I ate here a couple weeks ago for the first time. It's a sandwich shop in a gas station. Don't be misled, it's actually a pretty place to eat. It is connected to a gas station with plenty of parking options. It's located right off of Richlands Hwy in Rhodestown on the way to Richlands. The overall ambiance is casual. Plenty of table seating. Customer traffic was fairly consistent with orders at the counter and online orders for pickup. They have outside and inside seating. It's a fairly simple process. You find the corresponding brown bag for the sandwich you want. Mark what you want on your sandwich with a marker that's provided. Include your name at the bottom. You hand it off to the person behind the register and answer a couple of questions. Do you want fries or chips, a drink, or a milkshake. My first visit I tried the Italian Beef, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. It didn't take long for everything to be made and hear my name called. The Italian Beef was pretty good. The fries were ok. The milkshake was too thick to use a straw, so I took it home and ate it with a spoon. This visit, I had the large Wicked sandwich. The wife had a regular Italian. After a few minutes, our names were called. A large is a little much for me. Both sandwiches were good. We will dine here again. Recommend giving this a try if you're passing through or want something quick. Bonus: the gas station is connected with a small hallway where the restrooms are. I like Which Wich sandwiches. I have since they opened years ago. Today, Ms. Cathy greeted me as I entered. She made sandwiches, politely integrated with customers, and adjusted orders. She asked me if I could continue to wait and said when she was finished, she'd be happy to help. A younger person wearing a uniform came in and asked, "are you here by yourself?" Cathy said, "yes." The other young lady asked, "why? For how long?" Cathy pleasantly told her who had called in and was sick while continuing to work. She finished with two orders, answered questions, and came over to me. I felt bad as I had changed a "fav" sandwich bad. She said no worries. "I want my customers to be happy!" She asked if I was in any of the discounted categories and a reward member and applied discounts and rewards. When you walk in you pick a bag based on what type of sandwich/meat you want and write on it with a crayon or sharpie what accessories you want to add. It's actually a really creative idea and it doesn't leave room for mistakes. They even have bags hanging up that people have drawn different things on. In my opinion Which Wich is better than Subway, Quiznos, and Jimmy John's. Why? The bread tastes better, they have better quality meat, and tons of veggie topping options. Plus more options you might not find in a typical food fast restaurant like sauerkraut, coleslaw, and pesto. So many selections I had a hard time deciding which 'Wich to choose. ;) If you've never been, browse the menu online beforehand to save yourself some time. They offer turkey, chicken, beef, ham, seafood*, and veggie selections. You choose a brown sub shaped bag of the desired main topping (protein/veggie) and then select the bread. They offer sandwiches on white, wheat, lettuce wrapped, or as a salad. On the bag, check off all the delicious goodies you'd like to have on the sandwich, give that to the cashier, they build your sandwich, and you get a brown bag of happiness at the end. The next time I'm in the area I'll be sure to eat here. With so many options, I'd have a hard time getting tired of this place. This location is connected to a gas station, but don't let that deter you, it was a clean atmosphere with friendly staff. I'm just sad there isn't one in my hometown. We wondered about this place when they were building it. After a few days, we opted to try it, and are we glad we did. This place is great. I have had several of their sandwiches and I have not had a bad one yet. The atmosphere is great and the employees are very cheerful and willing to help you through the process. Heading back from the beach and not feeling well with a little bit of heat exhaustion and dehydration we stopped for a chilled sub in air conditioning. We were asked if it was our first time to which I replied yes. My sandwich was a bit salty and had to be redone as we received them toasted and were not told nor was it on the bag that details everything else that is done to your sandwich and I do not like hot subs nor after a day of heat. My partner sucked it up and ate theirs but were not pleased with a "lukewarm" taste the toasting gave to the ingredients as they toast and wrap it immediately. A little pricey for sub-par taste in my book. We wished we would've stuck to subway and gotten a fresher sub at a much better price. We got 10" subs for about $10 each and mine only had 2 ingredients including the meat on it. Staff was friendly, not my taste though. read more

This place makes some amazing sandwiches, I came in for the first time (to this brand and this site) and was almost overwhelmed by the amount of choices and the multitude of variations. If youre not familiar with ordering from here Id recommend that you search their site for the items they have. There werent many people in the place at the time I came but orders still seemed to out in a regular interval, and not an express interval. Most orders are customed or needed to be cooked so I overlooked that I waited a little longer than normal for a sandwich. When I got my reuban which was amazing exactly what I wanted, I was alittle surprised at the size. It was a bit smaller than I was used to seeing. For the price I would have expected more. Overall I would come back because of the sandwich selection but not very often because of the pricing. Sandwiches are a bit more gourmet and so the price should be a bit higher, but for a 12 meal that only incorporated a sandwich that was a bit small, I wouldnt make it a habit to come in. read more

Which Wich is a nice change compared to places like Subway. Which Wich offers way more variety and unique sandwiches. I personally love the Elvis Wich (pb, bananas, bacon, and honey) and the ThankYouTurkey Wich (turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce). It is nice to be able to write what you would like on a paper bag, that way you don't have to rush to figure out what you want. The atmosphere is casual and happy, with yellow being the main color inside. My little brothers love the grilled cheese kid's meals. My only complaint is that it usually takes a long time to get the food, especially if you are buying multiple sandwiches. It is also kind of pricey for a sandwich joint. FUN ordering system. Especially great if you don't like waiting in line at Subway behind someone who can't make up their mind. That is the worst thing ever when you're hangry and just want your sammich. SO much tastier than Subway too, and so many more great topping choices like olive salad, feta, hummus, caramelized onions, pesto, just to name a few. The only topping they charge extra for is extra cheese, you can get as many of the rest as you like. If you're eating meatless, Which Wich offers vegetarian options with actual protein (what a concept) that FILL YOU UP, it's not just bread with some vegetables on it like their competitors.
