What could improve you ask me? quality of food throw away expired meat!!! The only way I'll eat here is to go strictly vegetables... Ordered from them when I was at work and I got sick to my stomach... getting the Double dragon sucks.... And if you like that kind of thing, go right ahead and eat well ...I'm out. if I could give zeros I would. read more

Some coworkers at work were ordering lunch and I decided to join in on their order! I decided I wanted a lunch special. They were able to deliver on base which was really convenient. The prices were great and so were the portions. I ordered the kung pao chicken lunch special and it came with a spring roll and pork fried rice. The rice was good and so was the entree. A lot of chicken and vegetables. I was able to get two meals out of it. A fun time to try a new place for lunch! read more

Beijing House - Kung Pao Chicken - Chinese Near Me - Jacksonville, North Carolina

I don't get the negative reviews about this restaurant. We are locals and this is, in our opinion, the best Chinese food in Jacksonville, and it's one of the best we've had anywhere. The staff is always nice to my wife and kids. We always pick up our orders so I can't speak on the complaints about delivery. read more

This is my go-to Chinese restaurant over the last decade living here. I have never been disappointed. My family and I order our basic favorites of beef and broccoli, chicken lo-mein (noodles) the pu pu platter, chicken chow mein (veggies), wonton soup, crab rangoon, wings, steamed dumplings...the list goes on! We don't always order all of that but if we do, our leftovers are still delicious the next day! read more

This is the best place to get takeout in Jacksonville. Don't mind those negative reviews they are outdated and do not align with how the place is now. The service is amazing it's fast and hot every time. Now the place looks a lil ran down but that's how you know it's gonna be good. read more

My go to for Chinese food, they always have my order correct. The staff are pleasantly nice.

They serve old food and nuke it in the microwave. Almost nothing is made to order unless it's deep fried. read more

I really wanted to eat at a local business rather than a chain. Giving them two stars because the lady on the phone was nice. The food is so bad. I was so excited for my meal after not eating all day and even under the cover of me being starving, the food was still, SO bad. The General Tso's has no kick and barely any flavor, it might as well be BBQ. The quality of the chicken is TERRIBLE! I would've been fine with the lack of a good sauce but it was like eating old soggy breading. What little chicken I did bite into was dry and tough. The gyoza (steamed) has no flavor either. The rice was edible. I would've rather gotten Panda Express. read more

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND I can't even give this place a lengthy review. From the lady at the desk with a face mask that said "F$&@ Off" to the horrendous food. Spare rib tips and pork fried rice had no pork in the fried rice and the rib tips... Meat with high blood pressure sauce... Save yourself the time and money... read more

Beijing House - a tray of food with rice and meat - Chinese Near Me - Jacksonville, North Carolina

Food is always delicious and the people there are great. It is ready when I get there and still hot.

I had the hardest time deciding if my review was going to be 3 or 4 stars. Ordered lunch for delivery for my family of 5 one Saturday afternoon. We had an order of crab rangoons (10 pieces), 2 orders of fried chicken wings (4 in each order) and 3 combination platters that came with pork fried rice and a pork eggroll: Mongolian beef, chicken lo mein and General Tso's chicken. The food came earlier than expected, and our delivery guy was really nice. Food was hot and I was quite surprised to see my kids not wanting the lo mein. They opted for the fried rice, crab rangoons and chicken wings. Everything in our order was decent. I was not a fan of the crab rangoons because there were barely any filling. General Tso's chicken tasted okay, the lo mein was alright. My husband said the Mongolian beef was decent also. My favorite parts of our meal were the chicken wings and pork fried rice. I have heard a lot of people in my neighborhood say this is their go-to and I would not mind trying something different next time. But for $56 including delivery fees and such? I would've kept my money and gone to Panda Express. However, I do look forward to trying something different on the menu. read more

I like their food but I am so disappointed with their service. I called in to order for pick up and then they told me they never got an order from me and pretty much told me I was trippin because they kept asking me if I was sure I made an order with them Almost positive that this is their number and I talked to them for a min! They also hung up super quick and didn't even ask for my name or number, then was like "Are you sure it was us though" Thanks for wasting 30 mins read more

I ordered dumplings and got pot stickers like you buy in the store. Super disappointing. And the managers response was the drive back and bring them back for a refund that the pot stickers are they're dumplings. read more

AMAZING. We ordered delivery at 4:45 on a Friday evening and were told it would be an hour and it had have been here in 20 minutes. The food was blazing hot and fresh. Hubby got the chicken and broccoli combo, I got the sweet and sour chicken combo, and then we got a 2L Cherry Pepsi and crab Rangoon to share. The chicken and broccoli has to be the most delicious I've had - and I'm a Chinese take out nut. The Combos were amazing and hot (the Pepsi was ice cold). The only "complaint" is that the crab Rangoon didn't have much filling, so I'll probably pass on those next time. Other than that, this place is amazing and I think we found our go to for Chinese and take out in general read more

