Horrible customer service! My husband & I decided to go through the drive through & Order, due to my pregnancy I was craving orange chicken & rice, but apparently they had ran out of "ALL" rice. I proceed to order anyway & paid for our food, we later realized we drove off with some one else's order. The order we received had honey walnut shrimp (which is what I am allergic too). We went back & we ended up waiting 1 HOUR inside their store, they were closing in 15min & didn't acknowledge us. They told my husband they were going to make more chicken & didn't bother letting us know when it was done. Came to find out, our food was already done & sitting in the back. Workers were looking and starting at us without saying anything, they just continued to clean up & start closing the store until we got up to say something again. We have been here before and have had no problem. Tonight was all on management. All of their food options were empty. They took our order then filed up our containers with rice and chow main where they sat for 15 minutes. When it was finally ready we asked for fresh rice and chow mein since it sat for so long. They made my wife's over but told me I had to wait form more fresh chow mein. We are at 20 minutes now. 5 minutes more go by and I ask where my food is. They forget! Told me 3 more minutes. At this point we asked for our money back and th management just said "sorry" and never even asked what the problem was. Horrible customer service. Every time I come here there is always an extreme wait in the drive through. Tonight, was the worst experience. There was still 40 minutes before closing and everything had over a 15 minute wait time. After I decided to wait for a few things I asked to change an order and the girl on the speaker sighed and said " the bowl is already made" I told her that I haven't even completed my order and since I was already waiting on the other things I wanted to change something to my order and again she said they were not going to redo it. When I pull up to the window I paid and since it was raining I rolled up my window as my window was rolling up the girl comes back to the window and rolls her eyes at me and flips her hands out so I roll my window back down and she says that since I'm waiting I need to wait in the parking lot. When I pull around most of the workers are in the seating area sitting down on their phones and eating. They bring my food out and my daughters meal was completely wrong. No super greens or teriyaki chicken. I was so done dealing with them that I didn't even go back to fix it. Food is delicious but I've been here three times now and the wait is just ridiculously long, I waited in the drive thru for 30 mins one time and another time I ordered online ahead of time (about 30 mins) only to be told at pickup that they were out of everything I had ordered so had to wait another 20 mins, and they forgot to add cheese wontons to my order but I had paid on my receipt I didn't notice til I got home and wasn't worth the effort to go back . The food is always delicious on my taste buds. The problem is the sloooow service if you are a walk in customer. Often times there is a line that moves ,seemingly, at a sloth's pace. Went there today and there were only 2 folk ahead of me after 3 minutes, I finally get asked, what would I like be served , one of the items I wanted was not on line so again I find myself waiting, not for other people to be served but for food to be brought in. This particular Panda Express has got to get a new manager or something. Someone does not know how to keep that store running. I kid you not, I've gone here like 3 times, and not once have I just had a good experience. Every time I've gone, something is off with this place. First time: I get there like 45 minutes before closing, and before I even start ordering, I get told that the menu is limited because they are about to close. Really? So I ask what is available so I can order from that limited menu, and the employee tells me "why don't you just order and I'll let you know if we got it or not". They basically had rice and that one beef entree that I have no care about. Then the employee tells me that they may have enough orange chicken for one entree, and they give me maybe three pieces of orange chicken. Yea, it was that skimpy, I counted the pieces. Second time: Weeks later I go, to give them another chance. This time around, I order and when I get to the window to pay, after I have paid for my food, I get told to pull around to the front because the orange chicken needs like 3 more minutes. I've done this before elsewhere, so I'm ok with it. What I'm not okay with is I pull up front and I receive a call from my wife and no exaggeration, I am 18 minutes into my conversation and an employee finally brings it out. 18 minutes. Really? Third time: I should've learned by now, but I like Panda Express, so I go there. Once again, the menu is limited an hour before they close. I order the two entree plate, with the two entrees both being orange chicken. I ask if they have that available, and the employee tells me, yes we have it, but if you get double orange chicken, the car behind you won't get to order it. And this is my problem how? I don't know if they got a new management team or what but I love this place now The staff is always more than friendly and the management team is very welcoming. I typically like Panda Express for what it is. I'm giving 2 stars for the 1 worker who actually seemed to care. The cashier working drive thru seemed annoyed that I would complain about being served very burnt crab rangoon's and only getting a few pieces of chicken in my orange chicken. After reading the other reviews I see this is becoming a common theme management needs to address. Why are we not getting the food we are paying for? I got my money back for the Rangoon but was told that the chicken amount was normal.. so I guess don't expect any more then 1/2 to 1 chicken strip cut up in your meals. I ordered fried rice with 2 different meats with it(don't remember which plate that is) when I got home since I can't eat in due to COVID-19, I opened my box and for one; they gave me chow mein and not fried rice, for two; neither of the two meats were the meat I ordered; and for three even tho I happened to like the meat they gave me they put so much broccoli and mushrooms in that I don't even eat so I was done eating in about 4 bites and was left having to run to subway I was still so hungry. Not happy! I used to love Panda Express and when this opened I was so excited! First, I sat in the drive thru line for about 20 to 25 min. Wasn't really irritated about that. What irritated me is spending 10 dollars on the 2 entree 1 side meal and receiving 3 pieces of chicken and 3 shrimp and very little over cooked chow mein. Not sure why this doesn't have a higher rating. First of all this is the first Chinese food place I chose after moving here. The prices honestly can't be beat for a family amount of food. For 4 people I only spent like $40 and got alot of food and everyone got what they wanted. The flavor of the food was so good and we all loved it. I have no complaints on any of the food not only was it good but was also a good portions of it they were not stingy on the amount you get at all. So far they are the only Chinese restaurant I have seen with teriyaki chicken as a entree and not some little side food which annoys me.
