Panera Mediterranean farro & rice salad, missing several ingredients.

This Panera location is inconsistent in their portion size and ingredient distribution. My family orders from Panera every so often and our order is very rarely fulfilled correctly. We are used to checking the order for completion before leaving the pick-up window, so we don't return home without our complete order. Today I ordered our regular order and lo-and-behold, the Mediterranean Greens with Grains was missing the farro and grains, and red onions. I politely inquired about the salad at the pick-up window. The Panera associate responded quickly with, "No, this is the correct salad. I don't know what you think you ordered, but this is the Mediterranean salad." She pushed the salad back over to me and it was very clear she was done talking with me and not interested in completing the order. There was no associate in the bakery to speak with, and a car full of hungry kids after their sports practice, so in frustration, I decided to just head home. As I drove home, the quart of hot tomato soup spilled all over inside the paper bag and began to leak through. The lid to the soup was completely open and It was a MESS. Panera relies on their app for orders to be placed, but they will not answer their store phone if you call. This Panera location earns 1/5 stars- they are inconsistent in portion sizes and ingredient use, their customer service is severely lacking, and they are incredibly sloppy in putting their meals together. As Panera's prices increase exponentially, their service and quality are sadly decreasing. We won't be returning.

Overall fast service, but the establishment was quite busy and not all the tables were clean. I ordered on the kiosk and they don't have the drinks containers outside. When you go pick up your order they give you the container for you to fill up your drink. There was no signage that directed you to do that, so I was a bit confused. Be prepared to show your mobile order or receipt. Overall the salad was ok, they added too much dressing. I had the green goddess chicken salad, and the home style chicken noodle soup. The soup doesn't have a lot of noodles is mostly chicken broth.

Panera used to be one of my favorite places but over the years I feel like it's been going downhill. I came to do some remote work and it got the job done. I found a table in the back where it wasn't too loud and near an outlet. I tried the Mediterranean warm bowl with chicken which was actually very good - lots of flavor and a good ratio of all the ingredients.

If only their "New Sour Dough Melt" sandwich vaguely resembled the pictures they post everywhere. What we got was barely warmed bland sour dough bread with room temp fixings that had been thrown together like a kindergartner made the sandwiches. The manager kindly offered this comment "it's hard to get color on the sour dough bread because it's so dense". Say what?!!! Just toast it man! He then offered a voucher for another meal and we stupidly ordered the "New Sour Dough Melt" sandwich again. Guess what? It looked exactly the same and tasted just as bad. Sorry but it's not hard to toast a sandwich and melt the fixings inside...if you cared to try. Don't bother with this new sandwich, it's awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a bacon turkey bravo. Bacon.... TURKEY... bravo... whoever was on sandwich line last night did not make my Sammy correctly! I am not pleased with this and corporate will be hearing from me.

I went through the drive thru and placed my order- once I got to the window Issac greeted me with a friendly smile. I had a question about sugar free drink options and he went above and beyond telling me about a herbal tea drink. I ended up purchasing the drink after trying a sample- I was blown away with his enthusiasm and great customer oriented approach. I will definitely be back and will be joining the sip club due to this pleasant experience! Thank you!!

Worst experience ever, slowest drive through I've ever been in. No clue what takes so long to make two sandwiches for almost 25 minutes.

St. Mary's Park and then Wheeler Park in Geneva. We wind up on Third Street and head toward the train station and always stop at our favorite little lunch place--Deane's Market & Deli. Start off with the tomato basil soup--SO good! Then we'll often split a sandwich, such as the roast beef (with any number of variations for cheese, bread, sauce). There's a nice case of drinks--sodas, teas, lemonade, water--from which to choose, as well as little bags of kettle cooked chips, also with several varieties. You order at the counter, take a seat (but be forewarned, it can get busy), and then some young person will come by with a tray of your food. While you wait, you can peruse the super cute kitchen items for sale, including seasonal tschotches, dishes, bowls, bottles, linens--you never know quite what you'll find, but we often can't resist one thing or another. Anyway, sated and fortified, we head back across the river using the double bridge (pedestrian below, railroad above), through Island Park and then back home. It's our weekend ritual and we love it. (The only reason I give it four stars is because the prices are a bit high, IMHO. I had half a grilled cheese sandwich the other day for more than $7.)

Ordered ahead and the food was ready in the time it took for me to make the 10 minute drive over. The restaurant was clean and had a nice sized dining room with a good amount of tables. Ordered a gyro sandwich and large Mediterranean salad with gyro meat added for us to split like we usually do and see how it stacks up to our regular spot. I liked the variety of toppings the gyro sandwich had and the chunky tzatziki but was surprised to find the sandwich came with no onions. My mom mentioned that she thought the gyro strips weren't as well seasoned as at other places and I initially disagreed but by the end of the meal I did notice the inconsistency and had more than a couple of bland tasting pieces. This was more notable in the Mediterranean salad which had a generous portion of the meat but was not very Mediterranean/Greek. It didn't have any olives, minimal onions and little to no dressing. Seemed more like just the fattoush salad with a couple of pieces of feta. So unfortunately it looks like we'll just have to make more of an effort to get into our tried and true gyro provider before closing time. I have to say that there was a couple of stray pieces of chicken shawarma in our gyros that actually tasted really good which leads me to believe that maybe Pita Zone's forte is their shawarma. I will probably put that theory to the test at some point in the future but not necessarily right away.

A nice spot to grab a drink on a nice weather day - the outdoor patio is fantastic!…read more The fellas and I grabbed a round of brews here while roaming around downtown Geneva and we had zero complaints. It was really nice out so, naturally, we were at the outdoor bar/patio. What a delightful space: open, airy, ample seating, great staff. The biggest bummer is navigating inside for the bathroom but everything else is top notch. We're fans and will return again!

I'd love to share my full experience at Preservation but alas, there isn't much in the way of food…read moreor drink I can report on. The service however, is a different story. My friend and I arrived around 7:15pm this evening, Tuesday night, a weekday. We were greeted by a hostess in a full winter jacket and completely empty front room. She gave us the option to sit in said empty room or to follow her back to a "cozy heated area." We couldn't decide so we asked her to choose, and she led us down a long, narrow hallway to the back. There were three parties total in the indoor patio--us, another table of 2 and a large party of 8. Their outdoor patio was open, and with a view of it from the cozy room. The outdoor patio was festive with holiday lights, heaters and perhaps 3 people sitting at the bar. Many employees bustled back and forth through the door linking our two spaces. Our waitress brought us two glasses of water and food menus, pointed out the QR code menu on our table and walked away. That was our ONLY interaction with her. We proceeded to then sit for 15 minutes, watching our waitress, along with 3 other employees walk back and forth, attentively serving the large party, cleaning up a recently vacated back booth, chatting with one another and even saw another employee take a moment to vape inside near the POS system. We were ignored. No eye contact, no smile, no acknowledgment. It's as if we were not even there. For a slow Tuesday night, with ample staff, this was unacceptable. It grew so uncomfortable that we gathered our jackets and began to walk out. As we made our way back down the long hallway, the hostess, carrying a tray of waters, thanked us for coming in. Clearly there is a lack of awareness--or attention to detail. In what world would we have been able to order drinks, eat and pay our bill in less than 30 minutes since you seated us? But Finally! Someone noticed us. Too bad it was too little too late. We walked a block down to a different restaurant, and had an amazing time, spending more time & money than originally anticipated at that establishment, as a direct result of the poor hospitality and lack of service received at Preservation. Their loss was the Alchemist's gain.
