As McDonald's goes, this is possibly the nicest I've ever been to. Staff was friendly, place is clean, food and coffee were tasty. The staff seemed to like their jobs and be genuinely happy to serve customers. Lots of modern ways to order and food was delivered to our table. If I could be guaranteed this kind of experience at every McDonald's, I'd visit more often. read more

Slow drive-through. Sold me a extra meal I did not order. Thought the amount was high... Two happy meals for boys. Got one with a girl toy. Had to ask for the second milk for the happy meal. Was not given straws for the sodas. Now I remember why I don't go to "fast" food places. read more

Would leave zero stars if I could. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru nobody talked on the speaker to take our order. People on the other side were placing their orders and driving through. People behind us were cussing at us and honking their horns thought I was going to get punched out. I left my husband in the car and walked inside. I was told by the manager Catherine that the employee for the drive through took off his head set and went on break. I asked what do I receive for all this, Catherine said noting sorry you were inconvenienced and had to wait. Ended up with a free apple pie which had to wait for. BIG DEAL!!!!! read more

Disgusting and cant make breakfast food at night. Go to Jack N the Box...they never mess it up!

Hands down worst McDonald's in the area! Not sure if their too high or just plain stupid but they cannot get the orders right and by the time they figure it out the food is cold. Their staff is even worse...if you hate your job that much don't work there! Definitely will never return to this location. read more

Every time I come to this location for breakfast I am never disappointed. Always fresh and hot. I love the breakfast and their pies!! Can't go wrong going to this McDonald's. read more

Julian Del Río is lazy and you can tell he does not want to be there but he has to, cus he's a bum. He's a terrible customer service skills and quite frankly I don't know how he still has this job he needs to be let go. read more

Really friendly and nice employees. I gotta say that 99% of the time they get my order right, I can't say so much for other fast food establishments. read more

What does Joe Pesci say? "They ______ you in the drive-thru!" That pretty much sums this place up. Don't drive away before counting your burgers and even your nuggets for that matter, I've come home with an eight piece that was called a ten piece, go figure..... read more

I would have given this Mc Donald's a higher score, as the food was its typical adequate level, it was clean, and it had a great toddler indoor play space. BUT THERE WAS NO DIAPER CHANGING TABLE IN THE BATHROOM & I HAD TO CHANGE MY CHILD ON THE FLOOR! In "family friendly" Mcdonalds!! It was a disgusting experience! read more

Stopped here after getting off late for work and everything was hot and delicious ... tried it again a few weeks later with the same result. Glad to see they read their reviews and fixed my issues. Will eat here again read more

Service was good here! It appears to be a standard macdonald's, but the drive thru was quicker than normal, and the attentiveness and friendliness of the guy working was above average in my opinion. read more

Only slightly better than the Walmart location. I pretty much got screwed out of food. I rarely eat at McDonald's, maybe once a year. But when I look into my bag of food I expect to see at least my fries filled up, but nope, it was only half full. The quality of food is McDonald's, and it should be no surprise how bad it is. The people in the drive thru were nice. But I'll probably never eat at McDonald's again. I don't know how this fast food chain is still in business. It has gone downhill and the nostalgia of eating this shit from when I was a kid is gone. Yuck! read more

Would give negative stars if I could for cleanliness. Bathrooms look and smell like they haven't been cleaned since they opened this location. You'll be lucky if there is toilet paper and not some type of bodily fluid on every surface. Oh yeah, and then what did the employee wipe with that was in front of me? There was no tp in the stall. read more

The best children's playground I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Took one star away because fries were a little under cooked but will come back for sure. read more

Young man messed up our order of one item, 6 piece nugget, probably because he wasn't listening. Then flinged my change at me when I paid and then a red head handed me the bag without eye contact or verbally acknowledging I was there. I worked at McDonald's when I was young and this is not acceptable behavior. read more

4 out of 5 times I've been there they forgot something. The employees at this location are stupid(all hispanic) the order is always wrong they always forget something. The food is made sloppy and is old. I really don't see how hard it is to put a round burger on a round bun but these stupid mother f'ers can't get it right. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. or any othere in that matter mcdonalds is a horrible institution. read more

