Many, many times my family has gotten Panda Express; from many other locations but mainly this one. You must take into account that a lot of those times the food was absolutely disgusting. It was either cold, uncooked, not my order, or I just plainly I got a virus from the food, but when my daughter begged me for Panda Express with that sweet expression on her face I couldn't help but tell her, "Alright, fine". I drove up to this establishment and walked inside; not a lot of people in line. I ordered a kids meal, orange chicken, and chow mein. I also ordered Honey walnut shrimp and fried rice. Including a delicious cookie (those I actually enjoy). I walked through the door and as I heard my daughter coming down the stairs. I opened the bag, picked up the box, and I didn't feel a warm heat so I assumed it was cold as always. Microwaving the food kinda ruins it but that's all I could do. Giving my child her food as she headed to her room to eat. I sat on the couch opened my box, to be honest, the food wasn't bad except for it being soggy from the microwave. So I'm eating and eating, as I look down to my fork before I take another bite there it is; a pube .... on my shrimp that was about to go into my mouth. Absolutely disgusted I threw up from the thought of the pube also because I was sick FROM THE FOOD I PRESUME. I didn't want to tell my daughter because if she didn't notice it her food probably wasn't infected. SHE'S FOURTEEN SO SHE WOULD SAY SOMETHING! The guy serving the food said the honey chicken would take 4-5 minutes to be ready so we waited. 15 minutes goes by and another lady asked about the same dish to which the reply was 4-5 minutes. A total of 25 minutes went by and my other food was just sitting there getting cold. Of course we were upset and one of the female workers made a sparky comment saying "aaawe looks like baby is hungry" which was completely unnecessary and when you're paying that much for food you expect it to be hot to eat. If he was honest and said either he didn't know how long or it will take close to 20 minutes then I would have made a different choice. I mean, it is a Panda Express. You pretty much know what you're going to get. But this location is consistently inconsistent. The physical space is small and poorly organized. In the past couple of visits, we have had missed entrees, wrong orders, and observed no attention to detail from the employees behind the counter. If a part of the order needs to wait on the kitchen, why can't the staff TRY to get the whole order out together so it is all hot, or at least consistently cold? I had the misfortune of visiting Panda Express Martinez, the Red Envelope promotion is a farce. The coupons could only be used on your next visit. The super hot what's it shrimp entree came in a half pint container and the free coke coupon could not be used on the same visit. More than an hour and a half before they were to close, this location was out of many items they normally have. It was explained to me that they were "closing soon." LOL! Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our food today. We had 3 bowls with different entrees. Asked for half and half along with shrimp, broccoli beef and orange. Mainly received rice with little of the entrees, will try it again however if their servings don't improve we will go elsewhere. One of the entrees were walnut shrimp. There were only 5 shrimps in our bowl which we were charged an additional $1.25 for the shrimp. read more

I will never ever spend one more dime at this or any other Panda Express for the rest of my life! We waited for more than 20 minutes from start to finish to be able to get our food and check out. We waited for seven of those minutes while Ed filled sauce cups for a customer who still has three entrées that needed to be prepared. ALL of the main dishes except a few were completely empty. Ordered two plates prior to realizing the mains were all out. They began to make the plates prior to me realizing everything was out. This place isn't going to last long... 1. First of all there is way too many people for this place to have one entrance and exit. This has to be a fire hazard because the door is always blocked by the massive line that starts right in front of it. There is so many people in this crowded place it's hard to enjoy your food so I recommend taking your food to go. 2. The staff is nice but who ever is managing this place needs to figure out a better system or hire one more person because right now there is two people taking orders for 20 guests? Simply okay. I was craving Panda Express for a while now & it just didn't live up to my expectations! Staff don't really seem to care about customer service too much. Cooks are really quick & get food out in a timely manner. Came Here during the dinner rush & they just seemed so understaffed. Restroom was not clean, drinks weren't replenished at the counter, & trash was so full it was hanging off the side already. Meat in the broccoli beef was hard to chew on. Orange chicken was Sooo citrusy! It was so tangy that you needed something to down it with right away. Chow mein was just alright. Portions were okay. Wonderful experience with Gaby. The second we walked in she quickly greeted us although the restaurant was busy and she was the only one serving the orders. She was very efficient in her duty while also maintaining great customer service. The food was ok, but the customer service is what made the experience worth it. The service here is actually trash... never coming back -- drivbig to a neighboring city would have been faster, and they won't be out of white rice, chow mein, greens and orange chicken... to corporate or franchise owner I was one of 4 people I waited for 30 minutes to leave. My food sat on the counter because more people came in the staff got overwhelmed and no one was working the register. Finally I asked the staff if I could be checked out, and the woman I asked said she wasn't working the register so I made a fucking scene. I've never been a big fan of Panda Express but the food here is decent. The place opened at 10am and not all entrees were ready. I had to wait for the fried rice. I can't help but notice how the cooks were meticulously preparing the food. There were just 2 people waiting, but the 2 Asian cooks didn't feel rushed. They took their time to mix everything well like they were cooking at home for their family, no wonder today the food tasted better than than the ones I've had in other outlets. Even the server/cashier was friendly and courteous. She also gave you your money's worth, unlike other branches where you feel like the servers don't want to give you anything at all! I wouldn't say that the serving here was generous because no Panda Express outlets are generous with their serving, but it was enough to. There were 3 workers today, I believe they were Filipinos. The chowmein was also in small portion and got the spring rolls without getting tje sweet and sour sauce. (extremely fast)they were a little chincey on the chow mein usually they fill it up. there was lots of shrimp but no walnuts,there was a big scoop of orange chicken. at least I think it was chicken I wasn't really sure but probably was chicken because it definitely wasn't beef. they did forget the Beijing beef it was missing from my order. i got a refund, through doordash but didn't allow them to refund the drivers tip. driver did very well. read more
