The crispy fish burrito bowl comes with three pieces and tasted really fresh. The mango salsa was a great touch and added a nice burst of sweetness. Unfortunately, the churros were a bit undercooked on the inside, but the burrito bowl was good enough that I would definitely order from here again! read more

This is a place my husband and I visit almost weekly, as our get-out-of-work-late dinner plan. The crew inside is super friendly, they remember my son's name and always give him a hello. There's plenty of options to choose from, burritos, bowls, quesadillas, they even have salads and birria tacos! They carry impossible meat and cauliflower options for the vegan/vegetarians, like my husband, and have a kids menu as well. Prices are good, between $10-$15 a person, more if you add on a drink or some guac/queso & chips! If you're looking for a quick bite, no matter the hour (they're open until 3 AM!), I suggest you stop by Guac Time read more

Late Night Eats @ Guac Time Never Miss. Honestly Speaking. In my opinion, I feel this Restaurant is better than Chipotle, BY Far. The service is always super fast, I always get my food delivered. Late night around 12pm, while I edit content. From this burrito bowl it was buy one get one free. So I got one for myself and girlfriend. The smell of the food was amazing when you mixed everything up. It looked so beautiful. The food was tasty and fresh, juicy and tender. I was disappointed when I finished so I snuck and finished my girlfriend's bowl too . (She was mad at me). So when they open I'll be getting another one. Overall rating : 25/10 read more

It's kind of embarrassing how many times I've ordered from this spot over the last month, but the food hits. This is a much welcomed addition to the local restaurant scene. There are a lot of places nearby, but the area lacks some food diversity. The burritos are good. The honey chipotle chicken is a hit. My only gripe with this place is that they don't offer an option for sauce on the side through Uber Eats. I love dipping my food, and the avocado ranch sauce is very good. Burritos are BOGO (Buy One Get one) on Uber Eats! It is good value. read more

I have to admit they're delicious! The cauliflower was a surprise. It's breaded and fried but it has a buffalo sauce taste to it. It's delicious!!! I love their serving portions and how the food tastes. I've ordered from them twice now.... So I'll definitely make a third and so on at some point. I've always seen the restaurant from outside. It has an avocado in its name (guactime). I've ordered through Uber eats but the food is always prepared quickly with an a good presentation. The service is fast. I will definitely see them again soon. read more

Recently ordered from this place. I placed an order on uber and it was delivered so quickly. I had specific instructions to put the sauce on the side and they followed my instructions. My tostada bowl arrived very quickly and food was hot. Also, the portion was huge. I will be ordering again. I appreciate having another halal spot to order from. read more

Came on Tuesday night (taco tuesdayyyyyy!) I was excited to try after seeing ads about this place. Store was clean, they're open late, and wasn't too busy (they had a few online orders). My food probably took 5-10 minutes before I got it. Got birria chicken taco which I wouldn't get again but it doesn't taste bad. read more

Horrible. Worse than chipotle. I got a Burrito bowl delivered with Uber eats. I ordered many toppings that were barely there and/or missing. Romaine lettuce, corn, avocado ranch, sour cream, Mexican cheese, and paid extra for tortilla strips, Im pissed. If you don't have certain ingredients CONTACT THE CUSTOMER. How do you expect people to be returning customers after receiving crap like this?! Nothing makes me more mad than spending my hard earned money and getting stuff like this in return. Such a damn waste. DO BETTER. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS. Keep serving crap like this and I'm sure someone will make a tik tok that will go viral. Unbelievable. read more

I ALWAYS order the crunch wrap and while they wont share their names, there are at least 3 women who HOLD THAT PLACE DOWN with smiles, no matter how busy they may be! A recently new spot in the heart of Hollis. Went one night and was craving tacos, and right off the bat the service is quick and friendly! The ladies that helped my friend and I were exceptionally wonderful. They made sure that we were set on our order and really packed our tacos with meat. They offer soft or hard tacos so that was pretty interesting. We got chicken tacos as well as ground chicken tacos. You can put whatever toppings you'd like in their and they have a variety of sauces to choose from. The place is very clean & they offer burritos and quesadillas too!! I definitely will come back to try their churros and try out their burrito if I'm extra hungry! read more

I love the crunch wraps! I order them on Uber eats all the time and it's so good. It's loaded and they definetly add more ingredients than other places like moes. And they're fresher! I wish they would add more of the crispy shell to it because by delivery it can get soggy but throw it in the air fryer and it'll mostly come back to life. I need to try other items but the crunch wrap has my heart! read more

I personally would not eat here again. The workers were rude and unprofessional, and have now real knowledge of their own menu.

