Then they constantly bring the order to the cars behind the cars in front so you have to wait and wait for the cars in front of you to be served so you can leave. The drive-through lanes show exactly why this corporation's business model is studied in universities. Lord, but it's chaos even during the tail end of lunch rush. Not because of anything anyone is doing wrong, simply because it's so popular. There are people EVERYWHERE. Parking is hard to get, and you have to approach from odd angles because the drive-through is so popular that it affects local traffic. And, sadly, not all the customers share the same idea of the civility that is the hallmark of this chain: my chair was rocked by two sets of rotten kids (whose mothers were with them) in the booth behind me (cleaned in a flash after the first bunch left by the amazing Chick-fil-A staff). It's hard not to give the place four stars because everything was so well done - my kudos to the owner, management and staff - but this late-lunch visit only rates an "okay" because the super-popular place was such a madhouse. The drive thru was so long and the manager still didn't open both lanes. He only had one open when at lunch time they should have both open. This Chick Fil A is literally less than 5 minutes away from my home. It's our to go place. We literally go to it every other day if not every day since it's our toddler favorite food. My only issue is that they never get the order right and they always miss something or they run 15-20 minutes after pick up time. Alright. This is the third time this has happened at this location. Just got home from the NE side of town, opened up my Chick-fil-a bag and.... Sigh. The hash browns for both meals were missing, and the breakfast scramble bowls were... oddly portioned. I imagine you're supposed to get an entire sausage patty in the bowl... I think I got a quarter of that. When you put the two bowls side by side, the lack of product from one to the other is obvious. One barely had anything to it other than egg and a few hash brown bites. Very disappointing considering the line took a bit, drove home to the West side, and come to find out I didn't get what I paid for. I don't come here often, but the last 3 times I've been (maybe in the last 6 months) have been not only a nightmare, but a wildly different experience than any time before these more recent visits. Chick fil A prides itself on its quick efficiency and customer service, both which no longer exists at this location. Even at 3pm in a fairly empty drive thru, food takes 20min to receive vold food. Plus it includes a bonus of being cut off, screamed at, and tailgated through the lane by the good Christian patrons, because for some reason they've stopped telling people which car to follow? And the staff handing food at the drive through are clearly exhausted and jaded by the never-ending flow of rude and out-of-turn customers who've cut in and thrown off their flow... if a fairly recent management shift had happened, I wouldn't be surprised. Culture usually trickles from the top down and whoever is now running this location now is doing it poorly. Being at this location is not worth the anxiety, no matter how much the kids love the (cold) nuggets. Go somewhere else. read more

The only Chic Fil A in all the U.S that doesn't take professionalism seriously. It should be national land mark. I ordered a couple spicy chicken sandwiches that got American cheese put on them. I went back and told them I don't like that, than I was told "we always make them like that." Than I tried to get the original spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and they insisted on just settling giving me Swiss on them. I generally stop here once a week and the food is always good, service is quick and the workers are polite. For the past month the heater must be out as it is freezing inside the restaurant. I generally go first thing in the morning and like to hand out for 30-45 minutes until til work starts but lately end up having to take the food to go. Unsure why it's taking so long to fix the heater of it is something else going on but I hope this changes soon read more

Didn't have time to drive 30 minutes back for a sandwich so I called to let them know and have them refund me and they blessed me with their no refund policy, especially over the phone. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Let's first start off by saying this is the ONLY Chick-fil-A that I know of that doesn't offer a military discount. We've eaten at plenty locations over the last two weeks to include locations here in ABQ, Texas and in Oklahoma and EVERY single one of them we're more than happy to offer a military discount. Next issue is when I asked for more sauce... I purchased 7 of their 12 count nugget meals totaling almost $80 and when asking for more sauce I was told that they're facing a nationwide sauce shortage! Seriously?! None of the other locations mentioned this and were also more than happy to give us sauce. Maybe they should go get some of their sauce at the grocery store, because there seems to be plenty there. And on to the last and final issue... Upon arriving at our hotel we sat down to eat and to our dismay a lot of our nuggets were crunchy and burnt. I didn't want to turn around as it would be a 30 minute round trip car ride to take the food back and get more and I had many hungry children to feed. We will NEVER eat at this location again and hope others will frequent the other Chick-fil-A's in town that support military. I could've taken my kids to a nice dinner for the price I paid and I'm upset with both the service and quality of food we received. (On a side note since they aren't allowing indoor dining, they have used the inside as a storage facility for their items. As far as fast food restaurants go this place is top notch. I went with the grilled chicken sandwich and small fries, and it was dee-lish! I try not to eat too much fast food, but this a clean, quaint restaurant with good service so if you're in a rush - stop by. The bathrooms are clean and they even have a play place for kids. They also have a dual-lane drive thru to speed up your orders! How cool is that? Environmentalist perspective: I try to minimize my waste and impact on the environment. So it's nice that this store has the self-dispensing hand soap or hand sanitizer in the bathrooms. Placed an order on 4.25.23 from Montgomery and San Mateo through Door Dash and when it arrived It was missing my sauces for my nuggets and fries, a fork for my mac and cheese and napkins. I called the store and they don't care they want me to call Door dash even though its not their fault. Great service, great food! Usually greeted as we walk in. Order taken promptly and the food is usually delivered very quickly. Plenty of seating and there is even a play area for the kids. The chicken is excellent, served moist and tasty. The waffle cut fries taste great and to wash it all down with there delicious homemade lemonade completes a meal. But if you want a real chicken nugget, order theirs. I have to say it is probably the best tasting nugget on the market. They have reasonably priced kids meals. Once we started ordering, the girl on the speaker would not let me finish my order and kept interrupting. We only ordered three meals with cheese no pickle on the #1 and no pickle on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Pulling around I asked the cashier to read back the order and ends up messing up all of the #1, and not getting any of our sauces and no large fry for the #1 either. We ended having to go back to get our receipt because there wasn't one in the bag or drink tray. They still gave us the messed up sandwich that we didn't want but didn't charge I guess to try and makeup for their "mistake". CFA has reliable, tasty, fresh food. The staff is super friendly, and you tend to see the same folks (low turnover!) The restaurant is always clean, and the play area generally is as well (trust me, I've climbed up in the tunnels plenty to get my toddler). Women's bathroom is very small, but there is a changing table in the handicap stall. The parking lot fills up fast at lunch, and the drive thru line can get pretty crazy, but I can't think of a single time when the food was bad or the staff was rude. I ordered a Chicken club with green chile at the drive-up. The price for the tiny sandwich was $9.63 -tax included - what a rip off for such a tiny sandwich. The sandwich was much smaller than a single hamburger at one of the larger hamburger outlets at twice the cost. The bun was old and stale - when I got it home to put on the chile and eat the sandwich, the bun broke apart - it was stale and hard - add this to rip off list. The only thing decent about the sandwich was the side of green chile. I called in to voice my opinion and got the standard nothing comment of "I am sorry."
