With the exception of Nu-Way in Georgia, I have never had a better tasting hot dog in my life!! Their fries are crinkle cut and seasoned amazingly well. So amazingly that i only wanted to eat my fries the first time I was there. I could only eat one from my 2 dog combo so I had it in the fridge flr the next day. Hubby came home and ate it! He said the same thing, one of the best dogs ever. So, 3 days later we were running the streets taking care of business & stopped in for lunch. We both ordered the dogs again. Still the same yummy in my tummy feeling. The onion rings are perfectly crispy and the onion breaks when you bite into. That seems to be a problem for other food spots. The folks are sooooo very friendly!! I do not have one note to say about this food establishment othee than, GO! I mean, my food was so good it didn't last long enough for photos!! read more

How to describe this place, super clean, open, and bright. Classier and more modern than most burger joints or ice cream stands Well-trained, well-mannered, and helpful staff that reminded me of Chic-fil-A staff. Lots of drink options, tons of ice cream flavors, and good burgers. It was cool and relaxed and everyone was in a good mood, even the customers were feeling friendly and outgoing! We ordered burgers and fries and my wife had a chocolate shake. She is super picky about her shakes, they better use real ice cream, check. They better be very chocolaty, check, they better be rich and thick and not watered down or icy, check and check again! As we just moved a few miles away we will be coming here frequently, and I hope they build more, like one in Richlands for example! read more

Dairi O - Big dining room - Fast Food Near Me - Jacksonville, North Carolina

The service here is next level. Every single person you encounter is extremely helpful! You're always greeted with a smile too. The food is pretty good too. We definitely prefer eating here over other typical fast food. Their ranch is so dang good, we buy it in bulk! The food tastes fresh and so much better quality. We like the variety of food offered also. It's always clean inside and nice and bright. Their ice cream is also so yummy!! Every manager that we have encountered here have been so nice and super helpful! Naomi and Xander are such kind and helpful employees too, we love seeing them! read more

Dairi O - 3 Patty burger with fries and regular drink - Fast Food Near Me - Jacksonville, North Carolina

WOW This is the most North Carolina restaurant I've ever been to. Old fashioned burgers, crinkle fries, chewy ice, gospel music, they even sell Richardson 112 hats. The food was dynamite. If you're looking for THE combo, get the double cheeseburger, fries with the malt vinegar/jalapeno ranch, Diet Dr. Pepper, top that bad boy off with a float and you'll wonder where this place has been all your life. I have been dazzled and dazzled. read more

Was ok. Thought it would be better with all the fuss about going but the meal I got was mediocre at best.

The food was ok but the menu didn't have many options to set them apart from other chain restaurants. I'd like to see more of a variety when I go out to eat. I tried them out because I've never had them before but they didn't give me a reason to go back. The service was bland and slow but I do understand that I went late. Would possibly try again during the day but I'm not 100% on that yet. read more

We ordered combo meals--a hotdog with cheese fries and a burger with cheese fries--and I must say, the food was delicious! The flavors were spot on, and everything was freshly prepared. However, I did find the prices a bit high for what we got. Also, my chocolate milk wasn't even filled to the top, which was a bit disappointing. While the service was friendly and attentive, these little details made the experience less satisfying than it could have been. read more

Dairi-O has become a popular choice for our Granddaughters. We can't complain, the quality of the food is subpar to all the major fast food franchises. The service is great. The service members behind the ice cream bar, work very well with the Granddaughters ice cream orders. I'm a hard grader. The most I give is 4 stars, unless an employee(s) went above & beyond. The 5th star goes to the ice cream orders shop employees. read more

It was absolutely amazing. Food was made fresh and hot and staff were right on top of things. Shane was a wonderful person who was very kind. Overall a 10/10 DEFINITELY recommend! read more

Amazing!!! The entire operation is impressive. Double drive-through with a real person to help you. The burgers are delicious!!! The chicken tenders are awesome! The shakes are to die for. We drove through a few times and every encounter was flawless. We ate inside once and the place is immaculate. Check my reviews... I don't give many 5 stars. Certainly even fewer in North Carolina - but this place has earned every star! read more

The food is delicious the service is great and the ambience is clean and spacious. Will definitely be coming regularly.

