You may be wondering what the sandwich queen is doing at a sandwich chain. Sometimes, you just need something quick to go. That's not gonna blow you out of the water, but something that just gets the job done. So I'll never turn my nose up from a sandwich chain. I'm gonna be honest, this was always my least favorite location of this chain. But my most recent visit, it seems like things have changed. There was an abundance of staff ready to help everyone lined up. Also, the staff was a lot more friendly than in previous visits. And finally, my sandwich was really well made. I usually get the number 13 with a little bit of mayo and Mike's Way (everything but the tomatoes, they just make everything soggy). It's a pretty legit sandwich with all the Italian meats and provolone cheese. And it just keeps me going when I'm on the run. Even before this visit, the location itself has been clean and well kept. Probably more apt to come here now than before for sure. read more

I feel like when you walk into the store that the staff should be out of the kitchen available to take your order? Instead there in the back on there phones, and then when you ask them to take your order they act all pissed and make your sandwich awfully. I feel like that's not acceptable for any place especially with fast food places. Really ruined my night after a long day of work. read more

Went here yesterday for 17 sandwiches for a group I work with. I handed them a list of everyone's selections and toppings. I felt a little bad because it was lunch time and they were busy, but they took my list and worked it in. They even put names on each of the sandwiches to make it easier to hand them out. I couldn't believe how helpful they were. And most of the people had never been to a Jersey Mikes. They were all very happy with their choices. All of the sandwiches I ordered were cold, but they're hot sandwiches like their cheesesteaks are delicious as well. Jersey Mike's is basically an upgraded subway. Very upgraded. The cold cuts are sliced right there in front of you. They haven't been sitting in the tray overnight. They are cooking the cheese steaks right there on the grill. order for pick up, and by far this is my location to go too. It's usually.a five minute wait for you sandwich if your going in, but if you order online pick up is quick and fast. Cheat day! For those who are lactose intolerant, eating a cheesesteak is a risky proposition. Since I am nowhere close to Philly, I decided to go to Jersey Mike's, as their cheesesteaks are much better thank Subway's, as they grill it in front of you. Ambience: this is a franchise and has the typical franchise "look". At their price point, you get what you expect, a clean utilitarian environment not too dissimilar from a Subway. There is no indoor dining, as all orders are to go. Food: for a franchise, the cheesesteaks are not bad, as they are grilled when you order them. The smooth melted cheese on the savory steak...mmmm. Price: $18 for a footlong cheesesteak? A little on the high side, but at least it's fresh and made to order. read more

I've been meaning to check out Jersey Mike's for a while now as people said they were pretty good. I was finally in the mood for some sandwiches last weekend, so I went to pick up an Italian sub and see how it was. I picked up a regular size original Italian sub with no modifications. It came out to $9.94 with tax included. The regular size was actually a decent size, and probably plenty of food for someone if they're not a beast eater. The sandwich itself is probably best described as solid and unremarkable. It's tasty enough but nothing really stands out about it. The only thing I wished I left out was the tomatoes, as the liquid from them made the sub a bit soggy. Overall, I'd give 3 stars. At under $10, it's a fairly decent price for the amount of food you get. If there are no speciality mom and pop sandwich shops in your area, it's not a bad option. read more

I was disappointed today. Once again, I ordered using the app and picked up my sandwich. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, when I was ready to eat my sandwich, I realized that they didn't follow the instructions I sent with my order. No big deal. However, whoever assembled my sandwich decided to pile all of the meat and cheese in the center of the sandwich. WTF? I had two ends with very little meat and cheese (almost nothing) and so much meat and cheese in the center that it was difficult to eat. My sandwich looked like a bell curve! If I wasn't accustomed to good sandwiches from this location, my experience today would probably be my last. It looks like time for retraining. As it is, I'll be back. read more

Worst location ever. I usually don't have any complaints about Jersey Miles's but this location is horrible. I ordered the Super sub with extra meat and literally received only a sliver of meat. The girls working there do not know how to make a sandwich or read directions. Also they were not friendly at all. Avoid this location in my opinion if you do not want to get ripped off. read more

I placed a catering order yesterday. I asked the employee if they could have it ready earlier but they said they could not based on other orders. That's fine but I didn't appreciate the nasty attitude I received. I still remained kind. I paid upfront for it and also tipped. When I went to pick up my order today, I could not alone carry the huge box to my car. The employees just stood there staring at me not offering to help. I received help from a very kind customer who was on line waiting to order a sandwich. Bless you kind stranger!! I am appalled at the terrible service I received. Eddie is a wonderful server and very assisting of options and getting the order correct. The young lady at the register (of whom I did not get the name) was also pleasant and professional. I am not sure if this location charge the same cost as in the Bethpage location though it seemed it was a few dollars more and I had to go out to the car to get the extra dollars as patiently waited to finish transaction. It is possible that as a chain they have the same cost as I ordered differently for this visit from last. The turkey hero with two sides of mayo on the bread and toppings was fresh. Of course with mayo their traditional addition of Oil and Vinegar, given to me as an option, was not added. This chain from our experience is a higher, update then from the Subways similar type places. I am glad each visit we have gone has been a good one. read more

