This extra is worth talking about! Maybe this is an aberration, but this Super Sub order was actually spot on! A Meat Addon sub order that actually looks the part is quite frankly not the norm in these parts. More often than not, Jersey Mike's Subs in the local area are disappointing light on substance. My order was filled on time and very satisfying. I'll be back again soon based on this visit. read more

This was a pretty good sandwich shop, especially considering the fact that it's a chain restaurant. The store was clean, the staff was very friendly, the ingredients looked fresh and delicious, and my friend (I accompanied him to the shop) said that his sandwich was solid. Even though I didn't get anything myself, based on my experience, I would recommend this location! read more

First time at Jersey Mikes. The place was packed. I ordered a California chicken cheese steak. The regular size is enough for two to share. Service was fast and the place was very clean. Although what I ordered wasn't displayed on the menu board, it was listed on the app. They made it for me and it was very good. read more

Lunch hit the spot on 2/3/26 thanks to my sister I had a turkey sub with white American cheese, shredded lettuce, vinegar, salt & pepper, mayo -- and it was hot, fresh, and made just right. Simple combo, big flavor My sister also said the staff was super friendly, and the place was very clean, neat, and organized. You can really tell the food is fresh from the first bite. Highly recommend the Jersey Mike's Subs at the Fresh Meadows location -- definitely a solid go-to for a good sub. Sorry for the picture, I forgot to take a picture before I bit into it. I was hungry. read more

First time at Jersey Mikes and ok, I wasn't hugely impressed or hugely disappointed. It's a decent sub if you're feeling in the mood for one. We got the original Italian and it was tasty. A good amount of meat! We thought we'd be in and out but ordering took a really long time even though there were only two people in front of us, I think it took over 20 min to get to us? They slice the deli meat in front of you which is different. I like a lot of variety in toppings and different sauce options for my sandwiches so I'd prefer other spots. But I'd still come here if I was nearby since there aren't many other sub spots! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are super unorganized. My husband and I came in for two sandwiches and it took 45 minutes for us to get our food. I ordered a cold sandwich, which they made right away. My husband ordered a hot sandwich, which ended up being completely forgotten about. After waiting for 25 mins and being told it was being made, an employee comes over and asks him for his order again because they never had it! On top of that, they never made the lady's hot order that was in front of us. They didn't have her order either! It was a hot mess! Because my husband's food took so long, by the time I ate my sandwich the bread was soggy from the "Mike's Way" dressing. I would never go back here. Horrible experience to say the least. Someone from corporate needs to check in on this location. They do not know what they are doing. read more

I really am pulling for this location to consistently up their game, as it is so close to my home and it is used by Grubhub as well. I recently had three different sandwiches delivered. They all required the addition of extra mayo including the chicken salad selection. This despite me specifically requesting extra mayo. Also, my roast beef was very dry. Come on people. You can do better. read more

So, I actually really enjoyed my sub. I was super happy about finding a place with bread options I can eat. What I wasn't happy about was the staff acting annoyed and giving me the third degree when I asked for the GF bread but said it wasn't celiac so they didn't have to do the whole clean & make it on a separate area thing. I don't have celiac, it's okay if my bread touches where regular bread has been. Due to other medical issues, I have a restrictive diet and cannot regularly eat wheat products. I'm not sure why I should even have to feel embarrassed or explain that to anyone. Train your staff better please. read more

Great location, lots of parking. Staff is friendly, line moves a little slow when it's busy. Restaurant is clean and has ample seating. Sandwiches are fresh, pretty big if you add all the toppings. I love that they have a mini option. My go to is the turkey sandwich the "Mike way". read more

Jersey Mikes Restaurant In Fresh Meadows Queens New York. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! Huge rip-off prices. Extremely unfriendly staff. They sell spoiled and rotten food. You can't fill a complaint with the restaurant manage, because he is never in the restaurant. Calling customer service is a waste of time, because they never answer the phone. You are instructed to leave a message, and if you do no one will ever call you back. read more

Terrible quality for the amount they charge. 2 regular sandwiches over 30 dollars. Both were small. Mostly bread. Just go to a family owned deli and you'll get much better sandwiches. This was so bad it makes Subway look like fine dining. Don't waste your money on this trash. On top of it the cold sandwich they gave me was the wrong one. I don't get how people like this chain. I tried it out of curiosity. I wish I went to Wendy's instead. read more

This location is the best store in Fresh Meadow. The employees are very friendly, She took my order and asked me what I wanted on my sandwich. When I ate my sandwich, the bread was so fresh and soft. The veggies and cold cuts are so fresh. The store is so clean. The workers are cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors. I recommend everyone to come here to eat. read more

