Main reason for my rating is the complete and total lack of customer service. The blonde girl with glasses that takes orders is extremely rude and doesn't seem to know anything about working there. I was saying thank you and asking questions and everything I asked got an "I don't know". I've never been treated so badly and felt like I was a huge nuisance just for asking for sauce. She also rolled her eyes at me the person I was with said. This place needs management to step up immediately bc the staff seems to have no idea what's goin on or how to be courteous my food also got cold bc they kept stacking orders and were waiting on food I didn't even ask for in my order. Poor food quality this time, and the extremely untrained and rude staff leaves me never wanting to return. Expect to wait forever and be treated horribly if you visit! If you are into angry people who don't appear to want to be there and probably should not work in a restaurant dealing with the public, THIS is the place for you.Ordered two bowls and the teriyaki chicken was undercooked so it had to go back and cook for another 10 minutes which is fine. It happens.When it finally came back out though, 4 orders after us got filled first and several people after us were leaving with their food (also teryaki chicken)by the time we got ours. I do delivers at this location sometimes and when I first walked into this place it smelled so good. I came back one day for lunch and decided to go through the drive thru. I never ordered here before so it took me a few minutes to figure out how the menu worked but it wasn't to bad. I had ordered Two plates (bowl being small, and double being the obvious large) both with Honey Walnut Shrimp, Sweet fire Chicken breast, and fried rice. No drinks (we had them at home) but there options are the Coke family (Diet, Fanta, Sprite, etc.) I assumed it would take a while to prep, pack and give to me, but no. Staff were very efficient. As I pulled up I paid with my card and they handed me my food tied up and ready to go (impressive!). The food it self was delicious. I ordered here twice and the Honey Walnut Shrimp was a banger both times (Rice to), I personally messed up the order and did Kung Pao Chicken, it was good but I preferred the Sweet fire chicken (I honestly forgot the name and I panicked ordered.) Wow... I've never had someone blatantly make fun of me or talk trash about me right in front of me for no reason. Ordered the family meal for... my family... and one of the workers Beth, and some other guy that didn't have a name tag were very loudly talking about how mad they were about how the family meal was added to the menu, and how annoyed they were about making the family meal, and who orders the family meal blah blah blah. Placed an order via the app and obviously you have to pay to place the order. We get there and my husband goes in to pick it up and they advise him that since he was not wearing a mask they could not hand him his food and would not give him a refund. Mind you there was no indication of that on the app when placing the order and we have been ordering from them weekly since the "pandemic" and have never once worn a mask to pick up the food. Yet they sit freely in the dining room on their break at the same booth not maintaining social distancing and have been serving curbside orders as long as the stay at home order was issued and now its an issue? Came through the drive through this evening and was not impressed. To start off the drive through person could not give me the total after I was done ordering and I pulled up to the window. We didnt wait long for our food but when we did we drove off immediately. We ordered a large Coke and we got a watered down diet coke and was very un impressed. Once eating we noticed that the fried rice was very dry and un flavorful and same with the lo mein, which I dont even know how you make that dry. The orange chicken was good but when I got my large plate my third entree was a tiny box of food, less than what I would get if it were in the plate. I like Panda Express, so I might be biased, but who cares? I've been to some PEs where the food was trash, but this wasn't! I've never been to this one and I was craving it badly. Sitting across the street, I see the drive thru sign is torn to shreds from Hurricane Florence I'm worried it's not open. I give them a call and they are! Yay! Mom and I head over and are greeted as soon as we walk through the door by literally everyone working. Mom hasn't been here before, so she's hella confused. I order a bowl with fried rice and veggies with two spring rolls on the side. She gets a bowl with fried rice and Shanghai beef. Our meals came to about $14. Well, everything was delicious. Rice was great, veggies weren't oily, and those spring rolls? Hot and crispy! So so good. Mom loved her food, too. "This is really REALLY good!" No complaints from either one of us. Plus, they had Cartoon Network on. I'm a child on the inside, so this was right up my alley. We finish up our food and head on out, saying goodbye to everyone. We shall be back! read more

