As I bit in I realized , no lettuce and tomatoes...in which I found out afterwards that you had to ask for it because there are people who don't like tomatoes and/ or lettuce. I get it. But every burger comes w lettuce tomatoes , it's a basic inclusion. Isn't it? Overall the meat was good , abit chewy but cooked well, was not that seasoned (reminded me of Holy Cow o_O ). There's room for improvement though. I've made burgers before with frozen Patties and managed to get people to say it tastes like in and out so if I can put a basic burger together that good then Smash Bros, you need to up your burger game. $10 for a double patty on a potato bun? I do go without it sometimes, but the cheese wasn't melted so it was pretty thick and dry, next I tried the fries. They were probably the only good thing I tried at the restaurant. Last was the burger. It was pretty meaty. However, it tasted like a freezer burger without seasoning. If it wasn't for the toppings, it wouldn't worth the hefty price for everything. Asking the employee for the advertised combo he specifically and directly point at the sandwich menu which was significantly higher priced starting at $18. It looks like a steak sandwich, I asked if it was a burger, he stated that it comes like a burger. So we each ordered that and with onion rings. He stated that they come with French fries, we said we wanted to have onion rings for an extra charge. I'm starting to notice a language comprehension challenge in the exchange as he kept saying that the sandwich comes with fries, He later confirms our order minus fries and stated that there's $.75 extra. Sitting down viewing the aesthetics as stated previously, we started observing the menu closer and noticed that the menu says " burger combos" starting at $11. Questions does arise about the promo. Talking to the employee, asking why does the menu say combo and you pointed to the sandwich, his reply was that sandwiches are the only combos that they have. I replied but that sign says sandwiches and the other menu says burger combos and you pointed to the sandwiches, why would you point to the sandwich.
