But the food is tasty! We had the summer rolls, peppered calamari, the signature pho, and the beef short-rib pho. The summer rolls and calamari were good, you could taste the freshness of the veggies and shrimp. I wish the calamari had been a bit crispier and seasoned with a touch more salt and pepper, but it was still very good. The real reason I'll be coming back is the pho broth. Some people might describe it as slightly sweet, but to me, it had a rich, balanced flavor. The person working there mentioned they couldn't do two different spice levels for an order of tenders+side, but only if I ordered sliders+side.
