This location is a lot closer to me but I still prefer the one on paseo. This location can be a bit tired looking after the lunch rush, they can clean up the dining area more often. I always get the combo- half salad and half wrap. It's quick and simple meal, the chocolate chip cookie is a real deal! It can be a bit pricey if I start getting more cookies. read more

Foods average, my favs are the Chicken and Wild Rice soup and the BLT and Avocado using chicken instead of turkey. This place makes too many order mistakes. They once charged me $36 instead of $11, have given me only one side when paying for two. It's not my top place and it's one block from home. Maybe better management is in order. read more

Giving two stars because I have tried coming on multiple accounts, and have yet to have one of my orders come back correctly. Even a simple task as switching to chips when asked if I want chips or bread is done incorrectly. It's not as though I am only going during rush hours, even when there is no one in line ahead of me I order still comes back with something done incorrectly. read more

Good Friday night, we went to order fresh bread for Easter. Sunday 7:30AM we arrived to get the bread which was already set aside. It was Saturday's bread. When we complained we were given attitude. I am usually a big fan of Panera Bread, but I was thoroughly disappointed with my visit to this location. The service was slow, and the place was so dirty that there were cigarette butts under some of the tables. There weren't even any clean tables where we could sit. Completely disappointed. Stale bread and they no longer give you a cookie with your meal. I won't be back. read more

Apparently Panera is on a major cost-cutting campaign. Smaller containers for all items now on carry out. So little dressing for the smaller serving of salad you can hardly taste the dressing. Mustard is now cheap yellow mustard, not the better varieties. The side serving of baguette is now half of what it was. What a shame! This used to be a quality fast food place. My food items were a mixture of cold and gross which is odd for this place. I called and talked to a manager named Michael, he refunded my money and offered another free meal next visit. He was really cool and realized it sucks to wait 20 mins in a drive thru for sucky food. read more

We just had the "new"egg sandwich with the Brioche bun. What a disappointing sandwich. From the top the bun was dry and hard, the cheese was ice cold. The bacon and sausage were cold. I wonder if they know the proper holding temperature per the Department of Health. read more

I just got home from going through the drive-thru at the 528 NW location. I ordered a turkey,bacon, avocado sandwich. When I got home and ready to eat in reality I received a lettuce (lots of lettuce), tiny bit of avocado, yucky bacon and there was NO turkey. Really! This is one of the few place I enjoyed eating. The manager said she'd talk to the staff, I really wonder if that will happen. They leave the turkey off all together. Really. Someone is not taking their job seriously and needs to be fired. read more

Went for lunch on a Sunday after the lunch rush so not pre time. Lots of employees visiting with each other. One even fooling with her cell phone. The dining room was dirty, lots of trash on the floor and tables needing to be cleaned. Food was okay but very disappointing experience. Certainly not the quality as in other states. Who ever owns this franchise needs to be much more attentive to their investment. You can only survive for so long on the good reputation of the other Panera locations. This was literally the worst experience I've had at a sandwich place. The bread is old and tough, the menu was stupidly confusing, and the service was awful when I asked for help understanding what the hell I was ordering. All for substandard ingredients that don't mesh well. I will never return. read more
