The burger was huge since it had 2 patties, lettuce, onions, pickles. It was not easy to hold/eat. I didn't eat the whole thing though I'm sure I could've since it was my first meal and it was almost 7pm. I liked the fresh veggies. The pomegranate drink was too sweet for me and L got the bubbles added to the drink which only made it even sweeter. The Creamsicle was great though I only tried a sip. I visited this Shake Shack last night, September 29, 2025, with a friend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Shortly after we arrived, three or four men entered the restaurant and began engaging in what appeared to be drug use after originally waiting for food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They switched tables every 15 minutes, and at one point, one individual in sweatpants was visibly impaired, standing in place and dozing off for about 10 minutes before someone threw a drink at him, frustrated over the fact that they couldn't get out of the restaurant from the mall entrance. What was especially concerning was that none of the staff members acknowledged the situation or took any action to address it. Considering the behavior suggested the possible use of a dangerous substance (potentially heroin or fentanyl), the lack of response from employees was both frustrating and alarming. I will not be returning to this location. This is unacceptable for an establishment where families, including children, come to dine. It is disappointing and concerning that the staff showed no awareness of, or response to, what was happening around them until the other individual I mentioned beforehand threw his drink at the visibly impaired man. This reflects poorly on the standards of this restaurant. Everyone working at this location should be fired, INCLUDING the manager. Someone could've been killed or worse. read more

This branch of Shake Shack is in the mall opposite the Cheesecake Factory. The service is not bad and the space is just the tables on the second floor. The food is your typical Shake Shack offerings. The consistency is good which is important. You know what you're getting when you put in the order. I have ordered several times here and you get what you ordered. read more

I'm seriously not accustomed to such amazing service from a fast food joint. The young staff is extremely polite, engaging, helpful and accommodating. They serve you as if it's a five star establishment so five stars is what they get from me. I've never had to get up for a refill here as the staff is always walking around making sure we're okay. If they notice your drink going down they offer to get a new one served in a fresh cup. They're always cleaning up after customers so tables are on point. (Some of us still clean **nudge nudge**). I'm not a burger fan but I'm in some serious love with their Angus beef burger. I love its smell, texture and taste. So yummy. Bathroom code remains the same which I apprecilike. We've been to other locations and knew that we would be getting good food but the prices were pretty high in my opinion. They had a good selection of other drinks instead of soda such as different flavors of lemonade. Hubby had the Smoke Shack burger this was very good as well. we also had an order of fries , they were great & fresh out topped the meal off with Fifty / Fifty drink not bad at all. Temperature checks are done before entering, you need to sign in for inside dining & food is brought to your table , I must say in the era that is COVID this was very pleasant to dine in no crowds & total social distance between tables. I didn't love my recent visit. I did app pickup. When I arrived to pick up my item. The lady asked for my name. I couldn't hear her so well under the mask. I love milk bar and the cornflake flavored but this was just not the same. It felt very messy and basically taste just like vanilla. I also hated the marshmallows inside. Why?!? The worst was the truffle burger. I paid almost $9 for it. Every time shake shack come up with new items, it just doesn't work at alll!!! The Korean sandwich they had few months back was garbage and now this. I get that what we want never looks like the advertisement/picture in real life. This is really far off. I got this truffle burger with no fried onion. It's flat as hell and it's literally just a patty, sauce and cheese. Stay away from the new items!!!! The cheese fries were also decent, probably would've been better if I ate it when it was fresh, since the cheese ended up being a little too hard to dip the fries in, since we got the cheese on the side. Keep in mind, there are no meal options at Shake Shack, it's all ordered individually. The Chicken Shack costed $6.79 a piece and the cheese fries was $3.99. One of the only Shake Shack locations in Queens (#1) and it is everything I would want for New York's greatest fast food burger chain: spacious layout, awesome customer service, seating for all, super clean interior, and above all: delicious burgers and drinks. I'm willing to say this is my favorite Shake Shack at the moment. Like any Shake Shack location, they have their busy moments, but I suspect it's really lunch time, evenings, and weekends. Even during the rush hour, I've been fortunate to score seating for all parties, ranging from a solo pig out session to a group raging feast. A bit part of the attraction here is two fold: table side service and the various TVs they have for sports. It feels almost like a restaurant, but better. Most of the time, I don't even have to clean up my own mess, a Shake Shack will come by to do it for me and refill my drink at the same time. It's pretty awesome. Bathrooms are looking pretty good and on occasion, they're bumping good music. I appreciate their attention to detail and moreover, the overall attitude at the counter and on the phone. Sometimes I'll order on the app and the order will be completed in less than 10 minutes. And the food is as good as it gets. I still savor every bite of their burgers and fall into a coma after one of their shakes. The secret menu is very much alive here and their fries are always crispy to the bite. The customer service is top notch and this is probably my favorite Shack but quite far from my home. I gave their bacon cheese fries a try, but it was too much salt and cheese for me.
