Dear Clean Eatz Team, I've been a loyal customer for the past two years, and my daughter and I visit regularly as part of our weekly subscription. We've truly enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere in the past. Unfortunately, since the transition to corporate management, I've noticed a decline in consistency and quality. There have been multiple order mistakes, and the overall experience feels much less positive than it used to. What's been most disappointing is the shift in the environment. The energy among management, employees, and even customers seems increasingly negative, which makes visits less enjoyable than they once were. I was so happy to find a clean eats here because it's often difficult to find ways to eat healthy when you're visiting an area. I came here for lunch and got some food to go. I ordered a small bowl with spinach, chicken, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms with sweet chili sauce. It was fantastic!! I got my husband a southwestern bison wrap with sweet potato fries as well and he really liked it. It looked super fresh and everything was fresh made. read more

I was reminded in a text that I needed to visit again because when I registered last time I came I was rewarded with free birthday bowl. I came in and was greeted by employees with a smile and were very helpful in getting me started on making my bowl. You choose protein, base, veggies and your sauce. My bowl was so good! I also picked up few frozen ready meals for later in week. It's a very clean and colorful building and there was quite a few seated at tables having lunch here. Came here for lunch in a Friday around 11:20. Easily able to find a parking spot in the lot out front. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu. Lots of wraps, bowls, and salad options to choose from. They all sounded very good. Workers were nice. I chose to make my own bowl. I was able to choose a base, protein, and three vegetables with a sauce. I really enjoyed the meal! Everything was very good. It was a good size and I was full afterwards. The price was ~$12 with tip which I thought was fair. Ingredient tasted fresh and healthy. The inside was a little small with only tables of 4 but we were able to pull a chair up. No plain water available. They had some meals to go which would be nice for lunch at work. I am happy to say that Clean Eatz is my new go to restaurant for delicious and nutritious food. My personal favorite is the Bison Bowl which includes rosemary potatoes, asparagus, red onions, mushrooms and glazed carrots with Thai peanut sauce. I got the bison burger and Mac and cheese. The several times I've had it the portions have been the same which is great for those that are trying to plan their meals. The bison wasn't too dry and the Mac and cheese was slightly "spicy" for some reason which was nice. The staff are friendly and are knowledgeable of what's on the menu. I ordered a chicken fajita wrap! It was so filling and had ample amount of chicken. For a side I chose veggies, which came with a white dip. I washed it down with a mango lemonade! The food came very fast and it was very clean (no pun intended) on the inside. I love that they had the "water bar" which had water, unsweetened tea, a strawberry lemongrass water and mango lemonade. I've been meaning to check this place out for quite some time, and I'm happy to have gone! There's so much good about this place, but it's not awesome as it could very well be with just a few simple tweaks. This place was busy when I went in, which was a good sign. I told the staff it was my first time there, and they were so friendly and accommodating to help me pick something to eat. I noticed this establishment doesn't accept cash, so if you eat with cash as a budget device, this is not your place. I don't usually use my card for lunch during the week, as it's easier to track my spending, but this place claims it's better in the long run (for them). To each their own! No biggie, I had my wallet! I ordered my wrap with a side salad and waited for my order. I looked around and saw they have a ton of prepared meals that anyone could come in and pick up! However, no prices that I could see, but the labels with ingredients and instructions on how to heat and serve were very clear. This is such a great idea for those on the go and want something healthy. They have every meal, dessert and snacks you can grab. Superb planning tools! Saying your drink comes with a drink, and that's drink is water, that's not a drink. I have water in my car. I have it in my hand. Maybe iced teas, lemonades, natural sodas, even sparkling flavored water would be preferable to being led to water with fruit floating in it. Fruit we don't know if it was cleaned before being plopped in. I wouldn't advertise a drink being included in the price of my meal, but again, to each their own. The side I ordered was a side salad. Now, I didn't get to open my food until I got home, but I found the portions to be small. The wrap didn't have much protein in it, and the salad was maybe a half cup of shredded lettuce and some shredded carrots. Nothing else. It looked almost like a garnish. I was sorely disappointed in the portion sizes and the especially the salad portion size, as salad is really inexpensive to add from a cost point of view, but the food itself tasted really great, super fresh, and after finding a small snack to add to my lunch in my pantry, I was full. Mind you, I don't eat a lot. I'm not here to get a chipotle sized burrito, but I would like the wrap to leave me full enough not to add to my lunch from my pantry at home. My biggest issue was the complete unnecessary use of plastic. For a health conscious restaurant and packaging for my food that is compostable, I would think plastic cups, lids, straws, and meal prep packaging could be remedied. And a plastic bag to put everything in. The sheer amount of plastic one person gets is shocking. I would hope the to go container I received could also be the to go containers for the several fridges worth of already made and prepped food. Having dine in cups for customers while they eat there, and an option to fill your own water bottle (since that is the only drink offered anyway)with purchase of a meal for to go customers would take away the complete need of these items. Having boxes for big orders, and just the use of hands for one persons order would take away the need for bags. Just a thought. All in all, the food is fantastic, and the staff was super friendly.