I like to give places two tries. This was my first time at this location. My other experience is the location on Camp Lejeune. They were out of mixed vegetables as the vendor couldn't produce broccoli I was told. I choose the black pepper chicken (kids meal) and the manager gave me a little extra since I did not have a side. It was goopy as though someone used too much cornstarch or whatever thickener was used for the sauce. More concerning was the amount of salt. It was extremely salty. I had my son taste to make sure I wasn't being sensitive and he agreed. He enjoyed his choices. He had the plate which comes with two types of meat​; the grilled teriyaki chicken (sauce on the side) and orange chicken with a side of fried rice. He enjoyed his and took it home. I tasted the grilled chicken which probably would have tasted better with the sauce. Right now, I'm trying to limit my calories on sauces so.... Anyway everyone was pleasant. The manager was helping out on the line and there was a wait through the drive-through​ and walk-in. First, let me start with explaining that I have a diverse work background from spending 6 years in the operating room, teaching middle school, to managing a large casino and more. With that being said, this location could use training on the definition and execution of "teamwork". The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because Justin was just that... a rock star. This gentleman was polite, smiled, was efficient and kept the line moving all by himself. Yes you heard me. When he ran out of boxes, I looked around to see where Juan the manager was, because like I said, it takes a team. He was sweeping the restaurant. There was only one table inside eating at the time but the line waiting for food was to the door. Juan needs to be more observant. He was very polite when we moved through the line and we were finally checking out but please Juan, be there for your workers. (Look at the photo that shows the difference between a leader and a boss. Be a leader. The world needs more of them). I believe his intentions were good but he needs to be more aware of how he can help his team be successful. Now, back to Justin. Yes, he ran around and restocked boxes all while smiling and serving us. Just before this, I watched an other boy named Kalijah walk over and use the pen on the line. He also walked off with that pen. Justin asked very politely if he happen to have the pen from the line when he tried to mark the next box he was filling. Kalijah gave him attitude and shrugged him off saying no. Later while filling our order, Kalijah was also filling an order for drive through and was intentionally blocking Justin's access to the food. It was rude. He kept moving back and forth each direction Justin tried to go. Justin was very polite and did not say anything to him just waited patiently. Kalijah then grabbed the container that Justin had set out for our order and was going to use it. Justin said "wait man I need that". He was very professional during this whole ordeal. Kalijah did not make eye contact, did not say two words to Justin. No "oh sorry", no "let me grab a new one", nothing. He rolled his eyes, tossed the container to the side for Justin and then proceeded to get one of his own. From a professional stand point, I would at least have a conversation with Kalijah that his attitude and team work is lacking. If it were me, I would give him written counseling to ensure it does not happen again. For Justin, I would praise him for his maturity and professionalism in such a stressful situation. He was curtious to all of the customers and honestly is the only reason I will return to that location. Great job Justin! read more

I have held off reviewing this location because I figured that when we went it was opening week so they were working out the kinks, but after seeing more reviews I guess this isn't the case. First off they don't have adequate parking. Second, they didn't have any soy sauce (how do you have a Chinese restaurant without soy sauce). Third, the food taste was only mediocre. I've ordered from this location 4 separate times to see if maybe employees, month, time of day, or season would influence the overall experience and let me just say I was always disappointed. The noodles were raw and a paste in your mouth, the teriyaki chicken was raw as well 2 times and burnt the other two times I went, and when I say burnt, I mean BURNT. I couldn't not taste the chicken and left my mouth black with the burnt chicken, just awful. The orange chicken was good one time out of the 4 times I went with the other three times it being soggy and stale as if it was there for hours. The shrimp was alright but was given 5 pieces instead of the mandatory 7. Overall, go somewhere else such as on base or make the drive to Wilmington if you're really craving Panda. Employees also have attitude during drive thru even when it was only me and one other car..? And I tried calling to request a refund or some kind of replacement or the raw teriyaki chicken but no one answered twice.. awful management, food, and service which is such a shame. read more

If i could give them no stars i would. I went through the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. After paying i was told they were waiting on chow mein it would be up in 2 min. Please pull in front. This is a newer location so absolutely no parking at linch time and 10 min later i called to see where my food was. The manager who tried to speak over me and offer a free meal was not helpful. I explained that if it is going to be 10 or 15 min they need to tell people, i didnt need a free meal i couldnt even get the meal i was waiting on.18 min later my order came out without the spring rolls! And we ordered chow mein (extremely dry and vegetables were pretty uncooked), fried rice was not tasty, orange chicken was not crispy, broccoli beef was dry and beef was chewy, and the grilled teriyaki chicken was not cooked properly and chewy. I am giving this place 5 stars because of the two women working at the drive thru. I do NOT eat fast food and I would have never stopped here but I had not eaten all day and I was absolutely starving and was late for a meeting. I only had $1.00 on me and I thought this place has to have something cheap. I drove through and I ordered a spring roll. They asked if I wanted to donate to a fund and I said I would I'd I didn't just have $1.00 on me. I didn't have my debit card so I was unable to get anything.
