This McDonald's does have a Play Place which is a nice bonus, you don't see many of these around the days. The rest of the McDonald's is rather dated inside. This McDonald's could desperately use a renovation. The service for more order was a bit slow, the soda machine had zero carbonated water so had to ask them to refill my drink. read more

I just got literally yelled at by the gentleman in the drive thru . I had read on Google and media that McDonald's fries had beef flavoring . I have been eating their fries for decades. So I just wanted to confirm if the fries had beef before ordering my favorite McDonald's fries !! When I asked the drive thru guy if the fries had any beef he got literally mad and rude !! He replied "I am not going to answer that . I won't talk on that any more ." ... I don't know how what I asked was rude but I sincerely apologized to him for asking my question! For religious reasons I do not eat beef and just wanted to make sure the news in the media about the fries was wrong . But his attitude was shockingly rude . Stopped by the drive-thru late-ish one night to pick something up for a late dinner. The food came out (relatively) fresh, but I have a feeling they were understaffed because the line took quite a while considering there were not that many people in front of me and the people in front of me even had to pull into the parking spots to have their food brought out of them. Had I known I would have been waiting as long as I was, I would have chosen something that wasn't a McDonald's, but again, the food came out warm. I took my granddaughter into this McDonald's. My granddaughter is five and unfortunately threw up on the floor. I would've cleaned it but when I went to the counter and told the woman at the register that there was an accident, they turned around in Spanish and told the other workers I'm not cleaning this f---ing mess And they need to clean it themselves. She hands us a paper towels and tells my wife to clean the mess herself. We would have cleaned it but I don't appreciate the bad attitude. The service at 805 South Broadway is horrible. I have been shorted change at this location and 80% of the time my order is messed up when ordering less then 5 items. I have been given the wrong items or I was missing items with part of another order in my bag. I have complained and just told to drive back and they would fix. NIGHTMARE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We celebrated our son's 2nd birthday here in July, in the private room. First of all, decorations were included in the package which we paid for. We get there, no decorations are done - when I pointed it out, two employees haphazardly started taping ripped up old decor on the walls, with my guests ALREADY THERE (this wasn't done on time). But the bigger problem was, it was INSUFFERABLY hot, dangerously so for the little kids. All our guests were sweating but beyond the discomfort, it was dangerous for the toddlers. One girl borderline fainted, and had to leave the party and call her doctor. We asked several times to please turn in the AC, but the management REFUSED. They said "there's only one thermostat for the entire McDonald's, sorry". I explained kids are basically fainting. They still DID NOTHING. I called the party planner a few days after and let her know the UNSAFE CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN. She said she takes this complaint "very seriously" and will pass it on. Well, I never heard from them again! This place is a DUMP, and the customer service is ATROCIOUS. They ruined my son's birthday and endangered our guests. However, there are aspects like cleanliness, parking space, friendly and fast service that might contribute to a slightly better/worse rating than others.
