It was our first time here on a Sunday. We have visited this franchise in Florida so we knew it would be good. We came at a good time because we sat right away. It gets pretty busy. We had coffee and water, we had the biscuits with gravy, a side of Mac and cheese, the protein platter and the chicken and waffles. Everything was great! Their chicken is always crispy in the outside and juicy in the inside. Always delicious! The place is clean and the servers are nice and friendly. When back in the area, I will come in for lunch. First off - the cook- wins at burgers. Malik- shout out! The burger was real ground beef like ya make at home. The fries were hot when they came out. The only issue i had was trying to eat it hahahaha it was an absolute heart attack meal and butter was EVERYWHERE. It still ended up in my stomach but it was embarrassing to do it lol. The server was on point but like- too on point. He was super nice and respectful but in the 25 mins i was there i was checked on prolly 15 times. Food in mouth, just checking on me. It cost me 20$ without tip for the burger and fries. If youre hungry or want something different def stop in and ask for the MALIK burger . Wife and I have been here several times. We've had a great experience every time. We have enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The service is always great and the vibe is casual. If we're not sure what we want, we'll eat here. It's never overcrowded. From what we can tell, this establishment has a steady flow of customers. We will continue to enjoy our meals here. We stopped in for dinner before a concert nearby. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was so pleasant and chatty. Really enjoyed her! Always a solid experience even though they have become a large chain. Riser in and out than the competition. Had the usual bacon eggs and hash browns with a short stack. So logical to still offer real hash browns and not a casserole so you have to up charge to get the real deal. Love them for that. Typical diner style but not like the old days. Not as crowded. Service and Ambience are great, however the food is not. For some reason my wife and I kept going back hoping that something would taste good. The burger patty was a literal puck. A frozen paddy in a box from Sam's Club is better. The coleslaw with the fish and chips was old soggy and just tasted like it was dunked in old mayo. Terrible. The fries are flavorless. He always remembers each of our preferences from past visits, and anticipates our every want and need. From the moment we're seated, he's already setting our drinks down. Out with my friend having lunch today. Really cute diner and great staff. The young lady that sat us was so sweet and she had us sitting in Lindsey's area.. Lindsey was our waitress and she kept good eye on us, filled our drinks and gave us time to chat before we ordered. You can not ask for better waitress!! You can order breakfast all day or chose something else from the vast menu. It was hard to chose but I wanted breakfast my friend wanted fish and chips! She substitute Cole slaw for decent sized side salad which only cost $1 extra.. it was quiet today but we came late morning. We were not rushed by any means and Lindsey brought us Togo boxes when we finally decided we were done. Really cute place with good food and pretty big portions. I saw the order of chicken and waffles go to table behind us and it was huge! I've had my eye on this place for a little bit now. The decision to finally go was well worth it. We were greeted right away and sat. The waiter was quickly to our table and had our orders to us. The food was cooked well and tasted great. The prices are not bad for what you get. The inside is open and appealing to the eye. The noise isn't bad inside and it seemed to be very clean. Their sanitation score is pretty good also. The only bad thing I can say, they need to be easy on the grease. The bacon and hash browns were soaked with it. The food still tasted great. read more

The service got off to a rocky start after waiting 9 min for anyone to even come to the table with water. After that it was good. Good portions, nicely prepared food, I will go back again. My only suggestion is the food needed seasoning and the eggs in the chicken and egg Benedict were overcooked ( not so much you couldn't eat it just not over easy). Pricing was reasonable. My Brunch experience today was not like the experiences others have had here. Our server was not very friendly at all. The place wasn't as clean as I would have wanted and the food was subpar. The biggest reason I was upset was because my friend called ahead of time and asked if they Bloody Mary's and they said yes. They even have them listed on the menu. So when ordered one, the server tells me that their bloody Mary's are made with sake. What the heck? That's not a Bloody Mary and I don't even know how they can claim that to be. It was awful! I ordered a cup of the chicken noodle soup and ate about half and didn't take it to go That says a lot right there. I also ordered the eggs beside g with broccoli instead of hash browns. It was so average and so meh. My friend has the mimosa flight and one of her glasses had stiff floating around in it so she had to send it back. Busy! But we got seated within three minutes. Waitress was nice and once I told her that it was our first time then she gave us additional information. So I would suggest that you let her know if it is your first time, otherwise not sure that she would have said anything about the menu. She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu but we had to wave her down to take our order. Don't get me wrong, she was friendly and sweet but not attentive. Maybe she just had too many tables. I had the Philly sandwich ($12.99) and it was VERY Good. The cheese melted in your mouth and the meat was tender and flavorful. I asked if the coleslaw was made there and she said yes, so I got it. It was good but could have been colder. Maybe it sat under the lights to long, or they leave some out for serving. My daughter had the chicken salad sandwich with fries, which she liked. Not over the moon but good. I took a bite and had to add salt. Daughter had half and half tea but we had to flag her down our girl to get a refill and she had no idea what she had. We told her half and half but she ended up bringing back raspberry tea and unsweetened. We then could not find our waitress to correct it and had to ask another one if she could help us. The second waitress was a little rude but brought back the perfect tea. We were done and sat for awhile until we finally were able to flag down our waitress. I went with my husband and 2 children. My littlest said that the eggs tasted funny they didn't taste like regular eggs. I ordered a waffle, and they had some fruit on it. No, I watched my waffles set under the heat lamp. For 9 minutes, by the time I got to me, the plate was hot. The waffle was not for a $13 waffle. I would expect it to be hot. So I've eaten here twice in three days and both times my sandwich was so filling and delicious that I couldn't finish my sides. The coffee is fresh ground and probably the only restaurant where it doesn't need tarted up with sugar to hide the bitter taste of sitting around.