Way too expensive and food had no taste,I will stay with Panda Express. Lol Back in the day all Chinese places were good but now it's all about saving money and serving crap food. read more

Two females at counter last night were completely rude. Giving dirty looks. If you don't like your job find something else. Also they got my order wrong. Customer service is not even up to the minimal standard. read more

I always get their beef and broccoli and they NEVER disappoint. My friend told me about them and I was kinda skeptical about them but they did deliver on base and I was hungry. I am glad that they told me about them. They are the only place I get Chinese from in Jacksonville. read more

Delivery review! Hubby was craving "Chinese Food", and we Went with Beijing House.Delivery fee $1.50 (plus tip of course). Was told an hour, arrived (correct order), in 45 minutes with a friendly delivery person. Food was actually too hot to eat right away! Vegetables were not overdone or swimming in grease. Was packed with cardboard segments to assure no slopping. Scallops were not dissected into microscopic layers. Still Chinese food in Jacksonville is a tall order but this was well above the usual results! read more

I wish I still had the plate to provide an image. I had to completely discard the plate. It was 10pm and I ordered sesame chicken. I paid the extra $.50 for white meat chicken. The food was absolutely TRASH. The meat is overly breaded and the pork fried rice was horrible. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner and he stated it was nothing he can do since I didn't have the food with me. Horrible customer service and horrible food! Don't waste your money. read more

Excellent customer service! Right in the heart of Western Blvd., this is an easy to access establishment. Customer service is amazing! And the food is fresh and I've never had an issue with the quality or adulteration of the food. Try the general tso's. I would eat here again. read more

We have tried many places in Jacksonville and this is the best we can find. Friendly staff and the food is always good. I have read reviews on google that say their delivery was cold but I haven't ever had a problem. read more

Beijing House - Decent prices and good food - Chinese Near Me - Jacksonville, North Carolina

Very good typical Chinese food. We ordered because we needed someone who delivered and we weren't feeling pizza. Decently priced and fast at delivery I would definitely recommend if you're looking for something better than Panda Express. read more

The only Chinese delivery I'll eat in the entire area!! Quick delivery even during the busiest time of day and never disappointed with the food! read more

This place is awesome. Not only do they make the low mein and spring rolls EXACTLY how I like them, but they also deliver on base! This place is THE place to go for Chinese food. Period! read more

My husband ordered for delivery tonight and the wait was an hr and a half. We waited an hr and a half and they forgot 3 shrimp rolls we ordered. We called back and they immediately asked us if we wanted a credit instead of apologizing and trying to send it out. My husband told them we wanted the egg rolls and not a credit. They then said it would take ANOTHER hour to deliver 3 eggs rolls that they forgot! They said all of their drivers were out, and there was nothing they could do. So now we wait more for their mistake. I asked if we picked the egg rolls up if we could also get a credit. She got an attitude as if what I was asking was too much. If I'm inconvencing myself to get something I ordered for delivery and tipped for then I should be compensated for their inconvenience. Bottom line is they don't value their customers. We've been ordering from them since we moved here but we won't be ordering from them again. I'll spend my money where I'm a valued customer. read more

Not great not bad very middle of the road. It is nice to find a Chinese place that you can call your meal in at their front door and walk in and pick it up 10 mins later. read more

The eggrolls and spring rolls were way over cooked. All you could taste was the burnt wrapper. My General Tao's chicken was so salty it was inedible and I had to throw it away. The BBQ ribs was flavorless and had no BBQ sauce. Definitely not worth the $40 I spent. read more

This restaurant is do friendly every time I call Justine is awesome on the phone, not to mention the food is DELICIOUS .

The menu was very much all over the place but the front desk clerk helped me. We ordered Beef and Broccoli, Garlic Shrimp without the spice, Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken, Crab Rangoon and Chinese Doughnuts. Though the fried rice wasn't what I am used to it was very delicious. Prices were reasonable. You have a choice of a pint or Quart. Customer service was very good and my order came pretty quick. Everything tastes delicious. Will definitely recommend this place read more

We have been eating here for about 5 years. We experimented and found them to be the best all round Chinese place. The wonton soup is great, tasty broth and very good wontons. My wife gets veggie egg foo yung and loves it and especially the sauce. My daughter is either orange chicken or chicken with broccoli. Both excellent. myself, shrimp with lobster sauce that is made perfect. We recommend Beijing House very highly! read more

Honestly I'm very surprised in the first one writing a review for this restaurant. I got my food in 15 minutes and it was incredibly tasty. The beef and broccoli was amazing, the broccoli was very fresh and the beef was tender. I also got steamed dumplings and they had an interesting twist and were better than the usual steamed dumpling I'm used to. read more

Rice is good but I ordered wontons & they weren't cream cheese! It smells horrible like old rotten pork. Don't recommend it. read more