I love this McDonald's I do. Especially the play place. But I drove by and saw that they are updating. AND THEY GOT RID OF THE PLAY PLACE. This is upsetting. This McDonalds and the one on Monument in Concord. Im all for updating buildings, but don't get rid of the kids only entertainment. We love it here! This is one of the main draws for customers and they are getting rid of them! read more

Not an ordinary mickey D's. Place has 4 touch screen video games, a software playground for the little ones, and a floor hologram game. Oh yeah, because of all this amenities the food is a tad more expensive. Overall it's ok. read more

This made me and my fiancé sick to our stomach I called them and asked them wth! Was wrong with their Big Mac all the manger could say are u allergic to anything horrible place oh yeah worst English possible!!!!!!! read more

I did not like their hamburger. It is bland and flavorless. There was too much catsup and mayo on it.

I've received very good service each time I've been here. A couple of times there has been a mix up with my order, but no problem getting it fixed. It has always been clean, especially the restrooms. They do not have the climbing play structures anymore. Those have been replaced with video play stations. My grandsons love them but I miss the traditional gym play equipment. I preferred the physical play to the screen time activity. Unfortunately, it seems that most of the McDonald's in this area are removing their play gyms. read more

Counter, tables, floor and beverage area extremely unsanitary. I am not a clean freak and believe in the 3 second rule. It it hits the floor and you can retrieve it in 3 seconds or less it is OK to eat. Not at this McDonalds. This place is icky. read more

Incompetent people. Don't Except to get what you ordered. This morning in the drive through, the person taking orders started helping us then, stopped helping us to help someone who pulled into the second drive thru. Wtf?! Then after they pull away they came back saying sorry I missed something... Like we didn't notice. For Second the time I ordered Sausage and cheese Mc muffin, clear as day for the second time. They give me some with egg on it. Also charging me more, but the CHILD who was going to eat them has a egg allergy. He had no breakfast, Way to fucking go! This is why you get paid dog shit. Useless. read more

Food is...well...McDonalds food. Staff gets the food cranked out soon enough and I haven't had a problem with mixups. But I have to say the remodeling was awful. Crappy plastic chairs and the padded chairs I can't sit in, too tiny, and I'm just a regular sized guy. And why does the beeping on every cooking device have to pierce my eardrums, how on earth does the staff put up with it? I have to add that the new electronic menus are absolutely awful. The darn things flash and change constantly except for the panel wit the most expensive items! It is VERY frustrating trying to peruse the menu for something new. read more

was fast and also the guy w curly hair and gold chain who took my order ur really cute and i hope i see you again

i went to the one by the court house...think about this, you use the bathroom, then no paper towels (they don't have them ever).. the employees touch the knob infected with ecoli/fecal matter and then go prepare your food.... how does the health dept. get away with this??? i was taught as a hospital worker to use a paper towel when touching the knoB on the way out.... what the he**!!!!!!! i'm not eating at this or any other mcdonalds until they start buying and stocking paper towels... read more

Ordered a chicken siracha but got a dry burger with siracha, fries were totally stale and cold, other burgers were dry as well. Epic Fail Mikky D's. Would have come back but we live 1/2 hour away. Won't go back. read more

Hey I know a McDonald's is a McDonald's and I'm not looking for a high-quality anything here but it's advertised as a 24 hour drive-through and it's not even a holiday and it's closed at 2pm. Something else that annoys me and I find a complete absurdity is their egg on the side costs close to 2 dollars from a previous visit. Way overpriced like many McDonald's. Why does an egg cost that much? They are friendly and I have to give them that but their customer service and reliability and standard cost of sales is ridiculous read more

Watch out which lane you select. Four cars went before me before someone offered to take my order and that was probably because they either heard me honking or saw me backing up. read more

food ordered tasted like they made it hours ago and left under a light i had fries and 20pc nuggets which both werent crispy. ordered a number 1 and a drink. when i got all my food i was in a hurry so i ate it on in the car while driving to an hour destination. the big mac had everything except the patties. i didnt ask for a big mac with no meat. there was no way to go back and calling them would not solve my hunger problem. i dont eat mcdonalds because of past experiences and this one is just another reason to stay away from it. thanks mcdonalds for having such crappy care for your customers read more