Jersey Mike's has become my go-to sandwich place. Their bread is fresh and sandwich ingredients are delicious. This new location next to Fresh Meadow Park is a great addition to the area. An ok place to get a sandwich if you happen to be in the neighborhood. It's situated in a mall area with lots of other stores. Check out Duck Donuts which is right next door. It's also within walking distance to the local movie theater. Service: a bit hectic as it can get crowded. Note on hot sandwiches. It will take quite a bit longer than a cold one. So expect to wait for it. Deli meats are sliced fresh in front of you, with the meat slicer. This place is popular so expect a wait. When we got there, there was at least 10 people in front of me waiting to place an order. Ambiance: nothing special, similar to many other of these types of food establishments. Got the Philly cheese steak. Dislike their bread. It's super thick and has the texture of a sponge. But if you like a lot of breading, then this is your place. Meat was overly salty. Choose your bread: white, wheat or rosemary Parm (which costs $1.50 more). Service: ok from everyone, except the cashier who seemed too inexperienced. My friend had a coupon, and presented it to the cashier, but he didn't ring it in, so my friend didn't get the discount, so ended up paying full price. read more

Move over other fast food chain sandwich shops, Jersey Mike's is finally here in Queens. I love the way they freshly slice the meats right in front of you, truly customizable and assembled right before you very own eyes. I love having my sandwich made "Mike's Way" with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, and secret spices. The cold and hot subs come in 3 sizes, mini, regular and giant. Buy a combo that comes with chips and a drink. A solid choice for sandwich lovers and a little bit more pricier as well, but you get a nice tasting sandwich. Make sure to download the app to earn points for offers and free grub. read more

The national sandwich chain landed in Fresh Meadows Shopping Mall in Queens. The resurgence of stores here is amazing with more food options than years before. We had been anticipating the opening of Jersey Mike's for a few months and they're the last store to open in this strip, wedged between newly opened GNC and Duck Donuts. After shopping at Kohl's, a lot of people wander over here to grab a sub and it gets super busy at lunchtime. On the opening week, they overstaffed behind the counter to take care of the long line of customers with the flat-top grill sizzling and the cold-cut slicer spinning. I didn't have to wait long for my sandwich at all. My go-to sandwich is the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak with chopped beef, grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos & white American cheese. I got the Giant-size, which was a whopping $17.99 (+tax), way more expensive than other local competitors. But it is freshly made and hot if you eat in-house. Seating for 20 people on 2x2 + 2x4 high-tops and 2x4 low-boy tables. I grab a 2 seater to enjoy my sandwich and take the other half home. Next time, I'll have to pre-order on the app and pick it up from the rack. 3.5 stars only because it's an overpriced hit to the wallet, but a pretty good tasting sandwich. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Came here and understand would have to wait for hot food sandwich but we also ordered a cold sandwich too. After receiving our hot sandwich we still had to wait another 30 mins for our cold sandwich. The workers have no communication with each other. Even after the cashier knew we were waiting for our food her only concern was online orders. She never told someone that we were still waiting. The soda machine was also flat. We came here before never an issue before today. Can't say I will come back again. read more

I rated this location a 1 last year. I'm updating today. Im only rating the sandwich itself & the person that made it, as I'm not the person that was there to get it. I ordered online my sister picked it up for me. She didn't tell me she had an issue. But I will say WHOEVER made my sandwich tonight. Boy oh boy you did your big one. It was perfect. The only thing is u added the mayo instead of chipotle mayo but i will say it wasn't even needed honestly. It was 12/10. Thanks. read more

I went to jersey mikes yesterday 04/22 around 6-630pm I got a #43 and a #5. I don't really write reviews for chain restaurants but there was a gentleman there that was slicing the meat and taking the order who sorry for my poor description had long hair dreads, this restaurant is so lucky to have him apart of their team. I came in and he was very welcoming and very friendly such a cool guy. He gave off great vibes I've never seen someone at a chain restaurant with such a positive and happy attitude while working and dealing with customers. I just wanted to shout him out. What a great customer experience. I appreciate that. Thank you all the staff was very friendly but this gentleman made my visit above and Beyond great. read more

I'm so happy that Jersey Mike's opened in Queens Fresh Meadows. Now I don't have to travel to Bethpage Long Island for a tasty sub. Andrew one of the crew members, has excellent customer service skills and very pleasant. My sandwich was fresh with the best ingredients and made my mouth water. This store is very clean and well kept. I know that this place just opened a mere 2 months ago but I foresee a very long and profitable run. Lot's of store's and shoppers will flock here to enjoy the Fresh subs here at this Jersey Mike's. read more

