Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast. Greasy and I couldn't finish it.
    Nancy S.

I have to say, I think this location has been much better as of late. Better management? Possibly. They actually answer the phone if something has gone wrong with a delivery. That being said, my review is about the new Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast. Oh! It sounded delicious. Croissant type bread with Swiss cheese and ham. Yum. It was greasy and gross. I won't give the restaurant a bad rating for a particular sandwich so I will maintain the 4 star rating. It's not the particular stores fault that Panera came out with a greasy mess. The ham had a sweet taste to it. But the greasy bread! UGH. Either way, this location has done it's due diligence by stepping up its customer service and good food. They can't help what Panera corporate does.

This is my usual Panera, but this sandwich was...interesting. I went and ordered a tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich in person. This is the sandwich I got. How and why does it look like this? I didn't think a grilled cheese was that complicated to make I guess. The soup was actually really good; it was my first time having it, but will be my last for the sandwich... yikes! :( the guy that took my order was very pleasant and swift. The restaurant itself is clean and has lot of seating.

Huge space with lots of outdoor seating. Nothing out of the ordinary. Solid baked goods as usual. Got the Everything cookie and an asiago cheese bagel. Can't go wrong. Service coulda been faster esp since it was a weekday lunch hour.

I have no complaints. Used the kiosk to order. Huge dining room. Nice staff. Wild rice soup loaded with chicken and veggies. The new toasted Italiano is awesome. A little skimpy on meat but amazing bread and veggies. I am a huge fan.

No complaints here. They even have a fireplace to enjoy a nice hot drink on a cold day. Very friendly staff that were accommodating and kind. Went out of their way to please me...yes, I'm hard to please haha. As for the food, I enjoyed the pizza and side salad. I didn't know they even made pizza, which was a flatbread type of base. VERY big pie, was not expecting that large of a pizza. It was tasty also, but I wouldn't say it's better than a pizzeria pie. I would get again, but would only get it if I was sharing it. The drinks were as good as any other Panera. Plenty of kiosks to place your order, or you can step up to the counter to order. Plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center with its own parking lot.

Disorganized in service . Nice workers but chaotic. Housekeeping not good. My breakfast soufflé was good. Plenty of parking and convenient location.

But I lean towards 3 automatically because I prefer to see business do good. I ended up getting the tooth fairy on a whole sub. My friend had the chicken salad sub. POSITIVES: Bread was good & fresh just like the cold cuts & Cole slaw. They definitely take care of their product. Presentation from how the sandwich was put together, & the Turkey portion was THE BEST. Not too much where it only tasted like Turkey & pastrami, but just the right amount to make it a hefty sandwich where all the ingredients complimented each other. Wrapping & bagging is worthy of mention, great job. NEGATIVES: It was mostly Turkey with a tiny amount of pastrami, like one slice, MAYBE two. The Turkey did not taste like it was a good brand. It didn't have a bad taste, it just wasn't great quality. It would have been a better experience if the Cole slaw wasn't drowned in thousand islands dressing. Since the pastrami was so little it really doesn't make sense to put that dressing on it. Some bites the meat & cheese were nice & warm & other bites it was pretty cold, that inconsistency threw me off. As for the chicken salad sub, my friend had better & also gave it a 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The young lady did great in putting things together. Seemed to be a great employee as far as performance, she may need a little improvement with friendliness. Can't say she was rude but a bit stand offish. Friendliness goes a long way. Overall, when you compare the price for quality, I honestly wouldn't come back here again. This place is NOWHERE near a 4 1/2 in my opinion, but I hope they do well.

I had another few items from this spot once again…read more This time I had the Miss Malley sandwich. It was made up of turkey, bacon, melted Swiss, pepperoni, tomatoes, onion, and Shedd's sauce. This was okay. It was not as filled as previous sandwiches I had from here. I would have liked to see a little more pepperoni present. It was definitely an interesting combination, but it failed to meet expectations for me. The Shedd's sauce seemed to be similar to Russian dressing. The bread was great like usual. I also had two of their homemade cookies, oatmeal chocolate chunk and M&M chocolate chip. Again, these were alright. The oatmeal needed more chocolate present. The M&M one was too soft as it broke fairly easily. It did not seem like this particular one was cooked all the way. The taste was there, but just not executed to perfection.

First of all the town is so quaint and beautiful and includes the PGA golf museum and headquarters - perfect place to stop after a hectic day in and around NYC. I arrived to this deli/market about 10 minutes after 5pm (they close at 6). The head guy told me they would make my sandwich but typically they stop making sandwiches at 5 - he was super nice about it. Everyone working there was incredibly nice and it's definitely a place locals come to buy sandwiches and fish/steak/chicken/pastas/prepared foods/homemade dinners/desserts. Everyone was chatting with each other and they included me in the conversation as it's got a very friendly atmosphere! A local guy was going to purchase some salmon to grill at home and the guy working told him it was the last day for that particular fish to get fresh tomorrow - I loved the honesty in front of everyone and the customer decided to get something else. The sandwich I got was the Chicken Cutlet. Nice compact sandwich with delicious and fresh ingredients. The bread was perfect for me - not too hard and not too soft. The price was also incredibly reasonable and the cutlet, mozzarella and tomato were all full of flavor - A+ sandwich. I got some local peach tea they sell there (they had a few flavors) and I must say it's one of the most delicious peach teas I've ever had! Great experience great food and friendly people - I'll be back!

This was my first time there and multiple subs looked incredible on the menu. But I just had to order that chicken parm and it 100% did not disappoint. The chicken cutlet was perfectly fried and wonderfully seasoned. You could taste a hint or Parmesan cheese in the breading. That marinara was perfectly balanced, not too acidic, not too sweet. Slices of fresh mozzarella was the winning touch. Oh, and the bread was a perfect Italian roll, soft and pillowy on the inside, perfect for soaking up all of that red while not being overly crusty on the outside. As saucy as my sandwich was, not one bit of spill and it did not fall apart. Overall, a perfect lunch, although you might want a nap afterwards!
