This location is always closed. 2:50 pm on a Saturday. 4 pm on a Wednesday, any evening from 7 pm onwards. I've stopped by at least 15 times in the past few months when they've been closed. I emailed Panera customer service and corporate seems to be unaware. read more

Three months after my last review, I have Lowered my stars to one, as this location just keeps lowering their standards. How difficult is it to place the chips on the side in the BAG? Only ordered 3 entrees, and two came with no side. I only did it check because I saw the young woman check off each item, using the receipt. Nope, they couldn't get three items correct. They think they should be tipped? Just No. Pay some competent Individuals who actually want to work there 15/hour. Went in to order with intention of eating there. Could not hear most of anything cashier was saying. After ordering I waited 10 minutes until I faintly heard them call out that my order was ready. Panera Bread restaurants are definitely consistent across the nation. I've been told that the soup is actually vacuum packed and then reheated at the different locations. This isn't a bad thing - I still love it. The ability to purchase the "you pick two" is appreciated as well because you're able to try different items. Regardless, I tend to get the bacon turkey bravo along with one of the soup selections. This location is brand new with adequate seating and a drive through. Great seating available outside as well. Panera Bread is only "ok" in my book, however, because it seems as if they haven't caught up with the times. The portion sizes are small for what you're paying for. So visit when you're semi-hungry. read more

Do you enjoy soup that starts off with the consistency of the evil slime from Ghostbusters 2, and slowly mutates into a watery broccoli diarrhea shit? If so, this is the spot fellas. I get it's a chain but godamn, I could tell the soup came from some premade bag they just heated up and sent my way. The steak and white cheddar sandwich was a fart on a sandwich. It had so many damn onions on it it was like eating a steak flavored armpit. However, as the renowned Scottish poet Shrek once said, Panera is like an onion, it has layers. This location has the rudest employees. Asked them to check my bagel order & the guy says, I didn't pack it, don't have to check it, it's correct don't worry. Of course when I got home the bagels were wrong. Asked for Cinnamon Crunch got Asiago Cheese. Asked for Blueberry, got Chocolate Chip. Had to go back to get the correct order. Called & spoke to a manager Christine that was rude as well. You need to implement some quality control steps into your process to avoid inconveniencing your guests. I won't be back to this location. I am just not a fan of the new location at all. Panera has lost its cozy, community feel in moving down the street into the old Applebee's. The layout here is particularly strange: when you walk in, you enter a large, open area with two registers. There, you place your order before squeezing down a narrow corridor to pick it up. Seating is just on the other side of a half-wall separating that narrow corridor, and it is pretty uninspiring, despite a fireplace in the center of the seating area. I'm not sure what "look" Panera is going for here, but I don't think they've found it. I have not used the drive-thru yet, as I really have a hard-time wrapping my head around the idea of Panera as a fast-food establishment. I have used the app to place an order to go though, and I like that the order is waiting for me (in the aforementioned narrow corridor) when I arrive. When it comes to the food though, this restaurant is just like all other Paneras, and I have not complaints in that department. I still love the mac n' cheese, although it was better when Panera used real Vermont white cheddar. Oh well! read more

For 1/2 of a BLT Roast Turkey on a tough Baguette (a squished together sliced turkey clump) with mostly tomatoes and lettuce along with the cup of soup cost of $10.68. Holy Moly. In general, I am a fan of this restaurant franchise. It is one of my favorites, among the vast array of sandwich eateries now at our disposal. This particular location, however, I found disappointing. It seems the upgrade in location (eg. The convenient drive through) was paid for entirely in bread. This is the only explanation I can come up with, for the chronic lack of bread, at an establishment named Panera BREAD. On more than one occasion I've patronized this particular location. I arrived hungry and excited about eating one of my favorite dishes, broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl. I sat down and awaited my meal. When it arrived, much to my dismay, the soup was in a rather large porcelain bowl. (Perhaps they thought the unusually large amount of soup would make up for the lack of bread.) When I inquired about the lack of bread bowl I it was (unapologetically) explained to me that there was no bread. This was not just before closing but rather at around 3 pm. I asked, " well can I at least have a roll?" Nope, none left. Instead, myself and my friend and fellow diner were given 2 small slices of bread. We returned to the counter asking if we could perhaps have a few more. With a look of annoyance, they preceded to hand us several more thin slices of what I can only guess was sourdough. No way to be certain, as the bread was too small to tell. On two other occasions I have had similar experiences at this same location. So, in conclusion, if u are going to Panera Bread looking for bread, I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

Worst place ever. The managers pick their favorites and throw the rest to the curb. Never go through the drive thru. They take forever to get your food and they touch it with their bare hands. They like to stand back there and just chat instead of making the food. The oatmeal and Mac and cheese are frozen and just put in the microwave for about 2 mins. read more

Panera has usually been pretty consistent in quantity and quality. Last night two salads and a sandwich were ordered. They made one salad wrong, and we were able to have that corrected before leaving the restaurant. I was very turned off on the Frontegra chicken sandwich. Biting into a hard over cooked piece of chicken was not pleasant. The dining area was filthy. Dust and spider webs all over. My 6 year old daughter pointed out the spider webs on the lamps. Good thing we weren't eating at a table with a lamp over it! The carpets needed cleaning as well.
