I love Taco Bell's Supreme tacos. This store is consistent. I think I was the first customer of the day arriving 10-15 minutes after opening. Service was good by people behind the counter, however 2 of the 4 kiosks for ordering were out of service and the one I did use came up with some kind of error so I moved to last kiosk available. My biggest problem with this place was the cleanliness. They had supposedly just mopped but obviously they never move chairs or tables when they do. This location is pretty big with plenty of seatings and a soda fountain to the side. Ordered at the counter; though the cashier didn't speak much English I pointed to the combo order number and nodded to acknowledge my order. Wait was pretty fast and the display lets you watch the counter staff make the order. If I'm correct, the workers mark that it's ready (to skew the data of response time), but doesn't attempt to make it till you are in the store, & announce yourself. I recommend going straight to pick-up area, & giving your name. Today's experience was even worse, i gave my name, & told them it was a mobile order (per usual). They would not honor the chalupa box nation deal on the App. I called ahead of time and the manager confirmed that order is ready for pickup. When I showed up at the restaurants the order suddenly disappears in their system and made me waste a trip for no reason. This might be the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's pretty new to the area, definitely less than two months. This place was less bright than other Taco Bells. Not sure if this will be their norm going forward but I like it better. Seating area is to the right as you walk in and the order counter is all the way in the back. There are also kiosks you can use right by the door way. They were very easy to use and navigate. I haven't been here in awhile and I wanted to take my time checking the menu out, so instead of holding up the line at the counter, this was perfect for that. Once you order, you get a number and you just wait for your name or number to be called. The prep area also has a large see thru glass partition so you can see your order being made which is a nice touch. The soda machines and hot sauces are right by the pick up counter as well. I'm lucky enough to be close to walk here but driving here can be tricky. There is a street/metered parking a few blocks away but stopping right out front is tricky because of a bus stop and the general traffic. I don't think there are enough Taco Bell's around so one that is so close to be is great. read more

Saddened by the closing of Taco Bell in Forest Hills with the last decade I was delighted to hear one would be opening at the 63rd stop in Rego Park. I made the customary Taco Bell pilgrimage as soon as I received word that it had finally opened. And oh, was it ever a glorious culinary experience! Ordering was done via DIY kiosk, which was a decidedly genius move given how busy they were on a Sunday evening. The self-service ordering was remarkably convenient and even allowed for a degree of per-item-customization hitherto unknown to me. This in turn permitted all staffing resources to drive the assembly line, which delivered my order in ample time -- I would say no more than 5 minute wait at most. The employees themselves seemed well-versed in what they were making (surprising given this was a new establishment). My order was executed to my satisfaction with zero mistakes and I was provided with a plastic carry-out bag upon request. read more

Finally Rego Park has a Taco Bell!! No longer need to drive to fresh meadows or anything. Can walk a few blocks away. Place is clean and well organized, it was a large sneaker store before that no one visited. I ordered on the kiosk and my order was fulfilled right away. Food felt fresh as well. I like this Taco Bell I come here often when I want to just eat light and have a taco with especially the nachos. The nachos and cheese I love but they went lower on the cheese and I'm not happy. My server today did give me a little more cheese in the serving because I mentioned it so that was very nice. you can order extra but it's a dollar something which shouldn't be they used to give a lot more cheese times are hard for everybody. The staff there is disgruntled. The worker today appeared annoyed and denied that there is a 3 taco combo. Yet it was on the menu. She refused to give the combo (two hard tacos & one soft). Would I typically leave a review for Taco Bell? No. Did I end up going to this Taco Bell on a Sunday night after trying to find tacos in our area after watching a cooking competition where they were making tacos? Yes. Being vegetarian, it's hard to find good, quick fast food that also has vegetarian options. This is why Taco Bell is pretty clutch for most vegetarian people, and this one was really clean compared to some other Taco Bells in the area. It was well kept, and when I was leaving, they were out of sauce. I asked for some mild sauce before checking out and they were great at giving it to me and grabbing some quickly. I ordered via the app and added some modifications to our order and they came through for all of them. Given that this Taco Bell is in our neighborhood, I'm sure we'll probably stop by again. This Taco Bell just opened a few days ago, taking the place of the previous tenant, Hightops, a shoe store no one liked. It's a welcome addition since there aren't any other Taco Bells in Rego Park, and not too many Tex-Mex restaurants. There were several kiosks for ordering. Easy to navigate. Plenty of options for customizing tacos. They took Google Pay. There was an option for emailing receipts. The only hitch related to ordering was that I swapped the fountain drink on a combo for bottled water. They didn't give me the water initially and I had to ask again. They probably assumed most people would grab a fountain soda themselves. As for the food, it's standard Taco Bell food. No real issues, but don't expect fine dining. read more
