    Easy kiosk ordering.

This was the cleanest Shake Shack I have ever been in, the staff was constantly wiping down the tables and cleaning throughout. The staff was super friendly and extremely polite. They had a great promotion going on for a few dollars off. If you become a regular, you should sign up for their email promotions so you keep in the know and save. The manager Kamachi was so personable. She was helping everyone with their questions and on the kiosk. The food was fresh, but I made a mistake and ordered a lettuce wrap burger not really thinking about it and not realizing it didn't come with a bun. It's a great addition to Jackson Heights .

I was so surprised to hear about the shake shack at this location! The nearest one in queens was QCM but it always felt like a hassle to get to. This one; however is right in the neighborhood! I mobile ordered and walked over with my boyfriend and pup; expecting to eat our dinner! The location itself is right on the corner, clean on the inside, some booths & tables, we picked up our order and sat; but were told we needed to eat outside since we had our pup (who is an ESA).. This is unusual because I've always brought her to other shake shacks and they even have a separate dog menu?? All in all, the food was good. The burgers were tasty (as per any Shake Shack). The chicken nuggets were very oily but we were starving. I'd possibly come back if I was craving it but not sure if this would be a go-to spot for me..

Loved it. I don't really have Shake Shack almost ever, but I think I will a great deal more now that it's in the neighborhood. Came here on opening day and I've returned a few times since. I've had the same great experience every time. Because I don't go to Shake Shack almost ever, everything is pretty new and cool. The place is very clean and the staff is exceptionally nice. At the counter, they're nice, when they bring you your food, they're nice, when they're helping someone out at the POS system, they're nice. POS is on the left (as you walk in) and you order yourself on the touch screen. Typically this is annoying to me, but the UI is fairly intuitive and it's easy even to make substitutions. If you're having a rough time, usually a staff member will help out, unprompted. If you're going to dine in, you can grab a number from the table the POS screens are affixed to and go sit down. All pretty easy and straightforward. Food has been consistently good. Whether it's a burger or a chicken sandwich, it all comes out good. Sure the portions are a bit on the smaller side and the prices are not cheapest, but it's a different type of fast food. While the place itself is not the largest, I've always been able to sit down and relax while eating. As an anecdote, I've ALWAYS gotten sick after eating Shake Shack which caused me some hesitation at trying it again. Because it was a brand new business in my hood, I wanted to at least try, and if I got sick, at least I was close to home. I was relieved that the uneasy feeling that I came to expect after consuming Shake Shack food never came and I continue to patron this specific one faithfully.

The food was pretty great, as to be expected from Shake Shack. My only real complaint was that their indoor seating was very poorly setup. There was a ton of extra empty space in the area where people could order, but very few places to sit. They weren't crazy busy, and it was pretty challenging to get a place to sit. Other than that one thing, it's a solid spot to grab a burger.

So I went on opening day around 3pm, and the crowd wasn't too bad. I think this location is great and they will get a lot of traffic and a lot of deliveries. The dining area is pretty small for a shake shack since there are only 4-5 four seaters and 4-5 two seaters. The thing I was really impressed with, the burger tasted identical to any other Shake Shack which is nuts since that was opening day. I did speak with an employee and he said he was helping out from Long Island for two weeks and they brought in some employees from Madison Square Park. I guess the true test will be in two weeks when the training wheels come off. The food: Shackstack- This is the first thing I ever had a Shake Shack so might as well use this burger as the bar. The one I had was great, the meat was perfectly juicy and the shroom pattie was excellent, it added a perfect crunch with an amazing cheese pull. The one thing that actually shocked me was how ungreasy the burger was. Sometimes when I have gone to Shake Shack the wrapper would be filled with grease, not the case at all with this one. The wrapper was completely dry but the burger was juicy. Win!

My lunch. Shackburger, Chicken bites, fries & the Salted Caramel Chocolate Shake. 6 out of 5 stars, it's THAT good.

A brand new Shake Shack in the area and it was an experience I haven't felt in any other location. First off the service is very helpful and accommodating. A 5 star won't do it justice for several other quick service restaurants could take some pointers from this place on PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shout outs to the employees there, y'all were top notch. Speaking of which, I did spend about almost $30 on lunch here (by myself mind you, I had quite a hunger bug in me after a proper workout) so I guess that could play a part in service but that would be disrespectful for me to say so I'm pretty sure the vibe is always like this regardless on how much you spend here. The food, as good as Shake Shack is even surpassed expectations here. The Shack burger I had was delightful with just the right amount of shack sauce and it didn't come off as messy. The chicken bites were hot and tender to the touch and taste, the fries were cooked with the right type of crunch and last but certainly not least, the salted caramel chocolate Shake which was the MVP of the meal. It tastes just like making love to a woman that you've been crushing on for the longest. Ain't nothing like it. Normally I wouldn't up and blow close to $30 on food for myself, even with some feeling of remorse but I felt none of that today, it was worth every penny. If I knew it was gonna be that great I prolly should've left a bigger tip. Make the journey over here to this Shake Shack, I know there are a bunch in NYC but this more than just stands out among the rest.

