This location is so stingy with everything. First of all, the workers have no customer service skills, and if you love sauce expect to only receive one. If you ask for more, you will be charged 0.54 cents PER extra sauce. They give you like 3 napkins in your bag of food and if you place a mobile order they will not start to prepare your food until you click you've arrived on the app. At least the food you receive is warm so that's a plus sign. I work nearby, but I probably won't visit this location anymore. read more

The service is terrible, three meals and they act like 2+ sauced will bankrupt them. Hire the kids that work fast food to learn fundamentals of work. Not these salty old ladies. I asked three separate times.. kills the desire to want to eat after every hostile encounter. read more

Started a mobile order, had the mobile app glitch out and not update the McDonald's system, bank still takes out the money paying McDonald's, I go into the McDonald's physically to talk with the Manager, the manager is useless and does nothing despite me showing her Apple Pay Statements showing the money being paid and Chase mobile app showing the money coming out of my bank account to pay for the order. Apparently, if it doesn't show up in their system you don't exist despite paying them for your food. The manager at this location is useless. The worst part is this isn't even the first time this happened, but it will be the last time. Never coming here again or using McDonald's mobile app. Now I get the "fun" task of calling my bank to initiate a claim against them. read more

First time getting delivery due to COVID and my daughter's frozen drink was completely liquid. The delivery driver got it to us in three minutes after it was made, which means they took this cup of pure liquid, said "good enough" and put it in the drink holder and sealed the bag. If they had just forgotten it entirely I'd be like "fine". They forgot fries in both of my kids happy meals the last time we went but I've long ago decided that unless I get less than 80% of my order I'm not going to bother doing anything because I'd have to deal with someone every single time I ordered anything. The app said to contact the store for issues with missing food in a mobile order and has no way to report anything. Again, as long as they give me 80% of my order I don't really say anything, but putting something clearly wrong in the bag is a bit too much for me. Of course we'll keep going, it's the closest McDonald's and I have kids, but my kids don't have a Yelp account, I do. I also have COVID and too much time to leave Yelp reviews for places like McDonald's. read more

Lame! Spent about 20 minutes trying to get the app to work, finally get my order through and it says that this location is closed even though I'm inside and see other people "working"' behind the counter. So, I go up to the counter to place my order, and everyone completely ignores me as I stand there, great customer service! Wow, totally horrible experience once again, all the way around! read more

Service - ordered two happy meals for my 2 young grandsons because the toy offered was from the movie, "Inside Out 2", only for them to be disappointed when they open the boxes to see toys from the movie "Elemental." I understand that popular toy programs run out but the restaurant did not mention anything and giving a toy from a promotion run over all year ago seems a bit of a low-effort solution. The main issue is that we would appreciate the restaurant letting us know when orders cannot be fulfilled. read more

The workers and food prep here are great. My low review is about the franchise and corporation, and the mobile app. If the stuff you order on the mobile app isn't working or available, they aren't going to adjust your price. If you email support, they'll ask you for insane details like the mobile app version you're using, and the android version you're using. Then after you provide all that info, they will not respond. Then when you open a new ticket, they tell you it's on the franchise owner. However the franchise owner can't access my app payments on the McDonald's mobile app, or my PayPal for a price adjustment. The staff can't improvise with costs either. I can barely view a receipt on the mobile app. It's an extremely insecure payment method. I submitted a fraud report to the FTC and you should too! read more

I've never been inside and usually drive through for coffee and/or an egg biscuit on days I'm in the area running morning errands at Target or the Dollar store, so not too often. It's in a good location, the corner of a busy intersection on a slight hill in the middle of a shopping complex. They have two lines going in the drive through so even though it always looks busy, the line goes pretty fast. Everyone who works there seems pretty nice & professional, no complaints. read more

My husband went to the drive through and gave his order. The first window where you stop to pay, the girl was on her cell phone saying "yea my mom's fucking old school and told someone to fuck off". My husband paid for his order & drive to the next window. He got his food & then asked for the manager. She came up and he told her what happened. Apparently the employee in question heard him telling her and came up to the window and said "I wasn't on the phone I wasn't talking to anyone you need to get the fuck outta here". The manager said NOTHING. Not to my husband and not to the employee. My husband said "see?" and drove off. So disappointing that the manager had ZERO CONCERN for her behavior. That she never attempted to apologize for the interaction and even ALLOWED IT TO HAPPEN! I understand we are only one customer of hundred and even thousands. McDonald's used to be a great place to bring your kids. A great fast food place to bring the whole family. Many of them still care about customer service. Not this one (there has been other negative experiences but this insistence is by far the worst! Dear McDonald's franchisee: Your workers are incompetent. Ordered a 20 piece nugget with 2x S&S + 1 Hot mustard. Says so on the receipt. I got none. The lady who took my order, was having a personal conversation. McDonald's has a standard on Coca Cola syrup ratios, in particular their flagship. Management is obviously not following protocol or syrup is low. When I asked, they said they had just swapped tanks earlier. Ok? I know its Christmas. No one wanted to be there. But f*ck, now my Christmas lunch is ruined. read more

