Free and plentiful parking. I built a bowl with white rice, spinach, steak, roasted veggies, harissa sauce, garlic sauce, and avocado. The rice was warm and fluffy, a good base for the rest of the toppings. The steak was tender and had a nice charred flavor. The roasted veggies added a bit of sweetness and texture. The harissa sauce brought a mild heat, balanced by the creamy garlic sauce. The avocado was fresh and added a rich, smooth bite to each forkful. Portion size was generous and the mix of flavors worked really well together. Service was quick and the staff made sure everything looked fresh before handing it over. Highly recommend.

My CAVA Order

There is something about securing the bag after work and when I mean bag I mean the CAVA bag. This is my go to CAVA location. I tend to have minor issues when it comes to my order. Here and there an item may be missing like a dressing or something. That is why I always double check my order before leaving. Typically when it comes to ordering at this location I always do the online ordering just because I want to grab and go. By the time I come to pick up my order my CAVA bag is on the counter ready to go. I also tend to do the online ordering just because I noticed how full my bowl is in comparison to ordering in person and I want my moneys worth. My go to order is the grain bowl!

My bowl minus garlic sauce...

I've been to this CAVA location a couple times now. It's not my favorite location, but it gets the job done. During my last visit, I went with a group of fellow Yelpers after an event nearby. It seemed like whenever each one of us placed an order, they were out of something. In my case, they were out of garlic sauce. One of the staff gave me another option for a sauce. I think it was something lemon-based. It was okay. I think when you've been a CAVA regular in the past and you have your favorite things, it's disappointing when they don't have what you like. However, that's life, right?

The new Harissa Power bowl is delicious.

Love the food. Great customer service and quick service. I tried the new Harissa power bowl and it was yummy.

Everytime I eat Cava, I remember I actually enjoy this healthy-ish food! Came here last weekend because I needed to eat something healthy after eating too much junk the week before. My husband and I built our own bowls. He got the falafel bowl with lentils and I got the sweet harissa chicken with lentils. I got almost everything as the toppings, and got the taziki and honey vinaigrette! My husband didn't get as much toppings as I did, and they didn't give him much rice or lentils so his bowl looks empty in comparison. Still, both bowl was delicious. We also got the hot harissa pita chips - sooo delicious and crunchy.

Decided to give this place a try since this was our second time seeing this restaurant but in a different location. Hospitality and service were absolutely fantastic. Our food server and the cashier were extremely helpful and nice. The place was packed and had a nice cool vibe nothing fancy. Mediterranean food isn't something that I crave but everything was delicious and had a lot of flavor.

It was basically like a Mediterranean chipotle on crack.. super fresh ingredients and pretty nice set up inside. The staff was cool. I'd def return and suggest this spot to others.

I don't think I'll ever not like Cava and I've never had a bad experience or bowl either especially at this location! They always pack the bowls to the brim and granted it's with all the veggies and dips I request but man does it make for a filling and satisfying meal. I almost can never finish an entire bowl in one sitting either so then I definitely don't feel bad spending $14-20 because it lasts for two meals for me. CAVA is lifeeeee

Wow and wow! This place is hands down the bomb.com LOL! I enjoy literally every bit of my food! I ordered the spicy lamb meatball bowl with the cucumber mint drink! 10/19 My sister ordered the Harissa Chicken 10/10. If I had 10 starts I would give it to Cava! Everything was amazingly fresh! S/o to the young lady who took my order, she was very patient with me due to it being my first time here. This location was very clean and well put together, I highly recommend giving Cava a shot! If you like Mediterranean food then look no further.

So good

This is my first time having their falafel and dill yogurt. I loved it and will be getting it again.

Delicious food, quick service, and I always feel full after finishing my meal. The prices are great for the amount of food, too.