This is a new location that I noticed and had to try. Since they opened up not too long ago they just have to work out some kinks for this place to run smoothly. Everyone working here was very friendly and just very busy. There were a line of delivery people waiting to pick up orders and plenty of other customers just waiting for their orders. Most of the tables were full but we grabbed the last one available. I actually really like Shake Shack cheeseburgers plus their crispy hot crinkled fries. The ordering process is simple. You can order your food from the many self- service kiosks that are available or wait for the one cashier to put your order in. Once you order you just take a number and just wait for your food to be ready and delivered to your table. Unfortunately, gone are the days of unlimited free refill fountain drinks. Besides that, this is really a great burger place.

Ate here today for lunch by myself on a warm and not so hot Saturday afternoon. I'm definitely surprised that it's such a brand new place in my neighborhood and looks amazing but a bit small that I wish there's more seating. Anyways, I got the black truffle burger with 2 sides of truffle parmesan fries with the black truffle sauce and a small ice cold soda drink that it had tasted super good and delicious. The service there was also attentive. I couldn't agree more! Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :)

Couldn't stop eating it. Way better crunch than what I remember from KFC. * Ube pie: easily the best item. Perfect sweetness with a really satisfying crispy shell. * Peach pie: same great crunch but way too sweet for me * Spaghetti: just okay. The sauce is on the sweeter side and not something I'd order again. * Gravy: a bit salty and forgettable, didn't matter much because the chicken carried everything. * Overall: skip the extras and just get a bucket of chicken + ube pie. I should've listened to my coworker from the start.

The tables are oddly located in the middle of the room due to the design of the floor plan. Although, the food is amazing. Chickenjoy! Always the best - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The spaghetti is great and very Filipino style. I've noticed two counters up front but only 1 counter is taking orders. There are people at the back working like crazy due to orders over orders. I recommend just getting in line for orders. I did both online and in person and the in person is way faster than online. Isnt that weird? Anyways, i love the food that's why i go back here despite all the hustles and bustles.

We walked into a bright, clean, and energetic space with a fast-paced atmosphere that reflects how popular the chain has become. Even with a line forming at the counter, the staff kept things moving efficiently, and the operation felt well organized considering the volume of customers coming through the door. The dining room has a casual, functional energy, the kind of place where the focus stays on getting a satisfying meal rather than lingering, and the open kitchen adds a layer of transparency to the process. We went with one of the tender combos, which is really the reason most people come here in the first place. The chicken tenders were juicy, freshly cooked, and had a crispy coating that held up well without feeling overly heavy. The coating had a good crunch that stayed intact through the meal, and the chicken itself was moist and tender throughout. The real standout, though, is the Cane's Sauce. It adds a tangy, peppery flavor that works perfectly with the chicken and honestly ties the entire meal together. Between the tenders, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast, it is a simple meal, but one that is executed consistently well. The toast is buttery and soft, and the fries are solid enough to hold their own alongside the main event. One thing we have noticed is that the chicken can occasionally feel a little greasy depending on the visit, especially if you are ordering a larger combo. For some people that may not be an issue at all, while others might find it sits a bit heavy afterward. That has varied from visit to visit, but it is worth mentioning because the meal is definitely on the richer side compared to some other fast food chicken options. The coleslaw provides a lighter contrast, though it is a fairly standard version of the side and does not stand out the way the chicken and sauce do. The staff during our visit were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was well maintained. Food came out quickly, and despite the limited menu, there is something refreshing about a place that focuses on doing one thing rather than trying to offer dozens of different options. The simplicity of the menu makes the decision process easy, and the consistency of the meal across visits is a big part of the appeal. Raising Cane's delivers a satisfying chicken tender meal with quality chicken, a great signature sauce, and consistently solid sides. It may not be the lightest meal around, but when you are in the mood for crispy chicken tenders and a straightforward comfort-food combo, it is easy to see why so many people keep coming back. The meal is familiar, filling, and hits the right notes for what it sets out to do.

The decor is so cute and I love how each canes location has decor relating to the local area. The first box combo comes with 4 tenders, Texas toast, fries, and a drink. You can swap out the Cole slaw with more Texas toast or fries. I love how filling it is and when we got the fries, it was so crispy and fresh. The chicken was a good texture, but I you definitely need to eat it with the canes sauce to get flavor from it.

Though there was some seating available, some of our group did not like the stifling air inside. Maybe they need better ventilation or leave the door open. The Wake Up Matcha with Herbal Jelly (Large, Iced, 0% sugar) had a decent matcha flavor. It still had a hint of sweetness, and the general consensus was that the drinks were on the sweet side. I am glad I got no sugar with this drink. The Cajun Fries with Mango Habanero sauce was perfectly crispy. The Cajun seasoning completely covers the fries, which I like (give me -all- that seasoning!), so it's got really good Cajun flavor. The sauce added some sweetness to the fries. I liked the little wooden stick to eat the fries with, so you don't get seasoning all over your fingers. Note: they have a cash price and a credit card price.
