Counter was unstaffed until a few minutes after I came in.. they were all busy in the drive-thru here, too, as it was happy hour (2-5p) and sliders and fries were on-discount. Pickup window around the other side. Overall was ok for the super roast beef (at least they knew what it was) , and the roast beef slider came out super hot and melted cheese couldn't tell at that temp. Inside the store was dark wood and seating, a few people seated inside to grab a bite. Interesting layout where the restaurant is partially blocked by the way the wood paneling and support beam is designed; most other restaurants have a more open dining plan. read more

I was in the area and hungry. I've liked Arby's roast beef for many years, but for some reason decided to get their burger special. I was happy I did. The burger was surprisingly juicy and every bit as good as a McDonalds Big Mac or Quarter Pounder. The Curly Fries were very good too. I would return. read more

Arby's is one of the few fast food places I will eat at from time to time. We recently discovered this one is our perfect halfway point when on our way out on Long Island. It's located right off the highway so it's a very quick stop and easy to get back on the highway right after. It's also near a residential area which is great if you need to walk and stretch your legs or for a dog walk. It's an odd layout for their drive thru but always fast and friendly service and good quality food. read more

Worst Arby's location ever. The employees do not take any pride in what they do. The chicken tenders were so dry you couldnt even chew or swallow the meat. Went through the drive through on a Friday during lunchtime. I haven't had Arby's in forever, I remember their roast beef sandwiches was something to brag about. So I ordered two large roast beef sandwiches, a large fries and a new orange cream milkshake. The lady asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato, I said sure, if I wanted to try apple and cherry turnovers, I said sure. $35 later I see that they charged me for lettuce and tomato, .70 each topping!! $6 shake...wow! When I ate it, the roast beef was undercooked, lacked any flavor other than it being salty. Who would have thought I'd spend $35 for lunch at Arby's? Never again. read more

What a refreshing surprise! I saw the sign of 2 gyros for $6 after getting out from HMart. All I would like to say was I was glad that I was bold enough to try them out! Someone needs to make sure tables and bathrooms are clean. We usually do take out at the drive thru but de used to dine in. Nice restaurant, comfortable, pleasant staff. Food is ok (rolls pretty dry). Crinkle fries are good. Meat is good. Gyros are great But every single table was dirty. Every single one! I tried to wipe down with napkins but there were thick sticky spots like they hadn't been properly cleaned for a while. My husband used mens room. Disgusting. Human waste on floor, on toilet seat and in bowl for a while. Gross. Bathrooms and tables have to be checked regularly. read more

In case you haven't watched a lot of television recently, Arby's would like the world to know that they, in fact, have the meats. I'm not sure what they had prior to this, but I'm glad they worked out those internal issues. Jokes aside, Arby's isn't half bad, for a fast food joint that is, especially when discussing the Hicksville location. No, I'm not referring to the Broadway Mall food court (that might be a little too much reviewing if I was). The Arby's I'm writing about is right off of the parkways near Broadway Commons, situated as its own standalone spot complete with drive-through and seating. Those seats, hell the whole interior, is something out of a contemporary quick serve restaurant. I was actually somewhat impressed with their set up between the high top counters, booth seating, and fireplace section. It was actually kind of cozy in there and surpasses the attempts of other fast food counterparts like McDonalds and Wendy's in trying to be more comfortably "hip." That being said, my buddy (who I dined with here a few Fridays ago) accurately made the statement that roast beef isn't something the youth are frequently flocking to consume. Arby's combats this with a menu of (you guessed it) meats beyond that of the roast beef variety. With chicken, turkey, and even lamb (gyro!), there's a formidable selection of sandwiches, and the like, for selecting. My selections were actually non-roast beef (not a fan, but I honestly have to give it another try) and fell into the location of lamb as well as the meat of the sea, fish! That's right, Arby's also has a fish sandwich, and currently they're running a cajun version of their normal handheld. It sounded good to me, as did a side of jalapeño bites. Unfortunately, only two out of my three items were memorable. That lamb gyro was definitely tasty, with decent pieces of gyro meat in a large pita with lettuce, tomato, onion, and tzatziki sauce. Those jalapeño bites were just what the spice doctor ordered and with a side of their Bronco berry sauce, it made for a unique sweet-heat combo. The loser was that fish dish. Not that I expect much out of anything sea-based from a place like Arby's, but this filet didn't hold any substantial flavor, and the cajun remoulade sauce didn't do much to help. Even so, I would still sum up the meal as a positive (like the song says, two out of three ain't bad). Overall, this Arby's spot has it going on in contemporary style and flare (which is saying a lot when we're talking about fast food) and rocks it from most meaty standpoints. Yeah, that fish sandwich was a bummer, but the rest of my items were totally tasty, and I honestly don't want to knock things down to three stars when I didn't even dine on what Arby's is known for (roast beef!). Consider this a quality Arby's spot to visit and one I need to return to soon so I can fulfill what we're continuously reminded about: If you're looking for meats, Arby's has the them. read more