Kyma Greek Cuisine - Chicken Fileto

I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening and there were only a couple of people at the…read morerestaurant. I am not sure what I expected going into this restaurant. I have little to no knowledge on Greek culture, so I was coming into this ready to learn. Once I was finished eating there were so many more people at the restaurant. It was a completely different atmosphere than when I first got there. I learned that dinner in Greece (and Europe) usually is around a later time than here in the United States. As soon as I went inside the restaurant I immediately noticed the difference between an American restaurant and this one. The restaurant had such a beautifully curated decor. There were perfectly placed lighting throughout the restaurant. Halfway through my dinner, they dimmed the lights at the restaurant. The restaurant name Kyma, is Greek for "Wave". The connection to the seafood that they provided. I saw the concept of the restaurant as a modern presentation of Greek food and some of its culinary roots. The hospitality I received was amazing. Everyone was so polite there and the service was impeccable. I was prompted to come to this place because someone I know recommended it to me last month. I am not the type of person to go out and eat, especially somewhere I am not familiar with. With this project, I thought that this was the perfect opportunity to try this location out. I felt welcomed here at this restaurant. I also got some warm pita bread. This is apparently essential in Greek cuisine. I was also served rice and salad. One thing that stood out from this experience was that the waiter constantly came back to reserve my water. This reveals a lot about the culture and the deep commitment to hospitality. In my previous dining experience, something like this is usually an afterthought. This was a very eye opening experience for me. I enjoyed the food but the knowledge I acquired during my time here is astonishing. After I was done with the meal, the waiter offered me coffee. I learned that it is typical in Greek culture to end dinner off with a coffee rather than a dessert (although that was offered to me as well). In Greek culture, it is normal for people to sit and talk for hours during and after a meal. A dinner is so much more than what it is here, it is a social gathering, which is why they offer coffee at the end. At this restaurant, there was no pressure to leave and go home. I really felt like I was a part of the cultural vibe at this restaurant. As for the material aspects of the settings, when I walked inside I noticed the grey tone colors all over the place. The paint of the walls looked nice and fresh. The restaurant itself was a nice presentation for those who walked in. They had a nice interior decor. The main colors that were present were blue and gray. The maintenance of the place was very well kept, this was no ordinary fast food restaurant. The lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a celebratory evening. There were branches on the wall, all painted gray. I mentioned earlier that halfway through my dinner, the restaurant dimmed the lights. Although most people did not notice (perhaps they have been here before) I immediately noticed when it happened. It was a true fine dining experience. On some of the walls, there were some abstract paintings with no known meaning behind them. The tables here were square and rectangle wooden, with no visible marks or damage on them. The chairs of the restaurant were painted white with a high back for comfortable seating. The table setting was white cloth napkins, polished silverware, clear stemmed glassware. Tables were pre-set in a minimal yet elegant style. That seemed to be the theme of the restaurant. Although I did not visit this corner of the restaurant, there was a bar area for all the customers. Also, many customers arrive with their own bottles of wine. I simply ordered some lemon water as my beverage of choice. The bar featured glass shelving showcasing spirits and wine, with strategic lighting to highlight the bottles. I noticed that there was some soft music in the background of the restaurant. I learned that they were playing some soft, instrumental Greek and Mediterranean music. I arrived around 6PM and the restaurant was mostly quiet, perhaps there were maybe 1-2 other tables there. But by the time I left (estimated around 8PM), it was busy and filled with people. Almost unrecognizable from two hours earlier.

There were 6 of us and we split the Efsane Family Special for 4 people and added lamb chops thinking we wouldn't have enough food lol the special also came with dessert but my sister-in-law also ordered a rice pudding. The 6 of us could've easily had the family special for 4 without ordering anything else - there was so much food and we had leftovers to take home!! For context, we all eat a LOT so to say we had leftovers is saying a lot! Quantity aside, the food itself was delicious. The bread is served fresh and steaming hot, the dips are delicious and flavorful, meat is seasoned and cooked perfectly (the chicken shish and lamb adana are my favorites), and the bitter black tea and sweet baklava are a perfect way to end the meal. I left there stuffed and so happy! The staff was also very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

I was very worried that, after the move, I would not be able to find middle eastern food that would compare. However, I was wrong, and Esfane definitely satisfied my craving! I was in the mood for a light lunch, so I ordered the Shepard's Salad, the Baba Ghannouj, and the Lentil Soup. The Baba Ghannouj was excellent and came with lots of pita bread. It could've been a little smokier for my taste, but overall I got a huge serving and it was very creamy and flavorful. The Sheppard's salad was similarly huge and delicious. The lentil soup tasted home-made and was so comforting to dip all of my extra bread in. At the end of lunch, I was also served some complimentary tea, which definiitely was the icing on the cake to this exceptional experience. Overall, I was extremely satisfied by the quality of the food, but also by the amount. The service was similarly excellent. My water was constantly filled and the waiters checked on me numerous times to ensure everything was going well. The decorations inside were also exceptional, and the restaurant definitely gives high-class date night vibes. I could totally see coming back for a date night with my husband. I think the only downside is that I didn't find the food to be QUITE as good as some Paterson joints like Al Basha, and the price felt like it was 1.5x-2x as much. Probably worth it though, because this has got to be one of the better restaurants around in Flanders.

Using cured lemon was a very clever idea as the sauce was not too strong but still had depth; the saffron and turmeric were well balanced. The fish itself was NOT overcooked and flaked perfectly. The vegetables were also executed well and cooked so they could be eaten with the same bite. The star of the show was still the cook on the fish with the wonderful sauce.