Blows Subway away! They're sandwiches are really good for a chain. I love the chipotle chicken cheesesteak. Add a little jalapeno and it's nice and spicy. They have a various amount of cold and hot sandwiches ranging from "mini" to "large" You can easily share a large between two people. They have kid options and meal combos too. Cookies, brownies and of course a nice selection of chips. Everything tastes fresh and every sandwich I've gotten so far has great flavor. I've never gotten that one bad piece of chicken that ruins the sandwich like in Subway if you know what I mean. They have fountain drinks as well as a fridge with a nice variety of bottled beverages. If I'm looking for a quick sandwich spot this is one is on my go to list. read more

When we got here her husband and my husband went to pick up the food from Jersey Mike's. I got the buffalo chicken in a tub. Jersey Mike's offers tub style for low carb people like me. I love it because a tub sounds much better than a sub like somehow it's bigger. My meal was very good, really spicy but I like spicy. I got it without the cheese and hoped the buffalo sauce was gluten free. It came with plenty of veggies as well and lots of meat. TBH, sandwich was sort of good but these people look like they don't care about their job. Me and my brother made a similar order the only difference is he wanted extra veggies and I wanted less items. Both sandwiches was a Chicken Bacon Ranch. Our friends who where in front of us got their sandwiches quick but we had to wait almost half hour for our sandwiches to be ready. My sandwich was ready but I only got Chicken, little ranch, and pickles (which was like possibly 35% of what the sandwich was supposed to have) and my brothers sandwich was just the regular sandwich as stated on the menus but not what he asked for. Did not even bother to go back due to the staff looks like they don't even care. Even if a clump of hair was "accidentally" added in the sandwich they don't give a fuck. Also note should it be consider cross contamination if your slicing different raw meat on the same deli slicer with out wiping it down after each job? Expect that at this location. Oh and another point, if these people get backed up from a DoorDash order, they shouldn't even bother to have it if they are going to waist more time complying a DoorDash order and not the orders of people inside of the place which was almost packed when we were there. So order not even 100% correct from what we ordered and operations is more like a fuck you then a thumbs up. read more

The ingredients taste fresh for a franchise/chain. The hero bread is better than Subway. Their sandwiches kind of give off a Blimpie vibe but with an extra twist. If you're in the mood for classic Italian deli style sandwiches made to order, this is a great option for the person on the go. Their cookies and brownies are pretty delicious and taste fresh too. Here is a suggestion: perhaps we should either not have a television across from the sandwich makers or hire people who have more ability to focus. I came in on a Monday evening and there were just one customer before me. I knew exactly what I wanted to have, it wasn't difficult to order, a regular sized club supreme done Mike's way with extra meat. The gentleman misheard me and kind of mocked what he perceives I had said. He then made me repeat myself twice because he couldn't hear what I said even though I am extremely articulate, have a loud voice and speak very clearly. Nonetheless the sandwich makers were doubling up on my order, two of them working on the sandwich, while the third person worked the register. As she rang me up I noticed her charging me for the sandwich without the extra meat. I was kind of stunned that after all that, he still wasn't going to get my order correct without me again alerting him. I'm giving four stars because the place is new and clean and the food is good. But if service like this takes place on a day when they have virtually no customers, The rent at this location is too high for them to risk bad service. Best of luck. read more

Well, it ain't Blimpies, but it's the closest thing I got! I despise Subways, from their fake bread to packaged never freshly sliced meats. So with the decline of the aforementioned "Blimpies" I really had been having trouble getting my proper sandwich fix. No matter how hard I try em at home, and no local deli's gonna match up either. Jersey Mike's is like 95% exactly what I was looking for, and I'm a hard sell. Kinda pricey, a giant (12-14 inch long) can set you back between $12-16 each, plus tax. But when you account for the all the goodness you get to pile on a dollar to inch ratio isn't the most horrible thing. It's just a hard sell when compared with certain other fast food chains. That $16 can feed multiple people differently across a broad spectrum. And of course they have smaller sized portions, they're just absolutely not worth it to me. Anyway I Jersey Mike's is around for a long time. This location in particular was spacious, though I feel the employees were a little "spaced out" too. But the sandwich business ain't for everyone. read more

Went to Jersey Mikes for the 1st time craving an authentic Italian hero not realizing i walked into a Subway shop with a different name. Fake bread like Subway, no balsamic vinaigrette option, no roasted red peppers or sun dried tomatoes, limp stringy lettuce and cost over $9 for a regular size. Stick with Subway if u want a fake hero, they're cheaper. I'll continue looking for an Italian deli that makes the real deal. read more

For what it is, this place has earned four stars. Let's be real it's still fast food. But it's delicious fast food! It's a million times better than subway! The staff is nice and food is fresh! I love that you can see the staff actually slice your meat. So much better than places that pull out prepackaged crap. And the accompaniments looks fresh as well! They must be pretty fresh cause they go through a lot at any given time. If you're ordering hot food, the line can get a little backed up. But it's still pretty quick. And they do have the option to order ahead on your phone. I don't normally eat cold cuts or cold subs, but the club supreme is delicious and I love it Mike's Way! So good! You can get a combo with fries and a drink. Though I wish they had French fries. Sorry, I love French fries over chips any day. This location is clean! That's super important wherever you go.
