$9 for two small vanilla Frosty's just cause I added caramel? Would have been $2 without the caramel so $7 just for a "special flavor." I should have gotten the New York Cheesecake at the restaurant we had dinner at for less. Fix the drive thru speaker so people can actually hear the price and decline the order. Won't be back even for the spicy chicken sandwich I love. read more

Horrible. Order was screwed up. Waited for over 10 minutes. Employee could not hear at the drive through. Will never be coming back

The owner of this franchise should be ashamed, but I assume has never eaten here or even visited. Chicken sandwich was a thin, crispy, compressed, perfectly round 3/8 inch disc of fried grease. If shown to someone and asked what it is, the least likely reply would be a chicken sandwich. Of course I didn't eat it, so turned to the fries to ward off starvation, but they were not even room temperature. Yikes! What's happened to Wendy's? I'll never take a chance at Wendy's again. read more

The worker did not think i was funny even though i was. The food was yum yummy to my tummy. The floors were slippery. That is not cool. Ok bye read more

Why should I have to even rate it at a 1? Very upset! Went and ordered some food. Which included a Parmesan salad that I specifically looked right at the manager (supervisor) and asked if I can please have extra dressing and croutons. She looked straight back at me and gave me a dirty look. I also ordered a sour cream and chive potato. Once I got home...I noticed there was no extra dressing or croutons. Not to mention that there was NO sour cream and NO butter for my potato. I had called the store and a kid named Diego answered the phone. I asked him if I could speak with the manager or supervisor. He stated to me..."she doesn't speak English." I asked him how she could be a manager or supervisor when she didn't speak English. His reply was..."uhhh! I don't know." Then I told him what had happened and we both sat in silence on the phone. I said...so now what? His reply..."I don't know." And that was the end of that call. I usually let things slide. But this! How can a manager or supervisor not be able to communicate with anyone at that store? Does she use a translator? And then to have an employee not know how to correct the problem and make it right? That is asinine. *DO BETTER WENDY'S! DO BETTER!* read more

Very rude at the drive through. I picked up a mobile order and was treated like I was an unwanted burden. One of the sauce cups for my chicken was broken open. And overall an unpleasant experience. read more

Watch your change , screwed me on $5.00. Didn't notice till I left the drive thru. Otherwise meal was hot.

Great service. Food was great. One error with the order was brought to the employees attention and they fixed it without complaint. Would recommend. Great attitudes from the employees. Ambiance was warm, friendly and calm. Beautiful views. read more

Great food. Fixed their mistakes and took accountability for my missing ranch. appreciate it. clean establishment.

They don't know how to listen when an order is being placed and then expect you to fix their mistakes.

Better hope I don't get sick. I'm so repulsed I can't stop throwing up! Almost ate the whole spicy chicken sandwich thinking the texture was off. My gut feeling was right. Looked down and saw raw flesh. Don't come here if you want to eat the chicken. This chicken was so raw that it could have gotten up, walked across the table and laid an egg. Thanks Wendy's for the salmonella! read more

The service from this Wendy's at night was above and beyond! They were very accommodating for the wait that we had and checked in to make sure if we needed anything. Great experience overall. Food was also good! Kaden was the one who helped us and he was great! read more

Too often they get the order wrong. Just got home with a drive-thru order and one of my sandwiches is missing. I called them and asked to have my credit card credited for the missing sandwich, but was told I would have to come back in to the store for them to do that. read more

One of the few fast food places that I'll go to because they have grilled chicken wraps. Not many places have them anymore which is sad because they are delicious! This Wendy's has definitely revamped and updated their interior and it is very nice. Even the bathrooms were spotless and clean. One of the more hygiene bathrooms since they have automated toilets, soaps dispensers, and paper towels. They have a nice flat screen on the wall, the furniture looked clean and the floors were spotless. This is good sign that shows this location takes pride in their work and gives me higher hope they handle the food just as well. As for the wraps, amazing as always! Juicy chicken, crisp lettuce, and a warm tortilla. I'm a happy camper. I definitely recommend this Wendy's. read more

I love coming to Wendys but lately the temperature inside is ridiculously hot. It feels like 80+ inside, it's hard to dine in and I was told by a manager that the temperature was controlled by corporate. read more

Power washing the floor while lunch rush is on. I walked out Very unsanitary that should be done after hours

Terrible food!! All cold and appeared to have been sitting for some time. Disgusting.

