Went to McDonald's at 10:05 to get some food for the family. After ordering the 2nd window forgot to give me 6 mcchickens. I had to go back in line to show my receipt and get the sandwiches. The manager came to the window and explained there had been new employees at the window. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. I know that being a manager includes taking fault for employees and not just pointing fingers. My experience would have been better if I was at least offer a drink or a fry. read more

As a family we do not eat fast food very often if at all. I however was raised by a teenage mother and I don't even give a second thought to fast food. My husband has trained me to be different. Except when he knows that we are going out on a week night and only have a few minutes to eat something. This nights something was a 20 pack of Chicken Nuggets. That was it I swear. Now, this is a McDonalds. I know, I know there might as well be a sign of the devil on the roof. This McDonalds was one of the cleanest I have ever been in. The line for the drive thru was super long and you can see right through the window to the counter and there was not a soul in there. Of course I walked in. Always analyze your surrounding people! Our Nuggets were Nuggety? What more can I say. Now that my Lil guy is walking maybe when the weather is good we will venture out to the Play Place too. Its not indoor so Summer will probably be the time to visit. I'm going to rename my cellulite divots this month "Nuggets" instead. read more

McDonald's - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Martinez, California

An I Stabley Schmidt with this much money should shut down on 100° day if the AC is not running. It's hard hot as hell in here. Pure greed is keeping this business open today it's 100 degrees in side. This is inhumane. read more

This McDonald's has an extra advantage of being right next to a Baskin Robbins. In Martinez, this is called a food crawl..... Because this McDonald's is located inside a strip mall, you have to work a little bit to get here and leave. It's a perfectly functional member of this chain, and I appreciate the little extra bit of cleanliness and friendly service that I find here on top of my double cheesburger and fries. And am I the only one that has been extra intrigued with McDonald's after watching that Fish McBites commercial that I can't get out of my head? Fishy, fishy..... read more

Went thru the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon around 5pm. I was surprised that I was the only one there. I ordered a number 1 with 2 Mcdoubles. The guy said he was out of Sprite. This is third time this has happened. When I got home (I live down the street) the fries were ice cold and old, my Big Mac bun was stale, and instead of 2 Mcdoubles they gave me 2 Mcchickens. They tasted like bitter oil. Worst dinner of my life. read more

I was in Martinez and decided to get lunch at McDonalds. I had to use the bathroom first. I was washing my hands as a male employee walked out of the stall and directly back to the restaurant without washing his hands. There are signs indicating that employees must wash their hands. I was drying my hands as a manager walked in. I advised him about the non hand washer. He replied " he's probably going to wash his hands in the kitchen". My reply was " I'm probably not going to eat your fucking food!" Disgusting to say probably. Seems a washing in the restroom and restaurant would make sense read more

I have trouble giving this place even one star. I just got cold everything! These employee must hate their job including management. Last time she gave my order to car ahead of me and shorted my fries This time along with everything cold my frys were half way filled My baby's kids meal literally had 6 fries!!!! read more

Terrible customer service the only breakfast they have all day is hot cakes and hash browns. On top of that they make you wait in the reserved drive through parking space for 20 minutes to get one hash brown read more

took 15 minutes for 20 nuggets tried to charge me extra for more then 2 sauces didnt realize they had to ration sauce

I went through the drive-thru here just 15 minutes ago. Part of my order for my family was a 20 piece chicken nuggets. They asked what sauce I wanted. I asked how many does it come with? Three, they answered. Ok, I'll have 2 sweet and sours and one spicy siracha, thanks! I drive home, unload the food, and low and behold... no sauce. Not even a ketchup packet! Also not a single napkin. Nothing... McDonalds is nothing... Now I remember why I hardly ever go there. read more

My order: Double cheese burger, large fry, 20 piece nuggets. 10 minutes later (not making that up may have been longer) they come back with only the fries. When I ask for the rest, a few minutes later go by and they give me the rest. Except I get home and there's only 10 nuggets. Not all that great McDonald's, maybe having 2 drive they lanes is too complicated? I ordered 3 items, basic ones you probably usually have just precooked anyways. Pretty lame showing Went again, this time they remembered everything and seemed less confused about their place in life. I'll bump you up to 3 stars... for now... read more

Worst McDonald's ever I lost count on how many times they got my order wrong! Those ladies on morning shift all they do is talk talk talk and not pay attention to the orders how do you not put sausage in a pancake and sausage breakfast? Don't have any issues with other shifts only morning! read more

