Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast. Greasy and I couldn't finish it.
    Nancy S.

I have to say, I think this location has been much better as of late. Better management? Possibly. They actually answer the phone if something has gone wrong with a delivery. That being said, my review is about the new Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast. Oh! It sounded delicious. Croissant type bread with Swiss cheese and ham. Yum. It was greasy and gross. I won't give the restaurant a bad rating for a particular sandwich so I will maintain the 4 star rating. It's not the particular stores fault that Panera came out with a greasy mess. The ham had a sweet taste to it. But the greasy bread! UGH. Either way, this location has done it's due diligence by stepping up its customer service and good food. They can't help what Panera corporate does.

This is my usual Panera, but this sandwich was...interesting. I went and ordered a tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich in person. This is the sandwich I got. How and why does it look like this? I didn't think a grilled cheese was that complicated to make I guess. The soup was actually really good; it was my first time having it, but will be my last for the sandwich... yikes! :( the guy that took my order was very pleasant and swift. The restaurant itself is clean and has lot of seating.

Huge space with lots of outdoor seating. Nothing out of the ordinary. Solid baked goods as usual. Got the Everything cookie and an asiago cheese bagel. Can't go wrong. Service coulda been faster esp since it was a weekday lunch hour.

I have no complaints. Used the kiosk to order. Huge dining room. Nice staff. Wild rice soup loaded with chicken and veggies. The new toasted Italiano is awesome. A little skimpy on meat but amazing bread and veggies. I am a huge fan.

No complaints here. They even have a fireplace to enjoy a nice hot drink on a cold day. Very friendly staff that were accommodating and kind. Went out of their way to please me...yes, I'm hard to please haha. As for the food, I enjoyed the pizza and side salad. I didn't know they even made pizza, which was a flatbread type of base. VERY big pie, was not expecting that large of a pizza. It was tasty also, but I wouldn't say it's better than a pizzeria pie. I would get again, but would only get it if I was sharing it. The drinks were as good as any other Panera. Plenty of kiosks to place your order, or you can step up to the counter to order. Plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center with its own parking lot.

Disorganized in service . Nice workers but chaotic. Housekeeping not good. My breakfast soufflé was good. Plenty of parking and convenient location.

Probably the busiest Panera I've ever been to. Double check your order before you leave, as they have gotten our wrong multiple times!

Crappy Greek salad. No olives minimal feta. Basically romaine and tomatoes with some onion. And really skimpy. Very disappointing.

I was in town for work…read moreand popped in for a quick dinner. the bar is beautiful but the beer and bourbon selection is pretty average, however you'll find something decent enough to drink. I ended up getting a grain bowl with grilled chicken. It was quality and filling with a reasonable amount of flavor. The service at the bar was meh. The bartenders were a bit slow and didn't seem enthused to be there. Took them forever to refill water and didn't check on me during dinner, i would have loved another beer and some hot sauce or pepper. Overall, it's a fine choice barely 4 stars.

She actually felt so bad by the level of service she was providing that she comped our dessert. The food took a long time to arrive. Our plates weren't cleared between courses. Our water glasses were never refilled. No one ever asked if our food was O.K. The first wine we chose was "unavailable."We were never given a dessert menu- we had to ask for one. We had to endure this ordeal for two hours- it took close to 20 minutes just to get the check. All this could be overlooked if the food was good but it was not. Cauliflower appetizer was undercooked and overly spiced. Chicken parm meatballs were dry. Halibut smelled very fishy which is usually not a good sign - which proved to be true. Short ribs were fatty, chewy and one dimensional and sat on a bed of vegetables that consisted of potatoes, corn, tomatoes and other unidentifiable vegetables all in an unappetizing color brown. (Those were left untouched). Some gravy or wine reduction might have helped but it was all served dry. The best dish was a side of mashed potatoes which were buttery, creamy and well-seasoned- they would have made a great bed for the short ribs to sit on instead of those sad vegetables. The Funfetti donut sundae was good. The most positive comment I can make is that they didn't rush us out! To pay as much as we did for food and service that was mediocre at best was disappointing- we will not be going back.

Unfortunately, the calamari was a disappointment. It was oddly crispy on the inside, which was unexpected. I'm used to calamari being tender with a slight chew, but this tasted almost like it had been baked before being breaded and fried. It just wasn't for us. The pasta dishes, on the other hand, were flavorful and well prepared. The only other downside was that it's BYOB, and we didn't realize that until we were seated. It's hard to imagine enjoying a nice Italian meal without a glass of wine.

Beet salad with goat cheese - Special - This was a good salad not a great one at that . Could have used more beets and a bit more vinaigrette .
