Easy ordering, fast pickup, food was warm and tasty. No complaints. But it felt like a typical chain restaurant. No ambiance. Kids go here after a game or school. Definitely not date worthy. Feels silly to write a review of Qdoba but I'm just going to do it anyways. First off if you're not familiar with Qdoba it is a fast food Mexican inspired restaurant. You'll see the typical burrito, burrito bowls, tacos and etc. Their claim to fame is the fresh tortilla, which is delicious by the way. I usually order this place with curbside pick up. It's pretty easy you get there, click the message to let them know that you are there, and turn on your hazards and someone will bring out your food. I typically get the bowl with a tortilla on the side. Compared to some of their competitors who charge for a lot of the extras they do not do that at Qdoba which is nice (even the guacamole is not an extra charge). There are only a few specialty items that they do charge for. Everything looks and taste fresh. My huge thing about this place and how ridiculously friendly the staff is here. You always get a huge smile and great customer service. Not sure how they train their staff here but man are they well trained. It's a huge departure from Chipotle, Dos Toros or Pancheros where they just seem to want you to get your food and leave them alone. read more

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I have eaten here several times and usually enjoyed the food. I ordered a chicken burrito with several toppings and sauces and a side of chips and queso. The cashier overcharged me but was very friendly and fixed her mistake. Was in the neighborhood and decided to grab some dinner with my mom! I used to go to St John's for undergrad so I was super nervous that it would be packed; therefore decided to order on the app! I guess everyone had the same idea as me because when I walked in, the line was surprisingly small & the takeout order section was packed! There wasn't a designated person to hand out the take out's so it was a little stressful; however I ended up asking the cashier if my order was ready & it was!! Woo, I ended up snatching my order & we decided to eat outside! I always get the crunchy shell -- it just makes the meal 10x better! Food was fresh & good & left satisfied! Qdoba's burritos are huge and delicious! Service was quick and the ambiance was very laid back. I will most definitely be back!

Everyone raves about Qdoba, and while the price was right, I'm not quite sure what the hype is about. Solid Mexican - don't get me wrong - but just a bit less flavorful than I would have expected getting roughly the same order I get at another major Mexican chain. The problem is ALWAYS with the Qdoba gift cards, which the cashier has to fight with for the system to accept them, or just gives up and we are left to pay with cash. This has happened repeatedly at different locations in the Worcester MA area for us. Whatever the reasons for this--- Maybe it's a computer system that in 2024 just cannot deal with gift cards---- or maybe a quick way for the company to generate more cash----- I'd advise against going the Qdoba gift card route. We are done with it. Take the little Qdoba gift card holder and put a visa gift card in it instead. You'll thank me. read more

I like that they have the taco shell -- it's one of my favorite parts. I get chicken or steak as protein depending on the day with rice and a lot of toppings that make the bowl very filling. It comes out to about $10-13. The line always moves fast. Both indoor and outdoor seating. read more

I've been coming to this location since they have opened and every visit is a different experience. Some days you will get someone who is nice and in a good mood and other days you will get someone who's not so nice. I've had tacos, quesadillas, burritos and salads from here on many different occasions. If you are a student and present your student I'd you get a free drink. I prefer to order in person then online however the other day I went against my gut again and ordered online uber eats and it was not a good experience. I placed an order for two quesadillas and they both were burned like this. There was no option for extra cheese so I called spoke to someone and requested extra cheese on both they said it would be added. It was not! After calling and explaining this food was not edible not only was it hurt but it had such a horrible smell along with it. I agreed to go to the location and pick up my food being that I was trying to avoid this I was frustrated but still went. They fixed the order but non the less it shouldn't have come to this. I ordered a veggie bowl and chips and spicy queso. The veggie bowl was okay. But the server put a pound of rice after I said a little rice please. But then proceeded to give me 3 strands of fajita and after I asked for more fajita since I'm doing vegetables only, he gave me literally one more strip. Then my bowl was slid over to the cheese,lettuce,guac area. Here a different server wasn't counting each pepper. The only thing with that was I ordered guacamole with my bowl and they use a special guacamole spoon that might as well be a teaspoon. One very small scoop with all this rice. This is the second time I've been here- the food is amazing! Twice I've gotten their lime shrimp salad. So filling, and tasty. A friend of mine from work recommended it so we stopped in and no disappointments. The line looks long but moved fast. Employees are quick, attentive and pleasant. I think Quoba is better than Chipotle the chicken has more flavor to me. I also like the fact if you ask for guacamole on your salad they don't charge you extra money. The staff was very nice a lot of seating and the tables was clean and didn't have a problem finding a parking space. read more

