Do you know how much you had to screw up in order for someone to create a yelp account just to leave a bad review on this location. I already posted this on Google and I sent an email to corporate about my experience, here I am sharing the experience I had was. Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience picking up my order. It was honestly really weird and so unprofessional it was not a good experience to deal with the only employee at the store apparently? Her name was "Jennifer" I'm not sure if thats her real name because when I asked for her name 2 times, she ignored me the 1st time then quietly said the name Jennifer when I asked again. The employee in question was an older woman employee. It all started when I walked into the store to go pick up my order, there was a woman, in what looked like traditional Indian clothes, long pink skirt and flowy white and black cardigan, who was sitting and laying down on the floor. This woman kept laying down, kneeling up then laying back down for a few minutes while I'm saying hello and asking if she is okay, because honestly again, this was just weird to walk into. This woman ignored me asking if she was okay for about 5 mins then she takes off the skirt and cardigan and walks up to the counter and I see she is an employee. I tell her I'm here to pick up my mobile order, she hands it to me, but I see that my order is wrong. I ordered 2 footlongs and I was given 1 footlong and a 6 inch sub, I tell this to the employee and she states no thats my order I tell her sternly no I ordered 2 footlongs look at my receipt. She does, and when she sees my order was wrong then she goes to make another 6 inch sub for me with a very sheepish attitude as if it was just a little mistake. I wait for the rest of my order and as she finishes wrapping the sub, I noticed she didn't put the Parmesan cheese on the sub (I got the boss footlong) and I ask if she could put some on the side for me please. She informs me that there are no little cups so she can't, I ask her if she could just sprinkle some into the small paper cookie bags. Then she places a paper cookie bag flat on the counter and begins shaking the cheese on top of the bag, she does this for like 5 seconds then she looks at me in my face and asks me if this is okay. At this point I'm very fed up with this employee, I tell her that common sense would tell her to put the cheese inside of the cookie bag, because how would she package the cheese if its on top of the bag? She then laughs nervously and she defends it with some half muttered response honestly I didn't care to listen to because I knew it was nonsense. After all of this, I knew I was going to report my experience and I wanted to name her properly, I asked for her name and she ignored me the 1st time. I asked again a bit more firm what her name is and she quietly said Jennifer. I've gotten plenty of orders from this location before but never have I experienced anything like this, I Unfortunately will certainly remember this when thinking about what to order for lunch at work again and thanks to "Jennifer", I guess I can consider the Jersey Mikes in Hicksville to be my new go to sandwich spot. read more

Came here for the Brush Hollow Pizza and Ice Cream that's located inside this Subway. They have a Hershey's ice cream station. It's all freezer burned and tastes disgusting. There is visible frost on all the ice cream, they're all super old. We added Oreos as a topping and they put stale expired Oreos that even my kids wouldn't eat. $4 for a kiddie scoop with a topping. Just go to cold stone or carvel instead. read more

Do yourself a favor and keep going and find aNother subway!! Service with a grin! And they give new definition to the word stingy!!! I asked for mozzarella and they LITERALLY sprinkled 4 shaved strands of cheese, not to mention barely put a couple pieces of lettuce on a sandwich that cost me 9$... The beauty of it is they also had a nasty disposition. I will never set foot there again and neither should you. read more

This is my go to Subway since it's the closest one nearby to me. It's also conveniently located off major roads & has ample parking. Every worker is pleasant and nice when I come in so I'm not sure where the comments about them being rude comes from. It's a quieter location but does have it's peak hours at lunch time. They've also never been stingy with me before. If you ask for something extra, you should expect to pay extra just like any other establishment would charge you extra. My sandwiches always taste yummy & fresh. This subway is also very clean. read more

Make sure your bill is correct before you leave although it was only $.20 they charged me extra for a sandwich and when I pointed to the board and said well the price is $.20 less on the board they said that the manager forgot to change it it's 5.99 instead of 5.79 when I explained the posted price is what I should be paying for it the Lady just kept blaming the manager and still charged me more for my sandwich read more