This McDonald's used to be relatively fast with their drive through and had no complaints but for some reason, the past 3-6 months there are different people at the Windows and the service had gotten super slow to the point where I almost would consider another drive thru restaurant due to the wait times. I went today and saw only one of the two drive thru lanes were open so thought it was my lucky day but I waited at my spot for 2-3 cars before I got tired of waiting, backed up and went thru the other lane. I got up to the window and the employee said they were short staffed so sometimes don't use the other lane. I can't believe they wouldn't try to put a sign up if they were going to avoid using it. Aggravating. Argh! ---------- 9/15/17 There seems to be a lot of inconsistency with the staffing. One day at lunch time there was actually very professional and thorough staff manning the drive-through which were moving things along very efficiently. However, today the soda machine is not working at prime time and there's a big delay. These guys are killing me! read more

Went through the drive thru, was slow as hell, was asked to park in spot 1, waited 10 minutes went in showed receipt made drinks right there. We only ordered two drinks and four people behind us got theirs first. Wtf. read more

Had one bad experience here where I was sitting at the speaker with no greeting and no one taking my order even as there was no cars in front of me. When I said hello there was no answer, so I assumed there speaker system was broken. I moved ahead to the first window figuring I could just order there. I explained no one greeted or responded to me. The lady was extremely rude, rolled her eyes and told me "you have to wait, you can't just roll up here, you're cutting the line!" Waiting is fine but after 10 minutes you would think someone can at least say "hello, I'll be back in a minute." Also, there was no line as there was no car in front of me so I'm not sure how I could have been cutting it? Needless to say I didn't even ask her to take my order, I just rolled my eyes back and rolled out. 3 stars earned as this is not my usual experience here. read more

Let me know why I can only get 1 sauce when I ordered 5 different meals??? Doesn't make sense to me at all but ok . this mcdonald's is huge. think it has a kiddie playground. big D beats starbux in that there's always parking at big d. of course starbux is pricier and the coffee is smoother. got the mccafe. for $1, you can get either the small, medium, or large for the same $1. not so at starbux, the bigger the cup, the more the money..pike's at star is 1.50. mccafe is pretty strong, kind of harsh, bitter. the servers at mcd tend to be older latinos, asians, and whites. starbux has a youth thang going on, mostly young white adults. they both offer fast, courteous service. read more

They recently remodeled the entire location. It seems to be more cutting edge with technology. The food is the same. The service seems to be a little better than before. What did I learn today? The remodel caused the price of the $1 sunday to increase to $1.40. No such thing as a free lunch. read more

Worst customer service ever. Bought two McChickens asked for two ranches the cashier told me I can only get one and I have to pay for the other. I've never heard of that, this is the only McDonald's that's ever done that. Ranches should be free!!!!!!!!! You make minimum wage, a customer requesting more ranches should have no effect on you. We always go to this McDonald's because it is close by and we have no choice. Today is the third time out of 4 times we ordered food from drive though and they forgot something. I been to this McDonalds at least 5 times and i am never going back again. Always take a long time to get your order . Fries are always warm or cold never hot. 2 out of 5 times when i go through the drive thru and get home its the wrong order. When i order large fries the cup is always half full. I will not go to this McDonalds anymore, i would rather take the drive and go to the Concord McDonald's by the mall. read more

I'd give it a 4 for kids but overall it's a 3 It will be loud because of all the kids, so if you're a parent nothing new but if you're someone who needs their quiet, it's not gonna workout for you Positives: Right off the highway, modern, new kids play area, with touch screens 3 and cushioned kid sized chairs, electrical outlet locations with modern "IKEA" type of look, it's in a mall so plenty of parking and clean. Negatives: worst coffee in about 10 different states I've had McDonald's coffee, no straws or napkins out and caution signs all over the place. Super busy, so chaotic feel to the place. read more

Check your food, went through the drive thru, got to where we were going and found they gave us the wrong sandwich. Went back, they we're waiting for us as the customer they gave our sandwich to brought it back. Where do I even start. The service here is unacceptable. I went to this McDonald this morning around 11.15 and the cashier harassed me. When I went to go get my receipt, the girl there thought it was a good idea to touch my hand. She needs to be fired ASAP. She proceeded to do it even without my consent. This is truly disgusting and despicable. The lunacy this girl had, I can't even explain with words. I feel very uncomfortable and unable to come near this place anymore. I feel threatened, it would be best for this girl to be fired or at least suspended. read more
