When you first enter you are fooled into thinking it is just another fast food burger joint. Nope! The food is amazing, almost Michelin rating worthy. Juicy burgers with just the right amount and crispy bacon. Fries which rival the best you have ever had. And the staff? Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. on February 24th I walked in there around 2:30pm as soon as I walk in. I was greeted very nicely. Until I noticed that one of the cooks, and one of the guys in the back, kept looking at me very uncomfortable, and said some insults in Spanish that I was very uncomfortable hearing. I normally don't grab fast food, especially when traveling because my stomach acts like a crabby child, but was more than grateful to be out of the car for a minute, especially as it was late night . @culvers prepared food as it's ordered. This is a solid location that serves tasty food from a friendly staff at a reasonable price. It's clean, inviting, has a family atmosphere, and makes sure all patrons are happy when leaving. Culver's is the often overlooked fast food place that I, for some reason, normally do not consider as an option for a meal. But after this and another recent (to a different location) visit I've changed my mind. They have very tasty burgers that are of decent size (though I'd recommend at least a double if you have a slightly larger than normal appetite) paired with near-perfectly cooked fries and a menu that will hold it's own against all the other big players. At this location you get all the best Culver's has to offer: hot and fresh food served quickly and directly to your table from a friendly staff at a reasonable price. Personally, I had a burger (should've gone with a double patty), fries, Buffalo Chicken Fingers (my favorite item on the menu), and a drink. I left very satisfied with my belly full. The one thing that put the meal over the top for me was the fact that they have Horseradish Sauce. Normally Arby's has the market cornered on this but Culver's is blazing a trail and I love it! So stop in if you want a solid meal that isn't from the normal big players. If you are already well-versed in Culver's then also stop in because this location is a fast food gem. read more

This is your typical Culvers, famous for custard and butterburgers. I usually dont frequent this place that often but...who am I kidding? I eat here lately more than I should. That custard is more addicting than meth in a trailer park. Just kidding in all seriousness the server was very courteous and polite, when I presented my VA ID card with my debit card to pay. He said that's not necessary. It wasnt until after I was nearly home that I realized he gave me extra food in the bag, totally not necessary but the way things have been lately in world, that was a great gesture. My wife and I went thru the drive thru. Ordered two meals, they forgot both sides, cheese curds and fries. No problem. I went inside to tell them and show my receipt. The girl looked at me like I was full of crap and trying to get free food. She made sure to ask another employee if they gave us our fries and curds... Drive-thru service today was terrible. We waited 15 minutes for four cups of custard. People behind us were getting full meals brought out to their cars. The car in front of us also had a 15 minute wait for two cups of custard. Both of us walked up to the window and asked about our orders . Underbpandemic restrictions there is no excuse for abysmal drive thru service. My advice is don't go to this location unless you have a lot of time to waste. read more

First time at this new Culver's. Ordered side salad w/ranch. Dbl mushroom Swiss burger w/bacon no bun. Triple cheddar bacon burger no bun. Although the food tasted good the mushroom burger didn't have any mushrooms or grilled onions and the cheddar bacon came without bacon. We relocated to the Geneva area from Sugar Grove. Man, I miss the Sugar Grove location! Been here twice. Both times the service was sub-par; tasty food but missing items because they rudely cut you off and want you to stop ordering food and don't listen. We were just on drive through and asked a question to have the drive-thru worker roll her eyes at us. Yes, we ordered a lot, ($50) sorry we're having you do your job. Conveniently no names on the receipt. I worked BK through high school and some college; I don't think I ever was as rude as these employees. I ordered the flavor of the day ice cream and it was all chocolate and only a couple minut pieces of heath bar. If I wanted a chocolate cone that's what I would have ordered. I also thought it was strange that the person took my order and walked away. Usually the person that takes your order would get you the ice cream if that's all you want.
