    Shackburger with too much gristle

Been here quite a few times since my earlier review a few years back and have not experienced any kind of issues with the food or service since. Food has been consistently well prepared, and the staff usually friendly and hardworking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is well kept, with tables consistently cleaned and the utensils/condiments regularly well stocked.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thanks and keep up the great job!

I rarely go to shake shack since we don't really eat fast food though it's better than your avg FF spot. Since we had an appt at the mall and had some time, we had a quick dinner; we ordered 2 Big Shack burgers, a Creamsicle and a pomegranate drink. The burgers were not as salty as the other time we were here so it tasted much better. We could actually taste the ingredients this time. The thing is. The burger was huge since it had 2 patties, lettuce, onions, pickles. It was not easy to hold/eat. I didn't eat the whole thing though I'm sure I could've since it was my first meal and it was almost 7pm. I liked the fresh veggies. The pomegranate drink was too sweet for me and L got the bubbles added to the drink which only made it even sweeter. The Creamsicle was great though I only tried a sip. Nice and tart but the ice cream part but creamy and rich. I think I always prefer their limited time selection rather than their reg menu.

Ate here today work as a temporary summer substitute paraprofessional at P.S. 166 Q for dinner. I had brought and ate the Carolina BBQ burger with bacon cheese fries and a side of small Coke that it had tasted really good and delicious. The service there was also attentive and right on point. I couldn't agree more about it. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :)

This particular one is decent. Considering it's fast food. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. Consistently cleaning and asking if we needed anything. I kinda felt like i was at a sit down restaurant. Great job guys! Definitely come again btw the miniature milk shakes are perfect for kids.

Shake Shake Shake. Shake your booty. Shake your booty. It's not KC and the Sunshine Band, but this place probably makes a better shake than he does. I haven't eaten meat in years, but I still love a good ice cream shake. I also have a soft spot for old fashioned crickle cut fries. This burger chain does both pretty good. After mall shopping here it's a good option to replace all those calories walking from store to store.

Came as a group of 2 on a weekday afternoon. Not many people were around. After ordering using the iPad, we waited about 10-15 minutes for our food to be ready. An alert will be sent to your phone when your food is ready for pick up. There was a nice worker who was constantly wiping tables to make sure they were clean and sanitized for all guests. They made sure to check vaccination cards before allowing people to dine in. The dine in section is closed off to help direct foot traffic. The burgers were delicious and can be customized. They were on the greasy side. The fries were fresh, warm and crunchy.

Their app is not easy to use and really unstable. We had failed to order dozens of times and we finally got our orders placed successfully yesterday. However, it should be improved or Shake Shack would miss lots of potential customers. We ordered 2 shack stacks, one replaced the bun with lettuce wrap, and 2 fries. The burgers were delicious as usual especially the juicy & creamy fried mushroom. Their fries were okay but not special and kind of greasy. New Yorkers definitely feel the eager of having shack shack once in a while and so do we. We will order in the store instead of using app to pre-order next time.

I wrote and published a review for this SS and now it's gone. **Wide eye stare** Thank God for backup reviews AND copy and paste. I'm seriously not accustomed to such amazing service from a fast food joint. The young staff is extremely polite, engaging, helpful and accommodating. They serve you as if it's a five star establishment so five stars is what they get from me. I've never had to get up for a refill here as the staff is always walking around making sure we're okay. If they notice your drink going down they offer to get a new one served in a fresh cup. They're always cleaning up after customers so tables are on point. (Some of us still clean **nudge nudge**). I'm not a burger fan but I'm in some serious love with their Angus beef burger. I love its smell, texture and taste. So yummy. Bathroom code remains the same which I apprecilike. I love this Shake Shack! The End.

I remember I would frequently patronized Ralph's at 497 Newbridge Road, East Meadow, NY with my then boyfriend and we would take home large cups including several pints for his father. Indeed, this Ralph's is priced higher than competitor Rita's. (I have never visited The Lemon Ice King of Corona due to the inaccessibility location via mass transit. Thus, I cannot make a juxtaposition for comment). I am willing to pay for high quality of ingredients, good taste and abundance for quantity. Ralph's is my ultimate brand of Italian ice to seek and intake - Uncle Louie G comes second and nothing else. Ralph's always have a extensive menu of flavors for classic Italian Ice (water ice), cream ice (sherbet), ice cream, smoothies, and "Tornados" (blended treats). Italian ice made correctly without any pieces of ice and water at the bottom of the cup for the flavor to be diluted. I am old school traditional conservative and choose my default favorite type: classic Italian water ice. I ventured here on a cold day during the Christmas 2025 season rather than during a hot stifling summer day. At day's end it was a sweet phlegmatic ephemeral moment. Customer service is very attentive, efficient, courteous and polite as I was the only patron in the house. I've learned that (I think) most Ralph's locations will be closed during the winter months and re-open March 2026 since Italian ice and ice cream is a seasonal operating business. Oh! I always enjoy Italian ice year round and wished it were open year round which their website claims "fat free & cholesterol free." Space is large for patrons to order, wait and order pick-up for this location. I like the large wall-to-wall decal mural which is specific to the Forest Hills locale as it was my one-time former residence. There is one in-door bench which I sat to thoroughly intake to enjoy my sweet treat. I did receive a sales receipt. I would gladly visit again for watermelon, strawberry, mango, orange and cherry flavors. Small peach Italian ice, $6.19 The scooping for this small cup is large and very abundant. The flavor taste like summer's peach flair which contains actual pieces of peach fresh fruit. It does not contain dried processed fruit. Wow! It is a justifying sweet ending for a long haul arduous bitter day. Ralph's accurate correctively produces Italian ice as a wondrous delight which is thoroughly satisfying to the taste.

This classic and favorite dessert spot still has its magic. When we arrived, there was a line on both sides- to sit down and the to go order. Since today is our first visit here but not our friends, we patiently waited for our turn to get a table. Corner table is not bad. We picked one of their best selling items- banana split, 2 scoops of ice cream. Comes with free whipped cream , choice of syrup, rainbow sprinkles a cherry. Extra charge for any added item like any toppings. Price is reasonable for the serving size, it can be shared. The server is ready to give extra cutlery. A glass of water should be asked, not automatically given. There is nothing extraordinary for the taste of the ice cream except the fact that all flavors are home made. The 1930's decors, classic kitchen gadgets, existing old style but refurbished furniture's , is selling popular candies in early 30's and original atm machines version still working are things that make this place extraordinary , an additional things to look forward to and keeping customers coming back. A monopoly Queen's edition board game puts a smile on my face when I find out that they are selling it for a good fee and includes a $20 gift card with it. Right away purchased it. Definitely coming back to try their other popular and hot items. By the way when we are about to leave, there was a long line waiting for seats.

Costumers acclaim the original early 1900s ambiance, featuring vintage marble countertops, heavy wood accents, a historic old refrigerator, and antique swivel stools. They are famous for their spectacular, towering sundaes loaded with all your favorite toppings. Digital payments are not an option so first-timers might be surprised.
