I came in last night and unfortunately they were out of chow mein, so I ended up going to Chick-fil-A instead. I decided to come back this morning and I'm really glad I did. The workers provided great customer service, the food was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience was excellent. What really stood out was the new store manager -- he recognized me as the customer from the night before who had to leave because there was no chow mein. He personally apologized for the inconvenience, explained that they have new employees and are taking the time to get them fully trained, and even brought us free chow mein and orange chicken on the house. That level of professionalism and care truly made a difference. Because of him and the great service today, I'm happy to give this location a 5-star review. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Is Panda Express considered fast food? Everytime I've gone the wait has been insane. Last time I went we waited for our food for 45 minutes. I went today and they said that my pick up drive through order I would have to come in for because it would be a wait since they just got it and I had so many plates. Last night I ordered a plate and had it delivered. The food was awful! The rice was dry, hard and tasteless. They gave me only 1 pack of Terriyaki sauce and no napkins. I had the Sweet Tea which was definitely not sweet. I feel like they handle in person orders better and give delivery orders whatever because I have been to Panda Express may times and had no complaints. I showed up at 9:40. My order was supposed to be done at 9:30 and I ordered ahead of time. The restaurant was only supposed to close at 10:30 and I got there at 9:40 like I said and they told me they were closed and I said I have a pick up order and they said go through the drive-through and then I went through the drive-through and they said that they only had rice that's it and they weren't making any mobile orders even though I ordered at 915 and if I did it on the app to contact customer service to get a refund and she was laughing the whole time. It was rude and so wrong that I ordered almost an hr before close and told me I just needed to contact customer service. I did see the workers eating at the table inside before I went through the drive through and I wonder if they just wanted to eat what was left for the day and not serve anyone else. The food is what you would expect. That orange chicken is AWESOME, sweet with a powerful flavor... makes ya want more when its gone. Beijing beef was also nothing less than perfect. It was well flavored and the offset of veggies here and there was nom nom nom. I had the chow mein noodles, recommend to eat with the other flavors, eating just the noodles can be old. I tried panda express for the first time today at lunch. I eat a very limited diet as far as Asian foods, but I didn't want to try the spicy orange chicken. I opted for the bowl because I didn't want to have too much food. well, I ended up getting a lot of rice And a little bit of chicken. And I eat white rice. I don't like fried rice so unfortunately the rice is just dry. There's no real sauce other than the sauce that is sticking to the chicken. There's no extra sauce that I can like mix in with the rice. That being said it definitely was spicy on the tongue and on the lips. The orange taste was good restaurant was clean. I got the fresh batch that came out so I just had to wait a few minutes for that. Do I feel like I got $8.90 something worth of food? By far the past two experiences at this location have been the worst I have ever experienced at any Panda Express. My family and I enjoy Panda Express, but this location never seems to have the food line full and ready to serve, they are always out of one thing or another, this latest time they were out of Teriyaki Chicken. My wife waited an hour and then asked about the other two plates that had been sitting there and they had not even began cooking the Teriyaki Chicken. Panda either need to expand this location and hire more employees or build another Panda local. I came awhile ago when first opened and it was pretty good but for some reason tonight just didn't feel like it was hitting on much.. my noodles didn't seem cooked all the way. I guess I need to make better choices.. prob should have had more veggies less starches but I had craving for it. Didn't eat half of what I bought and spent $10 plus. Horrible service. If you try to get food a hour or two before they close good luck they are probably out and dont care to put anything else on. Anytime you go at night you can tell they dont care to do anything but leave and genuinely make it a awful experience trying to get something to eat. I can't believe I am giving my favorite place a three star rating. Walked in and they were out of so many things. The two things I eat Teriyaki chicken and Kung Pao-gone and staff said they have not had for TWO days. WHAT? Other items not available but can't remember which ones but maybe three more. I ordered noodles because I let a guy go in front of me when I answered my phone and he ended up with 12 individual orders and took all the fried rice. I ordered Black pepper steak which had a $1.25 up charge, and the Sweetfire chicken. Black pepper steak was just okay. No spice or flavor to make me want to order it again and the Sweetfire chicken was not spicy at all. Don't know if it is supposed to be or not but by the name I would think it