Man, I just have to say...more fast food & restaurants need to follow the chick fil A way. Good customer service, good quality food, clean and pleasant atmosphere. No wonder they are always busy and the lines through the drive thru are long. read more

If you've never had a Chicken Biscuit for breakfast, give it a try - it's really good! Chick-fil-A is the most consistent fast food chain around; I can't recall a single bad experience. Very commendable! They'd bring in 20% more money if they'd just be open on Sundays. read more

I came here because I got a free breakfast sandwich. When I got home, I thought the bag felt lite. It's because it was missing the chicken! Guess that's why service was so quick. Thank goodness it was free or I would have been EXTREMELY upset. read more

Rude employees. Not pleasant at all. Need to re-train your drive thru workers. I have other options to eat for lunch, no more will we come here. Hannanie needs re-training and should not yell at customers asking what dressing we want. read more

I got here due to a delayed flight (10:20 pm I ordered) so not all Chik fil a at fault. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and had to wait in drive thru because of one car ahead of me who seemed to have an issue. I got my order and went to the hotel and both sandwiches weren't even warm (4min drive). The one sandwich was overcooked and VERY thin. The staff was polite but the food was not worth the price. read more

Food is good and the people are nice. I go in rather than wait in the drive through, I think it's faster. I Wish it was open on Sundays.

This is the first time we received burned ChickfilA, yes these sandwiches were definitely buned crispy. This location has gone down hill since it changed ownership. read more

Worst Chick-Fil-A ever! The service was very slow and they gave us no straws and forgot one of my orders. It took a whole 45 minutes out of my trip just to go through a drive thru of a fast food restaurant with only ten cars in drive thru and no one inside. Even ordering was awful! We stood in line waiting for ten minutes and by the drive thru window for 10 minutes. We watched inside as they made every other persons meal but kept us at the window causing all the other orders to be late (as I saw all the yellow and green orders on the order machine turn to yellow and ultimately to green before my very eyes). All the employees were inside laughing and having fun while I waited with ten other cars behind me in line. Whenever they gave us our food 20 minutes later, we received no apology just a no-teeth smile and a "bye". We left to get back to our trip and quickly realized we had a whole meal not in our bag and we had no straws. We had to turn around and we added and extra fifteen minutes to our time. Being from the south where Chick-Fil-As are everywhere, this is very unacceptable for Chick-Fil-A. I'm glad that Albuquerque now has Chick-Fil-A but they desperately lack the qualities of a real Chick-Fil-A. read more

Super pleased to see that this Chik-fil-A is similar to the other ones in town! The staff is incredibly courteous and they work fast to provide you with fresh food! The drive through looked a little daunting with the amount of cars but it went super fast! And despite all of the orders inside and in the drive through, our order was 100% right. My husband gets picky when it comes to salad dressing and sauce. We've been married for almost 5 years and it even drives me crazy! Haha! They didn't bat an eyelash with providing him with all the sauces and extra salad dressings that he wanted. All in all, it was another great Chik-Fil-A experience! Highly recommend this location! read more

Came to write a review about my experience with this location and it seems I'm not alone in my disappointment. Put in an online order for pickup after a long 9 hour drive from Dallas. My grilled chicken sandwich was cold, the chicken patty was extremely small (did not fit the bun), and the chicken tasted old. Additionally my fries were not filled, my lemonade was extremely sour (seems the concentrate wasn't diluted correctly I'm unsure), and the person dropping the food off was not exactly friendly. Felt like such a waste of time and money and an extreme disappointment after a long day of driving. My experience at Chick-fil-A is usually positive which is why we chose it but, I wish I read the reviews on this location and just drove a bit further to a different Chick-fil-A. read more

Two guys outside taking orders tonight were so bad that they seemed rude. I pull up to the drive through and two guys standing there with tablets just continue talking. I roll my window down and stare at them. Eventually one of the approaches and just stares at his tablet...no communication. EVENTUALLY he starts speaking and asks for a name. I tell him Brad, and he ASKS ME TO SPELL IT! He then hits about 30 buttons on the tablet even though my name is only four letters. I repeated even louder B-R-A-D which must have snapped him out of it because he then asked for my order. After my order, I ask if I pay him but he doesn't answer. Instead he mumbles something. I ask again and he mumbles SLIGHTLY louder, "cash or card?" I hand him my card, he runs it, then walks away without saying anything! He didn't ask me about sauces to go with my nuggets. I get to the window and the girl there is SUPER nice. I had to ask for BBQ sauce, because the previous guy never asked. She handed it to me with a "my pleasure." That kid taking orders needs training as this is not what I've come to expect from Chick-Fil-A! Maybe we just do better customer service in Texas or something. read more

What is the point of having a drive through where the workers aren't paying attention and are forced to go through the drive thru to order and WAIT EVEN MORE. The lines are already ridiculous. For the record, I almost always preface a fast food joint review with, "I don't like reviewing fast food joints." Yet, here I am again reviewing a fast food joint, what gives? Nevertheless, a couple years ago I read a good article about the major fast food joints and the customer satisfaction they enjoy, or don't enjoy. It was right around the time when a bunch of SJWs decided they hated Chic-fil-A due to the owners' religious position. I mean, let's face it, nothing says tolerance better than a group of people being intolerant. However, it was a great read. Here's the skinny! The reason everyone loves Chic-fil-A so much is because of their service. The article in question pointed out the average drive thru wait time. Chic-fl-A beat the livin' pants off of every national fast food chain. The reason their drive thru time was so fast? A limited menu. When was the last time you drove through the drive thru at a Sonic? Holy goodness! Talk about confusing! They have literally everything you can imagine on that menu and it takes you an hour to decide what you want. Hence the painfully slow wait time in the drive thru. On top of the limited menu that speeds up the process, they really kick it up a notch with service. This particular location is really busy during the lunch hour, and when I was there on Monday, Feb. 11th, they had half a dozen employees out in the parking lot taking orders. They were braving the elements in order to lesson our inconvenience. It was just so efficient, and I was downright impressed! Oh, and the food totally rocks too! I mean, who doesn't love those waffle fries, huh? I just love me some Chic-fil-A! Always have, and always will! Cheers! read more