One of the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at. Stale hamburger that was obviously sitting out too long. Grimy restaurant. Honestly surprised it's still open? read more

I've got to give them credit for how kind the staff was this evening for being short staffed and probably stressed. We only got their strawberry lemonades, which were great per usual, so I can't comment on the food yet. There was a slight wait, but again that was due to the staff shortage so we were patient with them. Nonetheless, the customer service was great. read more

Man this Wendy's sucks. Drove through with a friend who got his order messed up a few days prior, and they didn't put his name in the system when they promised him a replacement meal. They locked their doors at 7:30 when their dining room closes at 11. Man fr I'm heated my head is so jumbled rn. Lowkey the food smack tho... read more

Customer service was terrible. While ordering the young man that was taking my order I got frustrated because we had to clear up an order. When they were giving us our food they were in there laughing and they took long. The burger was drowned in jalapeño sauce and the chicken sandwich was dry and the fries were extremely salty. read more

Worse Wendy's ever. The manager didn't speak English and I waiting for 10 minutes to get fries. Wasn't told my total amount and they almost forgot my drink. read more

After placing my order in the drive-thu for 2 large fries and 4 chicken wraps. I pulled up and paid $15 then on to the next window. There I sat for 5 min. Before being ask if I wanted to get a different wrap because the ones I asked for would take longer. I said no ty. Then she asked me to pull up and wait. So I did. Then she brings me out my food. The wraps weren't wrapped and the fries were under cooked and had no salt on them. VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more

Food was okay. Food was a bit too salty and not fresh. While eating our salad we found a hair. Its important to have strict cleaning and sanitary standards for the times we are in now. read more

I used to love this Wendy's and this would be a 5 star review if it weren't for two things that bug the crap outta me when I'm in there. First, it's practically subzero temperatures in there during the summer. Second, they blast really preachy Christian music in there. read more

Terrible server, it's obvious they don't care. The messed up my order then handed me the fixed order and I end up with the wrong food again. Disorganized disappointment not going back read more

The service here is pretty much horrible. But other than that, its just a normal Wendy's. Everything is decently clean, but the workers wouldn't go out of their way to clean. The food selection is great for fast food. read more

What great service! I drove in ordering 4 Fish Sandwich. They fried it fresh and the manager himself walked out the bag for me while I waited in the car. read more

We had just ordered our food and noticed they had forgotten our fries. Therefore, we proceeded to go through the drive-through again and let them know that they messed up our order. Instead of owning up to his mistake the served us attitude. Despite the disrespect it took forever to get our order corrected, and he charged us again. read more

went through the drive-thru to get one Jr. Cheeseburger for 1.39 and got back 14.04 out of a 20.00!! I went back around and had to wait behind 3 cars to get back to the window. The young girl looked at me like I was crazy, gave me back the right amount and said nothing! What has happened to customer service anymore? The service here is always great. You can tell the management teaches customer service, which doesn't seem to be the norm anymore. The food is always good as well. Thier salads are far better then many higher priced sit down restaraunts. Good job to the staff and management for great customer service! read more

Food was fine. Typical fast food. However, the manager was sassing customers and making comments under his breath about them, to their faces. My friends gave each other a high five and the manager yelled at us and said "no horsing around!!" I didn't know that high fives were not allowed in your local Wendy's? Finally, as we were leaving, my friend laughed at something I said out loud and the manager came from the back, yelled at everyone in the restaurant and said "HEY, you all need to keep it down, I can hear you ALL the way from the back and I'm trying to get some office work done!!" I felt like I was at school being reprimanded or I was in a library and I needed to keep quiet. Keep in mind... this was just a Wendy's. It was only 10:00 PM on the Fourth of July and we were being respectful, paying customers. So, there ya go. read more

Sigh. This was the first time I've been here since the remodel. The food was very good (as always), but the service was disappointing. I came through the drive-thru and was met with disinterested teens who cared more about chatting with each other than providing good service. When paying, I almost dropped the change since the person handed me the bills with the change floating inside. Can someone train these kids to hand the change first and then the bills? Sure, this takes some level of consideration for the person receiving the change, but I'm sure they can figure it out. It's so much easier to manage it that way. Especially since this particular drive-thru window is abnormally higher than the car windows being served. When getting my food, the young lady handed my drink first since the food was not ready yet. That was a nice gesture, but she didn't give me a straw. When I asked her for one, she seemed irritated and told me it would be in the bag with the food. Then when I said I'd like to take a drink while I wait, she handed me a straw and then mocked me to her friends/co-workers. Again, perhaps thinking of the customer's experience would help. I don't blame the under-trained teens here- I blame the management for a clear failure to train them appropriately. I'll wait a very long time before I go back there and give them another chance. read more

Standard Wendy's fare and quality. I used the drive-thru. The beginning of the drive-thru is a bit of a tight squeeze, and oddly has a stop sign at a crosswalk leading to an entrance. Usually I go to the St. Charles Randall Rd location, but I was in Batavia doing some shopping. read more
