I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, and this location has some of my favorite menu items. The Cobb Salad with Nuggets is my go-to. It's fresh, flavorful, and filling every time. I also love the side salad, the crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, crispy nuggets, mac and cheese, Berry Parfait, Chick-fil-A waffle potato chips, and their coffee. Breakfast is just as good! The Chick-n-Minis are my favorite, but the chicken biscuit and hash browns are always a great choice too. My only complaint is something that happens almost every time I order salads. When I order two Cobb Salads with Nuggets, I always request two Avocado Lime Ranch dressings per salad, so I should receive four dressings total. Instead, they almost always put only two in the bag. These are large salads, and one dressing per salad just isn't enough. It may seem like a small detail, but it's happened so consistently that it's become frustrating. I hope the team pays a little more attention to dressing requests because everything else is consistently delicious. The food keeps me coming back, and with a little more attention to order accuracy, this location would be a five-star experience. read more

So got invited and invited my fellow board members to join me. It was a really great event. Had lots of samples of biscuits, biscuits with chicken, brownies, coffee, lemonade, chips and even fun spin the wheel for prizes. Space was nice and new. I showed the marketing manager this picture of my kids and I when we went dressed as cows in their first queens location and she was kind enough to give me two cow keychains. Today was me and my wife's first time at this particular chick-FIL-A. I was impressed the restaurant was nice and clean the layout and decor was nice as well. I ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich with their waffle fries plus their signature chicken tenders along with some sweet & spicy sriracha sauce ,honey mustard sauce to top it off . The combination was delicious. The tenders were delicious, my chicken sandwich was great crispy with a bit of spiciness to it. Their waffle fries were soft with a little bit of a crunch perfect. My wife and son enjoyed chick-FIL-A signature Mac & cheese . They said it is some of the best Mac & cheese around in the fast food chains. The staff was courteous and friendly so Were the customers that were sitting down eating. Definitely a great experience at this chick -FIL-A. And the prices were decent as well. This was only my second time ever having Chick-fil-A, and I get the hype now. I'm honestly so happy there's one right here in FoHi. Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want when you're craving comfort fast food. The chicken was perfect, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the service was super friendly and efficient. So excited this is finally open! Stopped by tonight for their new pretzel club spicy chicken sandwich. Place was packed, yet so clean, tables were being constantly cleared and wiped down by staff. Brand new location...just opened this past Thursday 9/4/25. Staff in training. Staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Hats off to the effort to make customers feel good about coming to restaurant! Hope this behavior and attitude lasts. Just stopped by for a snack to check out the place. It is on the smaller side with limited seating. It's meant to be more of a take out rather than an eat in spot. So we had some chicken tenders and fries with lemonade. Fast turnaround so not a long wait at all. Tables all have a nailed down wooden centerpiece with fake flowers to give it a little welcome upgrade when eating. There's also a long bench table for shared seating. Designed to be eat and go and not to hang out. Food is what everyone is used to if you have eaten at other chik fil a locations. read more

I was in the area looking for lunch and had made my mind up to get a salad from sweet green which is right next to Chick-fil-A. How've, I saw that chick-fil-A had just opened and I changed my mind lol. I've eaten at Chick-fil-A many times and enjoy their burger combos and salads. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by staff. They have a nice dine in area that's very clean. I decided to get the Spicy Southwest salad which I love. This salad is very fulfilling and has a nice kick to it. I usually purchase the grilled chicken sandwich with fries which is also delicious. I've never had an item i didn't enjoy from this spot. Prices are reasonable and I plan on returning especially since it's in my neighborhood. read more

I waited a few weeks after opening before going so the staff was better trained and there were fewer people. I still had to wait over 10 minutes for my simple salad, on a not crowded day. When people who ordered sandwiches after me got their meals, the front staff was nice and went to inquire, then I can see someone in the back slamming the fridge door to get the salad and then proceeded to chop my poor chicken patty into a bunch of little pieces and throw it on top of the salad. When I tell you it was tic toc size, I'm not even exaggerating. The breading came off the chicken. It was not good. The salad was pretty fresh, the dressing was okay. I have had a great experience every time I have come here! The workers are extremely friendly and the operation that have going on right now is very efficient. The food is incredible and I definitely would recommend this place to someone else. Lastly, I want to give a special shout out to Jonathan and Bo!
