I really am pulling for this location to consistently up their game, as it is so close to my home and it is used by Grubhub as well. I recently had three different sandwiches delivered. They all required the addition of extra mayo including the chicken salad selection. This despite me specifically requesting extra mayo. Also, my roast beef was very dry. Come on people. First time at Jersey Mikes and ok, I wasn't hugely impressed or hugely disappointed. It's a decent sub if you're feeling in the mood for one. We got the original Italian and it was tasty. A good amount of meat! We thought we'd be in and out but ordering took a really long time even though there were only two people in front of us, I think it took over 20 min to get to us? They slice the deli meat in front of you which is different. I like a lot of variety in toppings and different sauce options for my sandwiches so I'd prefer other spots. But I'd still come here if I was nearby since there aren't many other sub spots! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are super unorganized. My husband and I came in for two sandwiches and it took 45 minutes for us to get our food. I ordered a cold sandwich, which they made right away. My husband ordered a hot sandwich, which ended up being completely forgotten about. After waiting for 25 mins and being told it was being made, an employee comes over and asks him for his order again because they never had it! On top of that, they never made the lady's hot order that was in front of us. They didn't have her order either! It was a hot mess! Because my husband's food took so long, by the time I ate my sandwich the bread was soggy from the "Mike's Way" dressing. I would never go back here. Horrible experience to say the least. So, I actually really enjoyed my sub. I was super happy about finding a place with bread options I can eat. What I wasn't happy about was the staff acting annoyed and giving me the third degree when I asked for the GF bread but said it wasn't celiac so they didn't have to do the whole clean & make it on a separate area thing. I don't have celiac, it's okay if my bread touches where regular bread has been. Due to other medical issues, I have a restrictive diet and cannot regularly eat wheat products. An ok place to get a sandwich if you happen to be in the neighborhood. It's situated in a mall area with lots of other stores. Check out Duck Donuts which is right next door. It's also within walking distance to the local movie theater. Service: a bit hectic as it can get crowded. Note on hot sandwiches. It will take quite a bit longer than a cold one. So expect to wait for it. Deli meats are sliced fresh in front of you, with the meat slicer. This place is popular so expect a wait. When we got there, there was at least 10 people in front of me waiting to place an order. Ambiance: nothing special, similar to many other of these types of food establishments. Got the Philly cheese steak. Dislike their bread. It's super thick and has the texture of a sponge. But if you like a lot of breading, then this is your place. Meat was overly salty. Choose your bread: white, wheat or rosemary Parm (which costs $1.50 more). Service: ok from everyone, except the cashier who seemed too inexperienced. The national sandwich chain landed in Fresh Meadows Shopping Mall in Queens. The resurgence of stores here is amazing with more food options than years before. We had been anticipating the opening of Jersey Mike's for a few months and they're the last store to open in this strip, wedged between newly opened GNC and Duck Donuts. After shopping at Kohl's, a lot of people wander over here to grab a sub and it gets super busy at lunchtime. On the opening week, they overstaffed behind the counter to take care of the long line of customers with the flat-top grill sizzling and the cold-cut slicer spinning. I didn't have to wait long for my sandwich at all. My go-to sandwich is the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak with chopped beef, grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos & white American cheese. I got the Giant-size, which was a whopping $17.99 (+tax), way more expensive than other local competitors. But it is freshly made and hot if you eat in-house. Seating for 20 people on 2x2 + 2x4 high-tops and 2x4 low-boy tables. I grab a 2 seater to enjoy my sandwich and take the other half home. Next time, I'll have to pre-order on the app and pick it up from the rack. 3.5 stars only because it's an overpriced hit to the wallet, but a pretty good tasting sandwich. read more

