Wow! This burrito probably weighed 5lbs. I ordered the carnitas burrito and asked for guacamole and mild sauce. It tasted so fresh and was super filling. I've always driven past this place wondering what they serve and wanting to try it. Finally did so and so glad I did! Ordered a quesadilla chicken. With everything that it can come with minus the shredded cheese and lettuce. It was more like a burrito if you ask me. Packed with the works. Rice black beans. Veggies. Pico. Sour cream. Very big and filling. Shared it with my daughter and we were both pleasantly surprised and had a full tummy with just one quesadilla. And if you pay with cash they give you a 2% discount off the total! Less than $12 and packed with lots of flavor. So glad to have stopped in. Will come back. The ambiance of Burrito Blvd is cozy and relaxing with wide-spaced seats and clean environment. They served delivery and it's also a great place for dining in because of parking and free WiFi. The staff was friendly but slow with lots of take out and catering orders. They treated us a complimentary churro which was a perfect dessert as an apology for waiting. We tried their Shrimp Salad Bowl and Pop Nacho with Steak. The shrimp was grilled on the spot when we ordered and needed about 5 minutes but it's totally worth a wait. It was super tender, juicy and delicious with creamy & sweet sauce. The Nachos was average at best and the steak was well-flavored but kind of dry. Their sides were also good especially chopped zucchini which was recommended a must choice. Overall, their food was decent, even the choice is limited, much better than Chipotle with similar & reasonable price. read more

Was in town for a tattoo removal appointment at Bye Bye Ink and this Burrito place was down the street so me and my brother decided to try it. The workers were so friendly, and food was amazing! I had a carne asada bowl and they have flavorful additions and sauces. They give you a mountain of food also! Such big portions and they definitely don't skimp out. Great prices and my brother enjoyed his quesadila as well! Everything was amazing. Place is clean, and tidy! If i lived closer, I would not spend another dime on chipotle. The only issue I had was their food. I ordered a veggie burrito. The rice had no flavor, the grilled zucchini lacked flavor, the grilled peppers did not appeared to be seasoned throughly. Figure this is a new place in the area, looks promising but probably still need some more time to work out the kinks. Food is in comparison to chipotle and dos Toro, same setup with selecting your meal, the protein, toppings and sauces. Only thing that was a bit of a turn off was the onion and green pepper, which was either uncooked or raw, maybe that's how they do it here or maybe someone forgot to saute it and give it some heat. First time ordering from here today. We ordered a carne asada bowl which was delicious that is the only reason I am giving a review for three stars and not one star. The bowl was very flavorful and filling. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla which was awful and dry. It was not even cut into triangle shapes like a normal quesadilla. It looks like a flat empty shell of a burrito. I also ordered sour cream and didn't receive it! So I have a dry flat quesadilla with no sauce. We also ordered nachos and they were good, however we ordered salsa and you know what we got? Nachos and chopped up tomato bits that you can not dip into! They are literally just chopped up tomatoes. I don't know if maybe there was a new chef or if they were in a rush but what happened? I would probably order again but only for the bowls! Doesn't look like much when you pass by, but wanted to try the place out. If you don't try, then you don't know. It is a typical Mexican place, with bowls, burritos, quesadillas etc. The setup is very similar to that of chipotle. Their food is very normal, not as flavorful as chipotle though, it's hard not to compare. Prices are ok. There is a small parking area shared by business next to it. I've been to Burrito Blvd 3x so far. Once was the week of their grand opening, and then the next two times were the following weeks after. As you can tell, I wouldn't have done back if I didn't really enjoy it. I've gotten a bowl all 3x- once with steak, once with pork and the last time with chicken. The pork was my absolute favorite! There is no other spot like this in the area (Chipotle / Dos Toros / Moes) and Burrito Blvd is better than those places in my opinion. High quality ingredients as well as a very friendly staff. This is such a great addition to the neighborhood. Think of it as a Chipotle but with much fresher ingredients and much more reasonable prices. Also, they recently added queso and it's our of this world! My last visit there was a salad with chicken, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, corn and this delicious green sauce on top...and of course a side of chips and queso. So delicious! I give this place 4 stars because it appears the ownership puts a lot effort into providing great service. The place is clean and well kept. As another reviewer mentioned, this place is very similar to a Dos Toros - unfortunately that's not authentic Mexican burritos or taste. These burritos are very bland and vanilla. I came here after a run and just needed to refuel. This is a "fast food" burrito, and in my opinion it's very expensive for what you get - over $10 for just the burrito alone. It sounds like they use good ingredients which might justify the higher cost. read more

Let me start by saying I ordered for delivery. First topic is the chicken quesadilla that was cold and the wrap used was stale tasting. Just over all not a good quesadilla. I got steak tacos. Ordered crunchy tacos they were ok but soggy. So your better off ordering soft tacos. We also got 6 soft tacos. All chicken. The workers were all friendly & the place was clean, which is what made the place. I got a chicken burrito. It was like chipotle style where you pick what you would like on the burrito. The rice was very dry and also a little hard, maybe not cooked through. The sour cream was like straight milk. It had no flavor of sour cream, very runny, very liquidy. I specifically asked for extra and I still could not taste it. There wasn't even any kind of cilantro in the meal as well which I would be hoping for at a Mexican place. Very bland very tasteless. I probably won't be going back for this reason. Maybe they need time to tweak some recipes and seasonings for their toppings. read more