Picked up 3 burritos since I was going to be in the area. We got steak, chicken and pulled pork. I was a bit surprised to find one bowl and 2 burritos, but it wasn't a big deal. The portions were pretty good compared to the food we received a year ago. Big chunks of meat. Veggies were very fresh.. very crispy peppers. Really saucy. Not a lot of rice. I hadn't had Qdoba in foreverrrrr. Took a quick bite with my aunt here before running errands. It brought back so many memories. It surprisingly wasn't busy, considering the fact that we went during lunch time. However, the linemen were rushing the heckkk out of us that we could barely finish our sentences. Other than that, the food was as I remembered it. We shared a quesadilla and it was big enough for the both of us. They gave us extra chips and guac for free which I was thankful for. It included sautéed citrus shrimps with grilled steak, black beans, red onions, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, rice, and guacamole. Unfortunately, I did not taste any citrus in the shrimps and the portion size was small. The steak was not overcooked, but it was a little salty. I was having a bad day so I decided to treat myself to some nachos from Qdoba! Well Qdoba decided to be the icing on top of my cr*p day by serving me chips with a side of a soupy mess. Not only did I pay $30 for this (ordered through Grubhub, you know how that goes) they also decided to go all out and make sure my Coke was as hot as the temp outside. I must admit it was fun trying to find the 4 pieces of chicken hidden at the bottom of this mixture. I'm giving them two stars because the extra queso I ordered was okay but still I want to cry. THE WORST OF THE WORST I ordered delivery and used Grub Hub for delivery. To start with, it took me four repeated attempts to order what I thought would be a pile of nice crisp nachos with the toppings I wanted. You REALLY have to want something to try to order online from this place. The page is not intuitive, forces choices, and doesn't work. Next: The delivery driver did not know that he was supposed to deliver the food. He sat at the end of my driveway playing on his cell phone till I walked out and got the stuff. Then: Inside I opened the bag expecting a plate like the picture, a pile of nice, crisp, tortilla chips served hot, well prepared with all my meat and cheeze toppings. FAT CHANCE. THE FOOD: What I got was a bag of well crushed, cold chip fragments and a covered saucer of slop. The slop, much resembling the stuff we used to dump from buckets into the pig trough, turns out to be all the toppings and meat, cheese, sauce choices dumped randomly in the cardboard saucer and served cold. I was able to eat it all using a table spoon. I was just too hungry to throw it all out into the street for the racoons, but I think they'd have been offended if I did. It does not get worse. NEVER. I will NEVER use QDOBA for food or Grub Hub for delivery. Never, ever. What a disgrace. read more

I enjoy Qdoba so much. My mother, sister and I come here every once in a while for a quick, inexpensive dinner night with my 2.5 year old because it's in the neighborhood. I'm sure we all understand that this is not completely "authentic" Mexican food and I don't know who's going to Qdoba expecting it to be. Regardless, the food is delicious. Never had an issue with it. They have kids meals that come with chips or apple sauce. They also have juice boxes. My son loves their quesadilla and chips. I always get the burrito bowl with chicken and pork. Yum! Especially the pork, so tender and flavorful. The serving sizes are great. My mom loves the tacos. And my sister gets the vegetarian taco salad and said it's really good too! I always bring a taco salad home for my husband as well which he enjoys. The food doesn't ever taste like it's been sitting out and I think it's pretty fresh. Service is always friendly and quick. In the summer they have outdoor seating. My ONLY complaint is that they really need to fix the issue with the cold. I was there last night and it was so freezing that we actually thought about taking the food back to the car and eating there with the heat on. Everyone in the place was eating with their coats on. Every time the door opened, the cold air just hit you and sent a crazy draft through the place. read more
