was very pleasant, which is standard, at all of their locations. The food came out relatively quickly. About two hours later, I decided I wanted a milkshake, sadly, my second experience today wasn't as good as the first. My order was taken, and the line was short; however, it took over 20 minutes, it seemed, to receive my shake. The employee who was supposed to make it, was goofing off, and trying to make conversation continuously with a female colleague. The spicy chichen burger looked plain and dry, but after I had the first bite, this is so tender everywhere. The spicy tastes are very different and unique. I need the water also because the spice lingers on my tongue after every bite for 1 minute. Chick-fil-A in the mall is my go to lunch spot for their delicious fresh food and hospitable service. They are timely and always make my food fresh to order served piping hot. I adore their 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets with avocado lime ranch dressing. My favorite dessert from them is the brownie it is rich and moist. The dressing is smooth and tangy and compliments the smokiness of the grilled chicken. First time trying this fast food chain- and the Chicken Sandwich did not disappoint. Got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles topped with a warm bun. The Chicken pattie was tender and crispy with just the right seasoning- really liked the sandwich. Ordering process was fast, but the wait was over 15 minutes for the food to be packed. Finally got my order, and noticed my Chicken nuggets was missing from my purchase. I brought my receipt to the counter and the clerk handed my receipt to someone in the back, another clerk quickly threw in a small box of nuggets into my bagged order. This was my first time at this chick-fil-a. After all the years I have been coming to QCM I have never been to this branch on the food court in QMC.I have to say I was impressed by how many people were flocking to chick-fil-a. They had a nice size line there . But me and my wife said we would wait on it.the line moved pretty fast .we got up there and put in our order in a nice gentleman buy the name of Anthony. Took our order and took my name .he was very friendly and courteous the whole time. We have to give a major shout out to him. So my order was the spicy chicken breast deluxe sandwich with there honey mustard sauce on the side .I have been hearing so much about this chicken sandwich challenge. So I hade to get in on it .I tried all the other restaurant chicken sandwiches so I going to give chick-fil-a a nice try. It did not disappoint at all it had the right seasonings the bun game was excellent nice and soft. It could have been a little more crunchy then I would have gave them a 5 stars.but it was a very good tasting sandwich. And the had some really good honey mustard sauce. Chik-fil-a has steadily opened more and more locations in Manhattan the past few years. As of now, this is still the only location in Queens. Located inside the Queens Center Mall food court, this is such a great option for Queens people. Their chicken is top notch. I personally recommend the chicken nuggets and chicken strips, with their great selection of dipping sauces - the original Chik-fil-a sauce and Polynesian sauces being my favorites. You can taste the difference as their chicken is not frozen and not like the processed chicken at other fast food places. This location gets a lot of business but the line moves quick here. As of now, due to covid, the seating inside the food court is closed, so you can only buy the food to go. I did see plenty of people eating upstairs on the benches and floors of the mall, which security did not mind. read more

First and foremost, Walter is the best thing Chick-fil-A has ever invested in! We had a bad experience at another location that took us a while to figure out a resolution. When we went to this location we found out the coupons that we got were actually only for redeemable at a specific location- which we originally had the issue at. Walter was not phased; Walter took ownership of the situation immediately, he went above and beyond, not only did he make sure we got our entire meal he also provided us with drinks while he figured out what he was able to do for us. I personally did not want to go back to any Chick-fil-A based upon my original issue but Walter has completely restored my faith in the Chick-fil-A and their customer service process. I always come here when I visit the mall and need a quick, tasty meal. The employees are all fairly young, but incredibly professional and friendly. We always enjoy the new item they make for us. Occasionally they will make a mistake, like putting pickles or cheese on the sandwich (i request it without) but the remade order is almost immediate. The frosted sunrise is the most delicious shake and they really make it well. They make everything to the high standards you gone to expect of this chain, including the tea and lemonade. This is usually the tastiest location of Chick-fil-a in the city but today, the chicken was not fresh. It seemed as of the oil was old and the chicken had been sitting for a long time. When you want a real chicken sandwich there is just nothing better than Chik-fil-A. We were not planning on this meal, but I was in the area to do some work and this is my favorite real fast food. The staff was super friendly, just like all of the other Chik-fil-A's in the south. I always order the #1 - chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a sweet tea. G orders the chicken strips and substituted the waffle fries for a side salad. Hot and tasty and fresh as it always is. I was very surprised at how big the side salad was. This location is located in the Queens Center Mall in the food court. This food court has much improved since my last visit over a year ago. Tables were being cleaned and trash was being removed promptly. Lots of teenagers around doing what they do, but no serious mischief observed. The worst part about coming to this location is the parking situation. The garage fees are expensive and finding street parking is impossible.