I highly recommend this Arby's location if you want your order wrong, staff that doesn't care, and a franchise owner that does not respond to complaints. Please patronize this Arby's if you order roast beef and get turkey, order fries with cheese only, and get bacon and sour cream and try and get a refund from a manager that barely speaks English. I encourage customers to use this Arby's if you want to repeat orders and still not get what you want. read more

Happy hour lured me back! Everyday, including weekends, from 2-5 pm they have dollar small shakes, fries, sliders and cookies. They also have dollar floats for the Summer. The cookies are huge and come in great flavors like salted caramel or triple chocolate. They now have a ghiradelli chocolate shake as well which beats the original jamocha on flavor. Okay , they got me again . But this time I got pissed and went back . I ordered a Waygu burger ( hope I got the spelling right } and waffle fries got home and had a roast beef sandwich, at least they got the fries right . So I went back and asked for the manager , Lo and behold there was my burger with curly fries sitting in a bag . They told me to keep the roast beef sandwich and I told them this was the third time I got the wrong order at the drive through. I really think they are playing games as all of the help were looking at me like they knew what was going on . I didn't take my own advice and checked my order . Never again . From now on I'll check. Good food to bad the girl at the window tells me to back up and pull closer to window the second I got to window not to mention I was already tight to window. She then takes the money and tells me ok now pull up in the parking lot and park behind that car so I can bring it out .. so makes me move closer to then tel me to pull off ..? Then I proceed to watch her do the exact same thing to every other car as soon as they pull up " do me a favor and back up and pull tighter to window " to every single car then sends them in line to bring food out because there not fast enough for three cars. The Turkey and Bacon sandwich with Parmesan ranch was very good. Especially at 10:30 at night if your trying to eat fast food and be a little bit healthier than a burger but the real highlight that got me to write a review was how genuine and joyful Joey was. If your slogan is going to be "we have the meats," then maybe you should attempt at not having the most pathetic hamburger I've ever had in my life. Your obviously frozen "wagyu" burger was tiny and the completely dry meat covered just slightly more than half of the bun. You should change your motto from "we have the meats" to "we don't have nearly enough meat to make a decent burger." And I paid $12 for the meal. At very best, this burger should cost no more then what a burger at White Castle costs. $1.75 TOPS! This meal wasn't worth a penny over $7 and was the absolute worst value I've ever received in a meal. As far as I'm concerned, this place tricked me out of $5. This place is awesome. I love Arby's approach to customer service. When I was out in Long Island the last time I had to stop for a sandwich to feel all the glory that is shown in the commercials. I wish they had some Arby's closer to me in Queens because the food here was excellent. You could tell this was a newer location because of the modern decor. You get seated at a table and your food is brought out to you, which is awesome I really love that kind of service. Asking your name for the order has become so normal now, that the extra level of service really goes the distance. I ate my food so fast because it was amazing that I found myself leaving before i really wanted too. This location is great, I don't know the name of the young guy who works the Drive Thru but he's an excellent employee. I hope he gets a job that pays $500k cause he's on top of his game. Always gets the order right and recently fixed someone else's mistake with a free meal. As for the food, can't go wrong with roast beef on an onion roll with some Arby's sauce. I take my 95 year old Mom to Arbys on Broadway in Jericho once a week. Its her favorite restaurant. Every employee is super friendly, the food is great, they are constantly cleaning up the tables and floors, bathrooms are clean. Prices are good and coupons are available. Its the best Arbys around with the best employess. They cant do enough for you. If there were more stars available they'd get more! read more

We first tried Arby's about 2 weeks ago in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. An excellent experience with their French dip and crinkle fries. A tremendous value for the money. It was so good that we decided to go with some friends to the Jericho location. They ordered the two for six dollars roast beef sandwiches, some jalapeno poppers and diet Cokes. We ordered the stuffed French dips, crinkle fries and diet Cokes. But first, I'd like to thank all of those for giving me a heads up on trying to find the takeout order menu! It's like Where's Waldo! I can't imagine trying to figure out how to maneuver if it was at night. We were also told to back up our car and get closer to the window. We were pretty close to begin with. After that, we were asked to pull up and wait for the order. The other customers after were told the same. We tried the jalapeno poppers and agreed that although they were hot, they were not spicy and the peppers themselves for tough as can be. Like leather and tasted old. Crinkle fries were great as well as the sandwiches. We asked for forks, extra horseradish sauce, ketchup and napkins. We only received four small packets of ketchup, four horseradish sauces and not one napkin! You would think for a total of $36 you would get more than four ketchups, horsey sauce and some napkins! Come on! I asked for these for a group at the drive-in when we place the order and once again at the pickup area. They were not that busy. Why be so stingy with the condiments and paper napkins?! The food is good, but would be better if the order was filled. I am so sorry that we had to travel from Greenlawn to Jericho just for Arby's and to meet our friends halfway from Nassau county.