This store was recently remodeled. They no longer have the jungle gym outside. Instead they have a play area for children _inside_. What does this mean? It means that if you eat there, you get to listen to children screaming relentlessly. This is just a terrible design choice. I don't expect any fast food restaurant to have a fine ambiance, but the experience of sitting and eating a meal here was simply unbearable. I won't be back. :-( If the McDonalds corporation is wondering why they are having to close hundreds of underperforming locations in the US this year (2015), I would submit that restaurant design choices like this could be a contributing factor. read more

I have used this mcdonalds for years but lately the service has gone downhill. The male cashiers are rude and not even able to make oatmeal proper. The new owner who walks around like a big stick is in his butt forcing the moppers to wet the floor in big sections even if it is clean. Closing whole sections for cleaning is common and very much a nuisance. Now on top of dry cold food the plugs have all been capped off so we can not plug in Our devices in order to be online while I eat. I will not use this or any Mcdonalds as long as they keep the plugs capped off. read more

I have been at this location before and have never encountered an issue. The first window charged me the incorrect order and knew right away which is why he went to the next window probably to let the manager know. They charged me $11 for a bill that should only be $4.50. I asked for a refund nicely and she did which was fine however , after 3 people asked me what my order was they still managed to give me the wrong order and charged me again a wrong bill. The manager I am assuming by the name of Ana gave me back the difference which I'm grateful for however with an attitude because she had made yet another mistake and I was holding up her line. That is not my problem that I'm holding up the line. If they would have done their job correctly in the first place I wouldn't have to hold up their line. After 3 mistaken orders that they attempted to give me, and charge me along with the manager Anas rude and inappropriate attitude I left. I had to move mountains just to get her name in case my bank had charged me more than extra to which Ana said there would be no problem because she's good at her job. Well if she was good she would have completed my core t refund in 1 transaction not 3 !!! Highly dissatisfied with the customer service and the way the manager or supervisor handled it as if it was my fault. read more

I ordered my food through the drive thru this morning. It took 15 minutes to get to the window, no problem. After I paid for my food the cashier asked me to pull in the parking lot and wait for someone to bring me my order. I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes until I realize that they must have forgotten about my order after I've paid them. I went inside and I asked the manager where was my food. She said, I sent someone out there. I said, we'll they didn't give me the food or else I wouldn't be standing here. I told the manager that I paid for my food and no one brought me anything. She was not apologetic nor did she look concerned that she had angry customers beside myself waiting for thier food for more than 20 minutes. This location is really unprofessional and they will never get my money again. I spent a total of 45 minutes here. I understand that they were really busy but they need a better system to handle the amount of traffic that comes through that place. read more

Alright so to start with I'm down in Martinez you know visiting friends. I decided to get some fries and frappe, the guy taking my order was very polite but when I get to my food the girl is in a rush to give us our food when we're still trying to get our change so once I get my change. We move up I told my boyfriend to ask for bbq sauce he asked twice and I kid you not this girl ROLLED her eyes at us. I work in the food industry and you just don't do that. And this was my first time at this McDonald's and I'm very disappointed. read more

I have gone multiple times and they have messed up my order multiple times. At first I thought people will make mistakes. But than after the third time I knew I was making the mistake for going back. I have had to wait extra time because they forgot an item from my order, another time they gave me the incorrect order and the last time they gave me the bag with an item missing. People are nice but that does not compensate the errors. read more

I was out in Concord for work and needed some sort of breakfast at four in the morning. Google told me this was the closest 24 hour location. It was only a eight minute drive. Make it there and they tell me that they are closed until six in the morning. Well why is there a sign on the window that says the drive thru is 24 hours? Why does it say 24 hours online? On top of that, I hit some sort of object in the drive thru pulling through that slashed my tire and gave me a flat tire. I saw it after the fact. It was metal of some sort. Thanks a lot McDonalds. I had to change my flat tire in an empty parking lot and be late to work. My mistake though. read more

What's not to love about Micky Ds. This location is clean and quick and haven't screwed up my order YET!

When ordering my meal, I asked to have lettuce and tomato added. I was told it would be $.40 extra, and I was fine with that. I watched the screen as the items were added, and it was $.40 per item. I informed them that did not want it for $.80. When I asked to have the items added, I was never told it would be .40 per item. I usually am not that great at watching the screen. This has changed. I just couldn't believe that they would charge $.40 for lettuce, and $.40 for tomato. read more
