As McDonald's goes, this is possibly the nicest I've ever been to. Staff was friendly, place is clean, food and coffee were tasty. The staff seemed to like their jobs and be genuinely happy to serve customers. Lots of modern ways to order and food was delivered to our table. If I could be guaranteed this kind of experience at every McDonald's, I'd visit more often. read more

Would leave zero stars if I could. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru nobody talked on the speaker to take our order. People on the other side were placing their orders and driving through. People behind us were cussing at us and honking their horns thought I was going to get punched out. I left my husband in the car and walked inside. I was told by the manager Catherine that the employee for the drive through took off his head set and went on break. Would give negative stars if I could for cleanliness. Bathrooms look and smell like they haven't been cleaned since they opened this location. You'll be lucky if there is toilet paper and not some type of bodily fluid on every surface. Oh yeah, and then what did the employee wipe with that was in front of me? I love this McDonald's I do. Especially the play place. But I drove by and saw that they are updating. AND THEY GOT RID OF THE PLAY PLACE. This is upsetting. This McDonalds and the one on Monument in Concord. Im all for updating buildings, but don't get rid of the kids only entertainment. We love it here! I've received very good service each time I've been here. A couple of times there has been a mix up with my order, but no problem getting it fixed. It has always been clean, especially the restrooms. They do not have the climbing play structures anymore. Those have been replaced with video play stations. My grandsons love them but I miss the traditional gym play equipment. I preferred the physical play to the screen time activity. Unfortunately, it seems that most of the McDonald's in this area are removing their play gyms. read more

Food is...well...McDonalds food. Staff gets the food cranked out soon enough and I haven't had a problem with mixups. But I have to say the remodeling was awful. Crappy plastic chairs and the padded chairs I can't sit in, too tiny, and I'm just a regular sized guy. And why does the beeping on every cooking device have to pierce my eardrums, how on earth does the staff put up with it? I have to add that the new electronic menus are absolutely awful. The darn things flash and change constantly except for the panel wit the most expensive items! It is VERY frustrating trying to peruse the menu for something new. read more

food ordered tasted like they made it hours ago and left under a light i had fries and 20pc nuggets which both werent crispy. ordered a number 1 and a drink. when i got all my food i was in a hurry so i ate it on in the car while driving to an hour destination. the big mac had everything except the patties. i didnt ask for a big mac with no meat. there was no way to go back and calling them would not solve my hunger problem. i dont eat mcdonalds because of past experiences and this one is just another reason to stay away from it. thanks mcdonalds for having such crappy care for your customers read more

I have been at this location before and have never encountered an issue. The first window charged me the incorrect order and knew right away which is why he went to the next window probably to let the manager know. They charged me $11 for a bill that should only be $4.50. I asked for a refund nicely and she did which was fine however , after 3 people asked me what my order was they still managed to give me the wrong order and charged me again a wrong bill. The manager I am assuming by the name of Ana gave me back the difference which I'm grateful for however with an attitude because she had made yet another mistake and I was holding up her line. That is not my problem that I'm holding up the line. If they would have done their job correctly in the first place I wouldn't have to hold up their line. After 3 mistaken orders that they attempted to give me, and charge me along with the manager Anas rude and inappropriate attitude I left. I had to move mountains just to get her name in case my bank had charged me more than extra to which Ana said there would be no problem because she's good at her job. Well if she was good she would have completed my core t refund in 1 transaction not 3 !!! I have used this mcdonalds for years but lately the service has gone downhill. The male cashiers are rude and not even able to make oatmeal proper. The new owner who walks around like a big stick is in his butt forcing the moppers to wet the floor in big sections even if it is clean. Closing whole sections for cleaning is common and very much a nuisance. Now on top of dry cold food the plugs have all been capped off so we can not plug in Our devices in order to be online while I eat. I will not use this or any Mcdonalds as long as they keep the plugs capped off. read more

This store was recently remodeled. They no longer have the jungle gym outside. Instead they have a play area for children _inside_. What does this mean? It means that if you eat there, you get to listen to children screaming relentlessly. This is just a terrible design choice. I don't expect any fast food restaurant to have a fine ambiance, but the experience of sitting and eating a meal here was simply unbearable. I won't be back. :-( If the McDonalds corporation is wondering why they are having to close hundreds of underperforming locations in the US this year (2015), I would submit that restaurant design choices like this could be a contributing factor. read more

I ordered my food through the drive thru this morning. It took 15 minutes to get to the window, no problem. After I paid for my food the cashier asked me to pull in the parking lot and wait for someone to bring me my order. I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes until I realize that they must have forgotten about my order after I've paid them. I went inside and I asked the manager where was my food. She said, I sent someone out there. I said, we'll they didn't give me the food or else I wouldn't be standing here. I told the manager that I paid for my food and no one brought me anything. She was not apologetic nor did she look concerned that she had angry customers beside myself waiting for thier food for more than 20 minutes. This location is really unprofessional and they will never get my money again. I spent a total of 45 minutes here. I understand that they were really busy but they need a better system to handle the amount of traffic that comes through that place. read more

I was out in Concord for work and needed some sort of breakfast at four in the morning. Google told me this was the closest 24 hour location. It was only a eight minute drive. Make it there and they tell me that they are closed until six in the morning. Well why is there a sign on the window that says the drive thru is 24 hours? Why does it say 24 hours online? On top of that, I hit some sort of object in the drive thru pulling through that slashed my tire and gave me a flat tire. I saw it after the fact. It was metal of some sort. Thanks a lot McDonalds. I have gone multiple times and they have messed up my order multiple times. At first I thought people will make mistakes. But than after the third time I knew I was making the mistake for going back. I have had to wait extra time because they forgot an item from my order, another time they gave me the incorrect order and the last time they gave me the bag with an item missing. People are nice but that does not compensate the errors. read more

When ordering my meal, I asked to have lettuce and tomato added. I was told it would be $.40 extra, and I was fine with that. I watched the screen as the items were added, and it was $.40 per item. I informed them that did not want it for $.80. When I asked to have the items added, I was never told it would be .40 per item. I usually am not that great at watching the screen. This has changed.