By far, the best Mcdonald's I've been to. The amount of hate on their yelp is unbelievable. I've never had an order messed up or a bad experience with an employee. The staff here is so welcoming that they recognize us because of how often they've seen us for several years. The food here is never as stale as other Mcdonald's which is a very common issue. I also have never had an experience with them saying their ice cream machine is broken which happens literally everywhere else. Nothing to complain about here. read more

Kiosk service sucks. I got a table number and they just call my name to go get my order. So no bringing my food to my table. And when I ask for sauce for my nuggets, they say I'm only restricted to one packet and have to pay for any more. Glad those minimum wage hikes are passed down to customers who want to enjoy their food with whatever condiments they want. They told me they can give me free ketchup till the cows come home, but have a policy to charge for sauces. It's bad enough they upcharge for milk that supposed to be part of the happy meal, but for sauce? Thanks for nickel and diming in the name of profit and maintaining your bottom line. I even asked if I was allergic to ketchup but used sauce instead, they said I could have as much ketchup as I wanted but still had to pay for any additional sauce. 1 packet for a six piece nugget. Makes me reconsider ever buying nuggets again and giving McDonald's any more business in the future. So if I have a food allergy to ketchup I'm relegated to purchasing condiments that I might use instead opposed to ketchup I don't want or potentially can't. And on top of that, the worker that initially refused me another sauce, told the manager and the manager said the same thing quoting "policy". read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's and it's my hometown McDonald's. There are to many complaints I have against this place from the employees lying to me about fresh food when I ask for it to be fresh to them laughing at me when I had to take my food back. This has happened multiple times and there are so many things wrong with the customer service it's hard to explain in one review. Last night they forgot some of my food.. I don't know why I keep coming to this place. I reached out to give a review and the lady said the owner would call the owner never called. Inside the store is clean that's about it. read more

Last time I got McDonald's I found some kind of white thing in my chicken nugget. I almost choked. The sauce is a little bit too spicy for my liking, but I do know that some people do like spicy stuff so I'm not complaining about the sauce service I usually use the drive-through. It's usually pretty good, but sometimes they are slow. Sometimes the bathrooms are dirty, but I am happy that they don't just give away the bathrooms to the public and they have a lock to them. It is a little bit annoying though because sometimes I try and use the bathroom and get the password, but they don't listen to me and I have to keep on going to the counter. read more

In my latest reviews I will be testing the adaptability of restaurant menus to low carb/keto friendly meals, among other things. I like ordering online or on apps because I can easily customize my order and I often save money in the process using in app coupons. With the McDonald's app I got a double cheeseburger with no ketchup, no pickle, no bun, and added mayo (I left the diced onion knowing i would scrape off half). It is nice to see you can say no bun with no hassle. I also got 2 sausage McMuffins with no muffin, so basically just sausage and cheese, which are $1 each. A sausage Patty a la carte is $1.39, so this is a win for me. The problem is whether the employees pay attention to the modifications and also, maybe obviously, the quality of the food. To my dismay, but not so much surprise, my cheeseburger came with unwanted ketchup and pickle and no added mayo. I should also mention that they charge $0.49 to add a leaf of lettuce, which I opted not to. For taste, the burger meat was kind of mealy. The sausage had no carmelization and was a bit cold. My drink was also forgotten so I had to bug someone for a cup. Overall pretty unsatisfactory, but on par for this fast food chain. Mobile app ordering is the only appeal. Don't expect all your customizations to stick, but they actually pay attention to "no bun" requests so you don't have to look weird if you use the app to say so. read more

And it's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is another exception and helps a lot, too. The breakfast and lunch items are particularly good, with practically any kind of breakfast food or lunch sandwich you can name. The only drawback is the dinner menu, which is somewhat limited. I suspect this is of necessity, with breakfast and lunch crowds being much bigger, what with work nearby from the county and such. Nevertheless, everything on the menu is cooked to perfection, so try the dinners, too, and you won't be disappointed.

Their waffles are seriously to die for. And for those who are gluten-free--not by choice, like my sister-in-law--they have amazing "hipster toast" that she absolutely loves. I'm so grateful I got to visit during their last weekend open. It was heartbreaking to hear at the end of our meal that they're closing after Mother's Day weekend. We're crossing our fingers they'll reopen after the building remodel. If not, I've heard that The Hideout in Lafayette is owned by the same folks, so I'll definitely be giving that a try next! The busser was really on top of things, we observed. We ordered the bowl of oats x2, skirt steak & eggs x2, and an ube pancake. Sadly they were out of tater tots today - we love their tater tots so we were sad about that but their fries were good. The owner was going around checking on things and thanking all the tables, which was nice. We've been here often and never met her before. We love Vic's and will keep coming by whenever we get the chance.

Brisket was so dry look like cardboard ribs had a weird taste almost like if they were boiled first then cooked. It was such a disappointment .At least the bake potato was good ..
