Today I took a venture to Panda Express and I ordered fried rice with beef and broccoli ,orange chicken and a little bit of my moms chicken egg roll the egg roll had grounded chicken and pho noodles overall it was pretty good but the broccoli was a little hard for my liking and the egg roll texture wasn't for me. Came in interested to try the potstickers because I heard from a friend they were pretty good! The workers at the front were super nice! Greeted me when I came in and there was one person I think named Jace... (I have bad eyesight) who complimented my shirt which I appreciated a lot! So far this is my favorite Panda Express location I have been too. Every time I go they keep it really clean in there and they follow covid procedures. The line can be long sometimes because it is a smaller location but wait doesn't seem to be bad unless you are really pressed for time. The food always taste fresh when I go. To me that's not normal for Panda Express usually it taste like it's been sitting for a while but so far every time I have gone to this location it has been amazing. They seem to do well on portions as well so you definitely feel like you get your money's worth. Couple that with the fact that it's already not expensive compared to most Chinese places I have had out here. If you are looking for a cheap bite to eat that will fill you up I recommend coming to this location and try it for yourself. read more

He started on our order and and Teresa took over for Sergio and continued completing our order. From the moment Teresa walked up she was very rude. But since we were in a good mood we brushed it off. Once our food was packaged , Teresa asked us which drink did we want. I stated "I'd like the Apple Juice" and grabbed it. Teresa rudely replied "It's either Water or A fountain drink" , I replied Is it okay if we get the Apple juice , I don't mind the up charge. Teresa refused to give us the Apple Juice. I told her I always get this drink with my order and if she would add it to my order. Teresa began sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes. I expressed to Teresa that she has been rude from the moment she took over for Sergio. I stated to Teresa , "That's not good customer service , and we don't deserve your attitude" Teresa rolled her eyes and ignored me! I than took out my phone to write her name down to make a compliant once we left. Teresa then yelled, "DO NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF MY NAME TAG" I replied, "I am not taking a photo, I'm taking down your name because you have been extremely rude to us. I will be calling corporate. The last 5 times we've ordered from this location, they have "forgotten" our 3rd side item on multiple large plates. Where is the Teriyaki Chicken I requested??? I even started to dig underneath the overload of noodles.. which was not what I was expecting. Went to pick up a large catering order, waited at least 10 minutes before someone can help me. Cashier and other employee completely ignoring my presence. I finally get a rude "can I help you"... Yes actually you can .. picking up a $300+ order and it's the last time I do that. Here's the kicker, even after confirming the catering order over the phone twice... They hadn't even started cooking it when it was pickup time!! I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to manicly cook, while avoiding all blame. My husband and I do like Panda Express. We used to go to the one on Concord avenue but half the time they didn't have the food or our favorites potstickers. So we decided to start going to the one in Martinez and now they no longer have pot stickers.