Outstanding burger, fries were plentiful and tasty, decent time for service and inside was great

Hamburgers/ hotdogs where excellent but chicken fingers where definitely frozen / Sysco foods truck quality I can get from any lazy mom and pop food cart or restaurant . The hard ice cream is the most stale tasting ice cream I've ever had . You would be better off eating a pint of halo top ! Way to over hyped let it fail ! Get it out of Jacksonville nc ! Restaurant is a total sham read more

Dairi O - Dairy-0 chicken fingers were generic frozen not ham breaded . Hard ice cream was old/ stale tasting ! - Fast Food Near Me - Jacksonville, North Carolina

We frequent this place and it is always good with friendly staff. Usually have the grand kids who love the ice cream selection. This place is what Dairy Queen used to be when I was a kid. read more

When you're in the mood for some fast food, this is the place to go! Very clean and great atmosphere! After eating, ordered an ice cream cup for my granddaughter. I am not blaming the person waiting on us-I am sure she was told to do this. Ordered one scoop, which she had to weigh-weighed too much 3x-she kept trying to round it out each time-hence, the ice cream became melty and looked soupy. She threw it out and started over with a new scoop. Do these employees really have time to weigh each little scoop (which cost almost $4?) come on, boss-weighing it is ridiculous for one little scoop. Plus a whole scoop of ice cream was lost in the process! No cost saving there read more

Dairi O - Fast Food Near Me - Jacksonville, North Carolina

The place is large inside or feels that way from the layout. It is clean, as I would expect from a new place. Most of the staff is friendly and some are the stare at you type. I have been here twice so far and had the dogs and the chicken. I have to admit that for fast food, it is good food. It doesnt have that frozen taste to it. The milkshakes are great and you have 2 different options on ice cream. I will be back here as the food has not let me down yet. I do hope that the management there keeps hold of a great staff. read more

Brand new. Super bright and clean. Good variety including burgers, chicken sandwiches, wraps, salads, soft serve and hand-dipped ice cream, shakes, sundaes, floats, etc. Clean-cut, courteous, friendly young staff. Prices moderate. Better than I've been noting lately at other faster fooderies. Unique architecture inside and out. Will definitely return. read more

Had a strawberry banana milk shake. It wasn't my favorite but also not the worst I had.

great service and food very nice and clean restaurant very friendly people atmosphere very nice read more

Meh. Been here twice that, pretty much sums it up. Also, it's annoying when fast food places that have a drive thru instead make you deal with someone standing outside next to the speaker. It just makes you feel rushed when they stand there looking at you while you're trying to decide. read more

I loved the food. It was simple, and you know what they say less is more. I absolutely loved the chicken wrap, and the onion rings. Loud christian music setting the mood for the atmosphere of the restaurant put me in a positive mood and helped me enjoy my food in good spirits. The service was good, the manager was very informative and helped us choose what to try, and the cashier was really sweet. Felt safe to pray over our food. We will be back again! read more

Since opening, this is a weekly occurrence for us now. The burgers are fresh and I love being able to add what I want. The chicken sandwich is good and I love being able to dress it up like the other chik'n place. Their fries and onion rings are delicious. Ice cream is really good, especially the banana split and root beer floats. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the building is always clean. Prices are reasonable for the food you get. Definitely the best of burger joints. We needed it! read more

The service was great and the cashier made a few really good recommendations as it was our first time eating there. It really surprised me how well prepared the food was. I had the Chicken Souvlaki combo which was hot, fresh, and very tasty. The combo came with a drink and crinkle fries. My wife had the Chicken wrap combo with ranch dressing and she had nothing but good things to say about her meal. Her combo also came with a drink and fries. My daughter ordered a Monster burger without onions and it was great. I took a bite of burger and wanted to order one for myself. The. Ambiance was pretty chill and cool at the restaurant. The cashiers are polite and friendly. A manager was visiting patrons, asking how they liked the food, and offering assistance as needed. My family and I will definitely visit again in the future. Good change up to any fast food restaurants. read more

The service was 10/10. From the order taker to the food delivery all staff was super friendly and helpful. Fatima went out of her way to bring a menu to the 1st drive thru window to show all the milkshake flavors for our next trip. We ordered a double cheeseburger, sweet potato fries and a hot dog. Everything was warm and cooked exactly how we ordered. The hot dog is HUGE. Could easily cut in half and feed 2 people. Sweet potato fries came with extra cinnamon sugar on the side. We also got a vanilla milkshake (soft serve not hand scooped) but wish we had . The soft serve vanilla is good but bland. Typical as it comes out of a machine. Can't wait to go back and try their hand scooped milkshakes. Oatmeal vanilla cream sounded delish. read more

From the ice cream to the food it is all delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food came out quick and hot. Highly recommend!

Just ate at Dairi-O in Jacksonville, NC with my wife and daughter for the first time, but it won't be our last. The food was great! The service was outstanding! and the value was unbelievable! Mallory and Jade were behind the counter and both were really nice and gave great service. One of the managers, Shane Cummings , even asked how everything was.