would be. Disappointing. I had a coupon for an extra entree and asked if I could have the egg-rolls. Yes, and she gave me one. My friend thought, since they were out of so much food and the coupon said Entree, she thought staff would have given me two egg-rolls. Not being an egg-roll person, I did not care. I will say the egg-roll was really good. I ate all of it. Again, they give a lot of food and I could only eat half. Staff was not as friendly as usual but probably cause they were busttin their butts trying to please everyone not having their regular amount of items to offer. Drive up was packed! I drove thru in beginning of August, trying to give them a opportunity to make this right. That day it was better then ever. Mushroom chicken. Yum. Do I said let's go back the following week. Omg it was horrible. The white rice was raw, chicken was non existent, maybe two little small pieces they compensated by putting extra mushrooms. It was bad. I had given up on these people long time ago, but I used to love their chicken mushroom now I give up on them. It's just doesn't take much to cook some white rice on a steamer. It's like they're just not trying to cook is horrible. It is reasonable price, but I need to eat food that's cooked. There wasn't even anyone there just the people that worked there, so there should be no excuse and they made me wait extra for the mushrooms cause they had to cook them. Decided to get dinner there last night and I got the black pepper steak...the one that's an upcharge of $1.50. I would be fine with the up charge if I got more than TWO pieces of steak. Yes, I literally counted because I couldn't find the steak. There was one decent sized piece and then 2 little pieces that made up the size of one. Tonight is yet another night I've waited in line at the drive through only to be told they are out of chow mein noodles, or out of a certain dish. I don't know if its an issue of management not planning properly to get through the day, or if they are reluctant to cook towards the end of the day (two hours before close seems to be the norm for this place running out of stuff). Either case, they could do better. AVOID THIS PLACE! If I could give less stars I would. My husband went to pick up dinner last night for us and went through the drive-thru. To start things off the woman on the headset was incredibly rude (I could hear as we were on the phone through his truck). She "took his order" and told him to just pull up. He gets to the window and the order is about $15 short. So he tells the man at the window what he ordered and he's like "oh she didn't put it in the system". So THREE DIFFERENT TIMES my husband repeats the order. He gets the receipt and the receipt was listed "wrong" (one of the plates was supposed to have chow mein). So he tells the guy and the guy goes "oh it's the system, it will have chow mein". So he gets the food and digs in and sees theres still no chow mein, along with both orders have orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp, along with 8 ragoons instead of the 12 we paid for. Our original order was: -one plate with fried rice, beef and broccoli and honey walnut shrimp. -one plate chow mein, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp -one large order of ragoons (comes with 12) Not only was the customer service horrible, but neither of them seemed to have a clue how to take an order properly. I went to Panda Express to get some food ( vegetable rice food with teriyaki chicken. well I got burned teriyaki chicken. There wasn't even one piece I could eat of the teriyaki chicken , it was all charcoal.. I just don't understand how u can provide food to ur customers in that manner and get away with that. when u paid for the food u expect it to be able to eat it. I have pictures which I am sending to the health department in nc .. they need to really hold them accountable for burned food. its just not right to spend ur limited money on food that u can not eat. horrible ppl. i love coming here, it's my favorite place to eat. i always get fried riced and double orange chicken and nothing has ever been wrong with it. i have a shellfish allergy and never thought to bring it up bc nothing has ever been wrong either my food and they shouldn't be cross contaminating anyways. i go last night with my boyfriend through the drive thru and im eating it in car mind you it's like 940, and as im eating it i chew something rubbery and spit it out immediately bc ik its shrimp. my boyfriend tried it and confirmed it was shrimp. luckily nothing severe happened bc i spit it out but i couldn't eat my food bc of the little piece of shrimp. i don't wanna blame this fully on them bc i never informed them of my allergy but its also cross contamination and with a pretty common allergy like that they should be more cautious. read more

Came through the drive through this evening and was not impressed. To start off the drive through person could not give me the total after I was done ordering and I pulled up to the window. We didnt wait long for our food but when we did we drove off immediately. We ordered a large Coke and we got a watered down diet coke and was very un impressed. Once eating we noticed that the fried rice was very dry and un flavorful and same with the lo mein, which I dont even know how you make that dry. The orange chicken was good but when I got my large plate my third entree was a tiny box of food, less than what I would get if it were in the plate.
