This Panera location is inconsistent in their portion size and ingredient distribution. My family orders from Panera every so often and our order is very rarely fulfilled correctly. We are used to checking the order for completion before leaving the pick-up window, so we don't return home without our complete order. Today I ordered our regular order and lo-and-behold, the Mediterranean Greens with Grains was missing the farro and grains, and red onions. I politely inquired about the salad at the pick-up window. The Panera associate responded quickly with, "No, this is the correct salad. I don't know what you think you ordered, but this is the Mediterranean salad." She pushed the salad back over to me and it was very clear she was done talking with me and not interested in completing the order. There was no associate in the bakery to speak with, and a car full of hungry kids after their sports practice, so in frustration, I decided to just head home. As I drove home, the quart of hot tomato soup spilled all over inside the paper bag and began to leak through. The lid to the soup was completely open and It was a MESS. Panera relies on their app for orders to be placed, but they will not answer their store phone if you call. This Panera location earns 1/5 stars- they are inconsistent in portion sizes and ingredient use, their customer service is severely lacking, and they are incredibly sloppy in putting their meals together. As Panera's prices increase exponentially, their service and quality are sadly decreasing. We won't be returning. read more

Overall fast service, but the establishment was quite busy and not all the tables were clean. I ordered on the kiosk and they don't have the drinks containers outside. When you go pick up your order they give you the container for you to fill up your drink. There was no signage that directed you to do that, so I was a bit confused. Be prepared to show your mobile order or receipt. Overall the salad was ok, they added too much dressing. I had the green goddess chicken salad, and the home style chicken noodle soup. I'm so sick of feeling like I'm an inconvenience every time I come to this Panera in the morning and go through the drive through. Not sure who the short lady is that they always have working the window, but her attitude is atrocious. I try so hard to kill her negativity with positivity but it's not easy. She is abrasive and rude every time I meet her and it's not the best way to start your morning! If only their "New Sour Dough Melt" sandwich vaguely resembled the pictures they post everywhere. What we got was barely warmed bland sour dough bread with room temp fixings that had been thrown together like a kindergartner made the sandwiches. The manager kindly offered this comment "it's hard to get color on the sour dough bread because it's so dense". Say what?!!! Just toast it man! I live close to this Panera and with online ordering and drive thru, I'm pretty much here at least once a week. I avoided Panera for a couple years, but after trying again about a year ago, I realized that it's pretty good food. And this location specifically has gone from the worst service a handful of years ago to one of the best over the past year. They are actually friendly here! What a concept. But I really appreciate the people who work here now, probably due to new management but it works! Sometimes you wait longer than you should, and sometimes you say did I really just pay $xx for this? But most of the time, if you take advantage of rewards or my favorite, the value meal, it's a good deal. I think only twice over the past year I've gotten something bad. One because I just didn't like it, second was off and upset my tummy. But 98% of the time it's well made, fresh and good tasting. read more

9:30 AM and out of croissants and Asiago bagels already. (Not unusual) Guy in front not very friendly. No tip this time. Rather a take it or leave it attitude. We ended up ordering the double bacon (which is a generous description ), cheese and egg on a panini. Very dry and tasteless. We will not order them again . Absolutely abysmal. On two recent visits, the dining room was filthy both times. On the most recent visit, my partner found a dried black bean in his salad (which did not contain beans), my salad was served in a bowl with avocado smeared all over the outside of it, the ice machine was empty, and the Mountain Dew had tiny black bugs swimming around in it. The employees ignore customers and talk amongst themselves. Meanwhile, the prices are $$$ for generically edible hospital food. Awful service, long wait times, and out of stock on BREAD! LOL, what?!? At the request of my wife, I stopped in to pick up a meal for her, then drive straight to the hospital to prepare for our baby girl's arrival, where my wife was waiting. Admittedly, I haven't been to Panera in quite a while. But to see the "wall of bread" completely empty except for two sad loaves of forgotten sourdough was a red flag. I saw the digital order kiosk and thought to myself, "Self! This will be easier and faster than bothering the cashier." I placed my order with a few taps, then saw the little buzzer-doohickey flash and zizz at me. I picked it up and quietly stepped aside to wait for my plastic buzzy pal Cecil to alert me to my order (I name all my buzzers, don't you?). You can probably smell the foreshadowing here, but I'll go on. I waited...and waited...and waited. I made eye contact and smiled at the cashier, tightly clutching my beloved Cecil, trying to telepathically inform the cashier I've been standing here for 84 years - listening to him tell customer after customer they were out of baguettes. All while having horrific thoughts of my wife punching me in the mouth as I swaggered into the delivery room with a smile and bag of delicious Panera food, only to realized I missed the birth of my daughter. Epic fail awaits. After waiting for at least 20 minutes and not seeing my name on the digital lineup, I finally asked the cashier what gives. He asked the line staff behind the pickup counter if they had my order. Being one myself when I was a pup, I do appreciate the tiring work of all foodservice employees. All but this employee. A diminutive snarky female barked at the cashier, "Yea I been calling the name nobody answered." I can honestly say I never heard my name called, so I showed her my buzzy friend Cecil and said, "I was waiting for my buzzer to go off." She looked at me as if I asked her to wipe my soiled behind. She went on to shame Cecil and I in front of all present - in summary, I failed to follow proper Panera protocol. "You don't take a buzzer when you order from the kiosk." Eye rolls and groans surrounded me. Cecil the buzzer, my only friend left at that point, was confiscated and tossed back into a pile of overworked, non-union buzzers. I skulked out with my food, 25 minutes later. No beatings awaited me in the delivery room as I was able to arrive in plenty of time before our little bundle of joy arrived. Thankfully, the food wasn't all that bad. Their new ham sandwich is tasty. Two thick slices of rustic sourdough sandwich bread, fluffed up with tomatoes, lettuce and a healthy dose of thinly sliced red onions. Sadly, it lacked a good piling of meat. After my experience here, it was one of the first times I've had to open a sandwich to confirm there was actually ham on my ham sandwich. Cheese was painfully absent which, in my humble opinion, completes a good ham sandwich. The moral of this ridiculous and long-winded story? Know the Panera procedure and you shouldn't have a problem. Dealing with indifferent, grumpy, Panera employees? This writer can only suggest you remain calm, order using a human, and don't befriend a buzzer. read more

Wow. We went for dinner here recently and I had a chance to see the menu. $12 for a chicken sandwich? Two of us ordered the pick a pair option and no drinks. Our bill was $30! That's insane. Not only that, we couldn't find a place to sit that wasn't filthy. I don't mean just littered with the crumbs and lettuce pieces from the prior customer, but disgustingly greasy and gross. Don't get me started on the smell. The seating area smelled musty and unclean. The food was good, but not $30 good and I grabbed a snack at home since the portions were small. You can't get a medium size mac and cheese, only small or large. That's odd. You get a baby size or an entire meal of it. So, I won't be going back anytime soon. If you're craving a breakfast sammy of some sort, I swear you're far better off going to McDonald's. Ordered the bacon/egg on brioche and got 2 of the TINIEST pieces of bacon I've ever seen!! In my eyes, a true bacon sammy has its slices sticking WAY OUT the bun. Plus the egg wasn't even over easy (as advertised on menu). Not a very substantial sammy overall, just mostly bun. Needed some avocado and arugula or something like that. I added chipotle aioli which at least gave it a somewhat smoky flavor. Suppose I'll be sticking to lunch from now on.
