I love this McDonalds! The self-checkout computer was extremely efficient, although not as friendly as I would prefer. I think they should give it a young girls voice and maybe give compliments as you order items; Such as, "wow big boy your appetite is almost as large as your arms" or something similar. Not sure why the reviews are so bad for this place. I think it's pretty good for a McDonald. Once you sit down, someone comes and wipe down the table. It's fast and prompt. I wish I can give this location a 0 star rating. I just had the WORST experience ever! I ordered my food through the drive thru, and the cashier, Sidel, told me to drive up and wait for my food since there was a long line. I said okay. I drove up and I waited maybe like 10 minutes. A car behind me starts beeping very obnoxiously so I drove into a parking spot, that lady from the car behind me comes up to my window and starts cursing at me. Pretty much all mcdonalds give you the same food so if you're reading this for food reasons skip this. I am here to give you information on this location's bathroon. First I used the men's room so I can't say much for the females bathroom. The bathroom is pretty much what you need. The toilet works (at least when I used it. It's clean-ish. I definitely wouldn't let my pants touch the floor here cuz there's some black stuff and wet areas on the floor maybe mold. The toilet paper is single ply but strong enough to do your business. The sink is kind of small and uncomfortable. They don't have paper towels cuz I guess they wanna save money and save the environment with some blow dry only action. Im tired of this place. I keep giving g it a chance but try always find a way to disappoint. When i order a 20 piece i get 1 sauce then when i ask for more they give me an attitude. Like why?!!! I was driving to work this morning when I decided to get an Iced Coffee from McDonalds. I went through the Drive thru and ordered a Medium Iced Coffee. I don't give this place one star, because I reserve that for places that are truly disgusting, bottom of the barrel places. That being said, I have been to this Mcdonalds multiple times, and have not been impressed with the quality of service (even as far as Mcdonalds go). On a couple of occasions I received the wrong order, and more often then not I had to wait an extremely long amount of time to get to the window (drive-through) even when the line was short. As I said, this place isn't total bottom of the barrel, and I had a couple of very quick/good experiences with the person working the early-early morning shift serving breakfast. All my experiences here were via the drive through window, so I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the establishment. read more

Store # 15767 I went to the Drive Thru service at 10:55 am on Saturday 12-29-18 to place an order for breakfast deals .i checked the receipt and was charged regular price for my order. I went up to the manager to ask why I was charged regular price she rudely replied the deals is until 1045am. Clearly, all stores have the deal until 11 am. Would not visit that store or any other MD. The manager needs to go how to follow MD policy and learn customer service skills read more

Went at 3:00pm in the afternoon through the drive through. Our wait I will say was relatively short which is why I would agree with the 1 star. The time it took to get our food was excessive. We ordered the new buttermilk chicken - 4 orders of varying sizes. We were asked to pull into the parking lot to wait and it took 10 minutes for the food to come out. The employee did apologize for the wait, but it was still a wait. The chicken was not nearly what we expected. It was extremely rubbery and the coating was not enjoyable at all. We ended up eating a couple of pieces and unfortunately had to throw the rest away. Overall a very disappointing experience. read more
