The workers provided great customer service, the food was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience was excellent. What really stood out was the new store manager -- he recognized me as the customer from the night before who had to leave because there was no chow mein. He personally apologized for the inconvenience, explained that they have new employees and are taking the time to get them fully trained, and even brought us free chow mein and orange chicken on the house. That level of professionalism and care truly made a difference. Because of him and the great service today, I'm happy to give this location a 5-star review. I'll definitely be coming back!