As with all chains, there's a certain level of expectation when you walk in the door. This place meets that expectation. Unfortunately, the level of expectation for subway these days is a little lower than some other chains. Come here a lot as it's near my office. I find the staff to actually be quite friendly, and the line moves along pretty quick. The food itself is standard subway fare, and I haven't found the portions to be stingy as some other reviews have mentioned. As far as the place itself, its clean and basically exactly what you would expect. Has a carvel inside as well, but never had anything from there. I actually had one pretty negative experience here though. I purchased a sub and was on my way out to door and got called back, as they forgot to charge me for something (one of the toppings I guess?). Anyway, I had to wait for them to ring me up for the nominal charge that they missed. They were very polite about it, but it still demonstrates a basic lack of customer service skills. The line was long and people behind me were delayed by them running my credit card to get the cents they missed. I can't remember the amount, but it wasn't 5, or even 2 dollars. Overall though, this place is fine. I've always liked subway, and this place is a pretty standard one. I'll keep coming back, but would prefer if I only get rung up once from now on. read more

As with most Subway locations, they are cash register button happy. Make sure you check that you're being rung up for the correct sandwich and if you get a combo meal, also check that you're not being charged for a 32 oz. drink as opposed to the 21 oz. size. Another thing that also bugs me is when using your rewards card, you often have to tell them numerous times that you wish to use your points. I don't mean to bicker about Subway because you pretty much know what you're getting with any location you visit. I do frequent the chain fairly often, especially when I don't have much time because it's at least a little tiny bit better than a typical fast food burger or chicken joint. read more

The owner an Indian guy refused to honor our subway points and when I asked for extra banana peppers, he said they didn't do that. The girl who made our sandwiches was also very cheap and stingy with the toppings but I think it's also because the owner was there watching her. This is the worst subway I have ever gone to and my husband and I have gone to a lot of subways. We will never come back again. Poor service and you can definitely tell the owner is stingy and greedy. read more

Astronomical location! The employees are very welcoming. Handle your food with care, providing the freshest meal to fill your belly. It's an average Subway that has the added bonus of having a Carvel inside. Seating is somewhat limited, like most locations, although I didn't have a problem finding an empty table to enjoy my lunch. My favorite Subway sandwich is the meatball on footlong Italian herbs and cheese bread. It tasted just as delicious here as it does at the other locations. read more

Subway on Brush Hollow Road is a standard subway location. The staff aren't especially friendly, I don't think I've ever gotten a smile from them. And the woman making the sandwiches counts out every last piece of topping to make sure you don't get too much. Heaven forbid I walk out with more than 8 pickles on my sandwich! But they are fast and right on my way home from work, so I usually grab a sammy once a week or so. read more

Rude service, and bickers over extra charge for any possible extra ounce of cheese or slice of coldcut. On top of that, they are extremely stingy on their portions. Thats probably because business is slow for them, but that should never be an excuse if it is a food chain. I also asked for 2 cups of soft drinks, and they condescendingly tell you that you have 3 people, so therefore you get 3 cups (charged as 3 cups of course). The location is very clean. I have found the staff is extremely friendly. I always get a free cookie when I go. They are very sweet.

Went in there with my two young daughters at 9pm. The sign says they close at 9:30. They were obnoxious in saying they are closing early. I can understand they were the owners or something but it was amazing how rude they were!!! Don't go there, nasty people. read more

By far the worst Subway I have ever been to in all my years of eating at Subway(s). This review is long time in coming. My experience with them happened in July of 2013, give or take. I don't remember if i was coming from or going to the movie theater which is right next to their location. But I ordered a foot long turkey... Before they put any veggies I always like black pepper to be put on the Turkey itself. The guy, who i assume is the owner, refused to do so. I couldn't fathom why but he was arguing with me about it in front of another customer behind me. The lady working with him who i assume is his wife or relative was speaking in her language to him. Sounded like she was telling him to just put the pepper on it. Finally he did and put the veggies on there plus the dressing. I went & got a bottle of water. I had a Yankees/Subway coupon for a free Subway which says if you buy ANY drink, you get the subway free. Any drink includes water which i confirmed with Subway itself to their cust serv department before this incident. Needless to say he refused to honor the coupon. We went back and forth about it. Finally I had it and just walked out. I didn't buy the sandwich etc. They have the worst service that i have ever seen. Before that incident i have been there before or after the movies a couple of times. After that incident I never went back there again.... They don't know the meaning of good customer service. No friendly smile or demeanor. And definetly no trying to placate a customer. They are worst then the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld and real life to me.... avoid this Subway location.