Great burrito bowls and friendly service. The tres leche cake and churros are delicious.

I live across the street from this place& went there to support them the day they opened. I wasn't greeted in a friendly or appreciative manner, ordered, but asked for additional food because I felt the amount wasn't worth the price. When I paid, I wasn't even thanked for my business, a common courtesy. I felt a biased vibe because I don't look like the proprietors. Haven't been back since. read more

It's clear to me that they do not wipe or clean the knifes. I ordered a churro that end up having a strong onion taste where it was cut. Just disgusting. Waste of money. Why would someone come back? The health and hygiene is concerning at this location. Peoples health matters. Also, overpriced churro. Think twice going here. You can probably find a better and safe option somewhere els read more

Great fast to go I loved the crispy beff taco and fish taco. Love picking own toppings

Every time I order from here they always miss an ingredient or forget to include a sauce. On top of that the service is extremely slow and workers are standing around doing nothing. I ordered ahead on Uber Eats and went into to the store and they did not even start my order until I complained. I got my food more than 40 minutes after ordering. The workers also talk shit in Hindi thinking customers can't understand. Horrible customer service, would not return again. read more

I'm local to the area and often walk past the new Guac Time. (Formerly a bodega which I don't think successfully competed against the corner deli next door) I have yet to be inside the restaurant, looks small though. I'm writing this review after just moments of opening one of my burritos. I ordered from Ubereats and there was a promo; but 1 get 1 Free. So I went for it. Mind you this place is only a few minutes away from my house by car/bike/walking. This burrito is COLD. The free burrito which I haven't opened yet, feels COLD. Some ingredients looked and tasted stale/old. The photo i attached to this review is after i heated it up in my oven. This is already a poor first impression. When folks come home from a long day of work and plan to just order out, it's not fun paying money for something that's so close to home that I'll have to heat up... So I'll most likely not be ordering from this location again. Sorry read more

I've had tacos from many places in my lifetime! This place is the first where they put cinnamon in their beef birria. Yes, cinnamon! It was the most disgusting taste EVER! No one puts cinnamon in tacos! Definitely not in birria tacos! I thought the consume would mask the cinnamon flavor of the birria tacos. I was wrong! The consume had even more cinnamon in it. I call the establishment to ask if they put cinnamon and was told that they put cinnamon and other spices in the broth for the beef and chicken. I tried to explain to this person that cinnamon does not belong ANYWHERE in or on birria tacos. I was told that someone else may like it! She then asked me "what do you want me to do, huh?!" Clearly they do not care about customer feedback. They will continue serving garbage food until the wheels fall off the business! The worst part is I am not the only person who ate this food. Two other family members echoed my feelings about this food. We equally feel sick to our stomachs less than thirty minutes after eating this food! I also ordered two soft tacos with honey chipotle chicken. They looked packed, but I noticed it was mostly lettuce. These tacos were ok. The chicken did not have any honey or chipotle flavor. Just regular adobo chicken. I got mango salsa, salsa verde, nacho cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo. The nacho cheese never made it on my tacos. They put shredded cheddar cheese. The lettuce, salsa, and pico de gallo all had a weird rotting fruit/vegetable smell to them. It was like all the ingredients used (except the chicken) were days old. The lettuce was turning brown in some areas. I ate one taco and my stomach began hurting worse than with the birria tacos. They need to totally revamp their recipe and customer service! This experience left me with a definite feeling of never return there again! Even if that is the only place left on the planet to eat! Even if they offer the food free because they are the only food establishment left on the planet, I will pass! I do not even want drinks from this place! Not even water! All of that would probably taste like cinnamon too! They'll probably tell me the cinnamon is a part of their water supply. I hope the owners see this review and make IMMEDIATE CHANGES! What you are currently serving customers is NOT authentic birria tacos! Not even your soft tacos were good! That's easy to make so I'm confused how you could mess up something so simple! I do know you lost two possible customers today! This time was my first and last trial of your establishment! Keep that nasty food! Smh read more