This is supposed to be my bacon and egg biscuit. I've been traveling the last two weeks and this morning I did not want to make breakfast. To my surprise when I got home the eggs are not in my sandwich. I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A so this one shocked me. read more

Did curbside and watched the kid bringing it out drop the drinks multiple times in the the box he was carrying the order in. This is "my" Chick-fil-a... close to my house but I get limited time in a car due to disabilities. It's good. Long lines so I always go inside. Spicy is my fav. Will come back for more when in the area.

Usually have good experiences at the location, but today's food experience was completely unacceptable. Chicken was raw on the inside. Manager on shift was co operative and told me where to send the incidents info, and told me that I'd receive a free meal. But who wants to eat at a place that served them raw chicken? Management was decent at handling the situation but to bite into raw chicken, is not ok. Period. Check your chicken people. read more

The little girl that took our order today 2/1/2024 @ 3:51 ish pm was SO RUDE!! We asked if we could see the menu, I don't eat here all the time & I don't know what the nugget count is, it was as if I asked her for blood or something. I'm always expecting a line at Chick-fil-A but tonight after waiting 30 minutes I got a bag of cold nuggets, waffle fries that were cold and hard, and an unsweetened ice tea that was so light it had to be the product of double brewing or intentional dilution. Chick-fil-A....one of my all time faves!!! You can't go wrong at any location. Friendly smiling faces with the best attitudes I've seen in any chain. Chicken nuggets I can't seem to get enough of accompanied by any number of delicious sauces. Their salads and wraps are also good and the chicken sandwich choices leaves room for everyone in your group to find something they'll enjoy!! Love them! They are ALWAYS courteous, friendly, polite, and treat you like a guest at 5 star resort. Can't believe fast food joint will care to open doors for you, come to check & make sure food is alright, offer refills, quick to apologize if/when there's any mistakes and offers comp coupons. One of the guys is super nice and always does this "invisible" trick my daughter LOVES it! What restaurant workers consistently says, "my pleasure"? What a discipline and standards! Love what they stand for, their openly faithful display of their Christian values, even the Christian instrumental music makes me feel right at home. Love the fact that my daughter can sing along with the music I'm sort of new to Chick-fil-a but their chicken is sooooooo delicious!! I don't like fast food too much and I definitely don't like fried food...BUT this is my exception. This is a restaurant and I tell myself their chicken sandwich or tenders are good for me! Hahaha. And their ice cream!!! Ooooh get in my belly!! I don't know what they do with it but their soft serve is different and delicious! I don't have an appropriate words to describe this creamy, sorta custard-y deliciousness bust to just tell ya, GET SOME ICE CREAM(get a cup...you'll get more) Unfortunately or fortunately, this has become my regular, once or sometimes twice a week stop for me...oh my darn waistline!!! I'll have to swim extra days just for this!! Chick-fil-a broke my "no fast food" living and it's so worth it read more

Thank you for not being just another fast food restaurant; thank you for your generous contributions to my church and to the community as a whole. Len has been a generous manager, and the other employees are friendly too. The model of what a fast food restaurant should be like. As far as the food, the nuggets are a bit salty but have a great flavor, the waffle fries are delicious, and the waffle potato chips make potato chips fun again. Thick-cut crunchy potato chips, not flimsy anorexic like Lay's. Unlike other fast food restaurants, this parking lot is big and spacious. Plus it belongs to just Chick-fil-A so you don't have to worry about competing with customers from other businesses for parking or deal with lots of traffic. Look at my reviews: I rarely eat fast food, but I like Chick-fil-A! read more

Great location to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner quickly--especially if you have younger kids as hey have a playground. The service is fast and friendly as you would expect from a Chick-fil-a. Beware of this Chick-fil-A location. Service reminded me of popeyes!! Rude, ignorant, and plain flat unprofessional!!! If your looking to get a simple Chick-fil-A, "My pleasure" this is not the location for you!! If that wasn't enough my government given name from birth was apparently not correct for Rubi, the lady who took my order. I was given the name "luis", although my name was written on my work uniform. I can't help but think my dark brown skin complexion had to do with the name i was assigned for my order. I have been to several different Chick-fil-a locations throughout my travels around the country, and never have I experienced such an exceptional amount of disrespect. I came here for lunch on the work shift with my coworker. Her idea, not mine. Although, I don't know why I never consider it myself since I am known to order chicken sandwiches at any burger joint. These places are always super busy. Parking lot packed and a line in the drive through. This location, no different. The nice thing about Chick-fil-A, is that even with the appearance of being ridiculously busy, you find that there is no wait inside. This place is a well oiled and fully calibrated machine. Sometimes I laugh at how many people they have on staff, but I guess I shouldn't knock it because they always make my experience a good one. The staff always have a smile on their face and check on you while you eat, even offering to re-fill your drink for you! The food is is always fresh and hot too. Try to find something to complain about, they make it hard. Don't forget to get a flavored sauce with your meal, it's complimentary and they have a nice variety. I'm hooked on their buffalo sauce myself. Yummo! read more