Simply alright. Its deli meets blimpe meets subway. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to get a sandwich from here. I would just buy one if that's the only things to eat in the area. Sandwich over all was decent very filling, can be eaten in two servings. Regular is enough to share. I had the turkey with everything. I actually ordered off Uber the food was very well wrapped. read more

Very well run location. Fantastic Manager, Nelson is truly terrific- sincere with efficient problem skills. Knows how to treat customers with respect and efficiency. Delicious Turkey - so fresh and the preparation when asked to customize your sub are carried through with care from staff. read more

Let me start by stating that I rarely write a not-so-glowing review of a food shop let alone a sub-sandwich shop. Yes, I understand mistakes happen, and people have bad days. But, today's phone interaction with the night manager at Jersey Mike's Subs #34105 at Fresh Meadows, 11365 was less than desirable. I placed a phone app order for 3 sandwiches (1 giant beef, 1 giant chicken, and regular original italian) worth $57 as my family wanted this as a treat for Valentine's Day. When I got home, and while unpacking the sandwiches, I noticed that the giant chicken sandwich that cost $18.75 (plus tax) was missing. In general, I consider the sandwiches from this Jersey Mike's pretty good and hearty. So, since the order was made from my phone, I looked to find where I could send a message about this. I could not find such a place, so I called the location and first spoke to a front line worker who looked up the order and then referred me to the night manager. I spoke to the manager who asked why it took a few hours to check the order. I explaind that I had to run a few errands before heading home at which time I began unpacking the sandwiches from the bag. The manager then insisted that he personally packed the order and knows that every sandwich was there. I asked if he can hold on while I checked the car in case the sandwich had rolled out. He said "I don't have time for this" and hung up. I still checked the car, it took 30 seconds, and did not find any. I called again and asked for his name and he said he would not give me his name (this was at 8:18pm on Friday February 14th). He then accused me of lying and said "I was looking for a free sandwich and that I was the one that made the mistake". He then proceeded to hang up. Instead of a simple apology and a quick resolution, or even making a statement that a refund/replacement cannot be granted, the manager decided to take an accusatory tone with me. I understand that restaurants can get busy and mistakes can happen. But accusing a paying customer of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially when the mistake is on the restaurant's end. Going forward, I will take my business elsewhere as this type of behavior is unacceptable. read more

I don't understand restaurants these days. Jersey mikes employee sacrificed a long term customer who would spend thousands a year over a few dollars. I had the viral sub in a tub...and when I tell you it was good. It was good. It's just a sandwich in a bowl with no bread. The place is clean. This staff cannot be nicer. I came in at 1 o'clock. I waited on a short line that moved pretty quickly. The sandwich is exactly what you think. This place has the worst service. The employees have no sense of urgency to serve customers and get orders out in a timely manner. I placed my order at 8:40, all workers continued to clean and sweep around the food being cooked. At 9:00, I saw 2 sandwiches just sitting on the counter and no one attending to me or the 3 other customers waiting. Turns out they didn't even make my sandwich and I had to continue to wait. They made the wrong sandwich for the customer in front of me. Upon arriving home when I sat down to eat, they also gave me the completely wrong sandwich and it looks terrible. The employees could not look more unhappy to be here. This is my 2nd visit to this location and both times I've had extremely terrible service. Would not recommend. read more

Was excited for this location to open up. However they always seem to take so long to make a sandwich, especially hot sandwiches. Ordered mobile order for pickup from their app here 3-4 times so far and every single time, it's almost an hour wait. They always say that their grill is backed up or there's an issue. One time we ordered online, arrived 20 minutes after placing the order and waited an additional 47 minutes for 3 hot sandwiches, just for everything to be made with the wrong type of bread and missing ingredients. Only worth stopping by if ordering in person for a cold sub. read more

I went to this Jersey Mikes location in Fresh Meadows at approximately 2:30 this afternoon, 10/27. I ordered 2 giant #13 amounting to $43. We had one to go and one for dining in. When I was at the register to pay, I asked if there were any paper plates. The response I got was a snarky "no you can use your wrapper, this isn't fine dining." There was absolutely no need for that nasty, disrespectful response to a perfectly reasonable question. Your little snippy girl just cost you 3 customers. read more

If you like a good fat stuffed hero, this is probably the place to go. A lot of people make good sandwiches, but this place always makes a good sand. It's always very clean people usually friendly.