I went to jersey mikes yesterday 04/22 around 6-630pm I got a #43 and a #5. I don't really write reviews for chain restaurants but there was a gentleman there that was slicing the meat and taking the order who sorry for my poor description had long hair dreads, this restaurant is so lucky to have him apart of their team. I came in and he was very welcoming and very friendly such a cool guy. He gave off great vibes I've never seen someone at a chain restaurant with such a positive and happy attitude while working and dealing with customers. I just wanted to shout him out. I'm so happy that Jersey Mike's opened in Queens Fresh Meadows. Now I don't have to travel to Bethpage Long Island for a tasty sub. Andrew one of the crew members, has excellent customer service skills and very pleasant. My sandwich was fresh with the best ingredients and made my mouth water. This store is very clean and well kept. I know that this place just opened a mere 2 months ago but I foresee a very long and profitable run. This is my place!!!! I love Jersey Mikes I put everyone on to this subs. The #13 The Original Italian Sub is my favorite. Let me start by stating that I rarely write a not-so-glowing review of a food shop let alone a sub-sandwich shop. Yes, I understand mistakes happen, and people have bad days. But, today's phone interaction with the night manager at Jersey Mike's Subs #34105 at Fresh Meadows, 11365 was less than desirable. I placed a phone app order for 3 sandwiches (1 giant beef, 1 giant chicken, and regular original italian) worth $57 as my family wanted this as a treat for Valentine's Day. When I got home, and while unpacking the sandwiches, I noticed that the giant chicken sandwich that cost $18.75 (plus tax) was missing. In general, I consider the sandwiches from this Jersey Mike's pretty good and hearty. So, since the order was made from my phone, I looked to find where I could send a message about this. I could not find such a place, so I called the location and first spoke to a front line worker who looked up the order and then referred me to the night manager. I spoke to the manager who asked why it took a few hours to check the order. I explaind that I had to run a few errands before heading home at which time I began unpacking the sandwiches from the bag. The manager then insisted that he personally packed the order and knows that every sandwich was there. I asked if he can hold on while I checked the car in case the sandwich had rolled out. He said "I don't have time for this" and hung up. I still checked the car, it took 30 seconds, and did not find any. I called again and asked for his name and he said he would not give me his name (this was at 8:18pm on Friday February 14th). He then accused me of lying and said "I was looking for a free sandwich and that I was the one that made the mistake". He then proceeded to hang up. Instead of a simple apology and a quick resolution, or even making a statement that a refund/replacement cannot be granted, the manager decided to take an accusatory tone with me. I understand that restaurants can get busy and mistakes can happen. But accusing a paying customer of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially when the mistake is on the restaurant's end. Going forward, I will take my business elsewhere as this type of behavior is unacceptable. read more

You order it just as you would order your sandwich with all the fixings but in a tub. I went to the fresh meadows locations in queens, NY and the service was good and the wait was not long. This place has the worst service. The employees have no sense of urgency to serve customers and get orders out in a timely manner. I placed my order at 8:40, all workers continued to clean and sweep around the food being cooked. At 9:00, I saw 2 sandwiches just sitting on the counter and no one attending to me or the 3 other customers waiting. Turns out they didn't even make my sandwich and I had to continue to wait. They made the wrong sandwich for the customer in front of me. Upon arriving home when I sat down to eat, they also gave me the completely wrong sandwich and it looks terrible. When I was at the register to pay, I asked if there were any paper plates. The response I got was a snarky "no you can use your wrapper, this isn't fine dining." Ordered mobile order for pickup from their app here 3-4 times so far and every single time, it's almost an hour wait. They always say that their grill is backed up or there's an issue. DO not eat here if you have a food allergy. They do not take the proper precautions. Went to jersey mikes location in Fresh meadows on 01/11/25. I Ordered 3 Sandwiches. 1 was a gluten free sandwich due to a food allergy. I have ordered here in the past, and it was never an issue. Normally they would finish all orders for the grill then clean the grill and do the gluten free order. I normally wait and I've always been okay with it. Today however, they were annoyed. They had bread on the grill from prior orders, the person doing the hot grill scraped off the grill and placed the meat on the same grill that the bread was on. I brought that to their attention. They threw away the meat and cleaned off half of the grill to make the gluten free sandwich. They then proceeded to place a wrap to be toasted near the new sandwich. I brought that to their attention and I was told that's how they do it. IF they are okay with cross contamination for an allergy I am not. I asked for a refund and the "manager" on duty, he was annoyed by it. They will harm someone seriously with this issue and they do not care. I will not be back. read more

The service was horrible, I waited for my sandwich when I asked about my order and if it was being prepared they clearly forgot to put it on the grill, then had an attitude instead of telling me they forgot and is now going to prepare it they had an attitude and started making rude comments about New Yorkers being the most impatient people and that we are immature and offered us a refund after yelling and screaming over me about going back and forth about me asking about my food which I already paid for, I got a refund and left.
