It's located near a busy intersection but thankfully there's parking o it front and a parking lot, The decor and ambience inside the restaurant was elegant. The service was Prompt and friendly. The food was so good! Everything was flavored Well and cooked perfectly. The highlight for me were the shrimp, steak, and chicken Adana kebab! Even my daughters liked the food and tried everything. They give you fresh baked pita bread that literally came out from the brick oven, which you can see in the back. The portions are large and we even took it home to eat for another meal The next day! Highly recommend anyone who enjoys Mediterranean flavors!

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Central NJ. Wait staff are very attentive. We've been to both locations and this one has ample parking and is more spacious. Food was tasty- had the chicken and the lamb chops. Grape leaves for appetizer and ended with dessert and coffee. It's BYOB. Will definitely be back soon!

Good service but some non-english speaking staffs are rude. Food tastes great. I guess this is a legit Mediterranean place. Ample spacing between tables. They have a big room for parties and events. Open viewing of their kitchen. See images for reference. Accepts credit/debit. High chair seen. Restroom clean. They have a Gratuity for more than 4pax. They also offer all-you-can eat for $45

Great food. Grilled lamb chops were delicious. We had the family style and sampled several different things. The falafel was excellent. There was no shortage of food, we actually took home plenty of leftovers. Service was good, the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, the food is the real star.

This was a large place with lots of seating including a banquet room in the back. The wood fired pizza oven could be seen in most parts of the dining area. The menu was large and had very favorable pricing. The service was appreciated, and the food came out very quickly. They start the meal off with fresh pita along with some olives, a spicy red sauce, and olive oil. The olives were a little hard, but the pita was warm and fresh. For appetizers, the falafel ($7) and artichoke pesto flatbread ($10) were ordered. There were four large falafel balls that came with a cajik and tahini sauce. These were very good. The falafel was packed with flavor and went well with the tahini sauce. I was not a huge fan of the cajik as it was a little too dilly for my taste. The flatbread was excellent. Besides being topped with pesto sauce, and artichoke hearts, it had fresh mozzarella. The very thin 'flatbread' held up nicely with all of the toppings present. All of the flavors just blended so nicely with one another. It was a great start to the meal. For my entrée, I went with the lamb shank special ($27?). It came with mixed vegetables and rice. There was also a choice between salad or soup. I opted for the house salad, no complaints there. Regarding the actual entrée, the lamb shank was huge. It was one of the larger shanks I have seen. Unfortunately, some of the meat was a little tough to deal with. The brown sauce was great, but it seemed like the lamb could have been cooked a little longer for it to be more tender as well. The sauce soaked up the vegetables and rice nicely. For dessert, the tartufo ($6) was ordered. It was a standard vanilla and chocolate gelato wrapped in chocolate with almonds and cherry pieces along with whipped cream. This was refreshing, creamy ice cream and a chocolate shell. The whipped cream was light and enhanced everything. Will I go back? I would.

I went here for an event and was pleasantly surprised. I love the decor, the atmosphere & the parking situation wasn't bad either. As soon as you walk in, it smells like some pretty excellent pizza is being made in that brick oven. I didn't get to try it, but if it tasted like it smells, I know it's fantastic. The back room can be rented out for a party. It was great. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. I have never been to a Mediterranean event and made the mistake of filling up on appetizers so I didn't have much room for dinner. The hummus, felafel & other foods that I do know know their names were all delicious. I think this is a great place to go for dinner or have your event

Walked in to a nice coffe bar area which did not seem functional .it well decorated with some antique accents keys if different shapes n sizes We were seated and a waiter took our order immediately. The place was a bit busy for a weekday. Complementary wam pita bread n ezme , sun dried tomatoes n spicy jalapeños were not bad . A paper form being warm there was nothing more to it. Got the mixed grill for two which was served with a side of soup and salad . Both sides were delicious. The grilled chicken kebabs and chops were passable though not juicy . All Lamb kebab choices were tough and chewy . This is a mediocre spot as I age v had better Kebabs in the same area . Not my kind of food.

On the street parking shouldn't really be an issue in the area. We found with no issue on a Tuesday evening. Inside is cozy.. could be a little warmer, but I'll give that it was an exceptionally cold December evening. The atmosphere gives cozy vibes though, which I appreciate. We were immediately seated upstairs, where they have plenty of large group seating options. Service was attentive and fast. We ordered a round of delicious appetizers.. hummus, saksuka, cheese rolls.. all of it was delicious. I especially loved the octopus app special.. magnificent! Entrees were especially of large portion, which was greatly appreciated. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. I ordered the Pyramid chicken which was delicious. Their chicken is flavorful and juicy. For dessert, my keskul was amazing! Plenty of pistachio on top with a delicate and very well balanced vanilla custard. I could eat that daily. I definitely plan on returning!!

We had planned on a takeout but decided done in as it was not very crowded. We ordered a Falafel sandwich , Stuffed grape leaves and were very pleased with how good both were . The grape leaves with the rice was well seasoned and delightful . The sandwich was warm on a soft toasted pita which had good amount of tahina sauce , mixed greens tomatoes and falafels made from fava beans , which tasted quite different from the typical chickpea falafel . The service was friendly, and the food came out extremely quickly. I felt we were being rushed just a tad, but not a huge deal. For appetizers, the falafel ($7?), Mantu ($8?), and bholani cadu ($6?) were ordered. Regarding the falafel, there were five to an order. The falafel was very crispy and had decent flavor. I thought they needed a little more seasoning present. The Mantu were Afghan style dumplings filled with ground beef, onions, and seasonings. It was garnished with homemade mint yogurt and lentil sauce. This was light and soft with tons of flavor. The dumplings were filled appropriately, and the lentil sauce was a pleasant addition. The bholani cadu was a thin fried pastry filled with butternut squash and seasoned with fresh herbs and spices. This was interesting. The wonton was very crispy. The squash filling was sweeter than I thought, but still tasty. I also might add all of the three sauces provided at the tables were good, with the cilantro one being my favorite (cilantro I believe anyway). For my entrée, I had the lamb shank ($38?). It came with a soup, salad, a choice of rice, and naan. The soup appeared to be a lentil soup. It came out hot and was very pleasant. The salad consisted of tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. It was prepared nicely as all the pieces were small and a good size portion. The simple dressing was great too. The lamb shank came with a few vegetables. The lamb was extremely tender, but not much meat was on the bone. There needed to be a little more seasoning too as it was lacking. I am just glad the lamb was so tender. I went with the Kabuli rice which had steamed carrots and raisins on top. This was fluffy and flavorful with a ton of it. The naan was okay, a little too crispy. I also tried the lamb chops. They had an unreal cook on them and seasoned well. I also tried the zamarud rice, which was good too. For dessert, the rice pudding ($8?) was ordered. It was creamy and filling. The nice crunch from the pistachios on top was a good addition. Will I go back? I would, yes.
