The service here is next level. Every single person you encounter is extremely helpful! You're always greeted with a smile too. The food is pretty good too. We got food to go and it was pretty good.. I got 2 hot dog combo with chili slaw and bacon.. they loaded it up with bacon!! How to describe this place, super clean, open, and bright. Classier and more modern than most burger joints or ice cream stands Well-trained, well-mannered, and helpful staff that reminded me of Chic-fil-A staff. Lots of drink options, tons of ice cream flavors, and good burgers. It was cool and relaxed and everyone was in a good mood, even the customers were feeling friendly and outgoing! We ordered burgers and fries and my wife had a chocolate shake. She is super picky about her shakes, they better use real ice cream, check. They better be very chocolaty, check, they better be rich and thick and not watered down or icy, check and check again! Ordered one scoop, which she had to weigh-weighed too much 3x-she kept trying to round it out each time-hence, the ice cream became melty and looked soupy. She threw it out and started over with a new scoop. Do these employees really have time to weigh each little scoop (which cost almost $4?) come on, boss-weighing it is ridiculous for one little scoop. The place is large inside or feels that way from the layout. It is clean, as I would expect from a new place. Most of the staff is friendly and some are the stare at you type. I have been here twice so far and had the dogs and the chicken. I have to admit that for fast food, it is good food. It doesnt have that frozen taste to it. Since opening, this is a weekly occurrence for us now. The burgers are fresh and I love being able to add what I want. The chicken sandwich is good and I love being able to dress it up like the other chik'n place. Their fries and onion rings are delicious. The service was 10/10. From the order taker to the food delivery all staff was super friendly and helpful. Fatima went out of her way to bring a menu to the 1st drive thru window to show all the milkshake flavors for our next trip. We ordered a double cheeseburger, sweet potato fries and a hot dog. Everything was warm and cooked exactly how we ordered. The hot dog is HUGE. Could easily cut in half and feed 2 people. Sweet potato fries came with extra cinnamon sugar on the side. We also got a vanilla milkshake (soft serve not hand scooped) but wish we had . The soft serve vanilla is good but bland. Typical as it comes out of a machine.
