Daughter got avocado toast, she said well seasoned. Bread toasted, avocado creamy, she mentioned it was overwhelming with the everything seasoning, my sausage egg and cheese croissant was what you would expect. Order of hash browns has only 5 small hash browns in it. They do slap though. Her iced caramel signature latte and her words are " ai will get this every time we come here". The service is a solid 2. They try but not enough to really care. The lobby was packed and dirty, very busy place. Maybe you wont get the same experience on a different day or time. So I come here every morning and about twice a week nobody is here to open the store on time they're late come in after 5:00 then we have to wait for the ovens to heat up for them to be able to make any food and brew coffee I don't understand how somebody keeps a job in this place with this consistently happening. When they are open on time the service is quick friendly and the food and coffee are great but when my home morning is put behind 20 to 30 minutes because somebody isn't here to open the store on time it's really annoying read more

There's a reason why I dread coming to this Dunkin. I ordered through the Dunkin app, was told at the speaker to "Skip the line and go to the second window." I noted the car before me did the same thing. However, in order to get to the second window you have to maneuver your vehicle in front of other vehicles and then reverse your vehicle to the window. Needless to say I waited for my mobile order, annnnd waited .... watched everyone behind me get their orders. It wasn't until I honked my horn that someone remembered I was there. Ok so the first coffee I ever fell in love with was the DD iced Mocha Swirl Latte, and I've been drinking those for the last 20 years because if I ever switch to a different drink at the DD I usually regret my decision. This DD has the iced Mocha Swirl Latte recipe down perfectly so no complaints there, all the delicious Mocha Swirl Lattes I've had at this location are what save this location from getting a 1 star. The bad: They just can't seem to get any faster and there's always a long wait in the drive-thru or inside. Even when placing a to-go order on the app, you usually get there and still have a wait! If you order anything other than a drink it gets forgotten. So basically if you need to hurry somewhere or don't have time to wait don't go there if there are more than 2 cars in the drive-thru. read more

ROCK STARS!!!! They were insanely busy this morning; both inside and the drive-thru. Let me tell you, all of those workers were working their tails off! I got my order right on time. Despite having a very rude woman (Karen) screaming unpleasant things at them, they remained unfazed and worked extremely hard to get everyone their food and drinks on time. These people need a raise! Excellent friendly employees. Always smiles when I visit, which is near daily. I mostly use the mobile app, and my orders are always finished in a timely manner! I'm not sure why folks are having issues with this place, but if I had to guess, I'd say they are probably being as complicated as humanly possible. Ordered a nitro cold brew for $4 bucks and got a half filled cup. I tried explaining it to the employee that the cup was only half full but she kept telling me it's because the foam on top. She kept saying she would remake it, but if you don't understand the problem you can't fix the mistake. So long story short I paid $4 bucks for $ 2 bucks worth of coffee. I've been here only 3 times, However, those 3 times have been the same experience. I do an order ahead usually it's when I have a long drive. I get to wait about 5-10 mins per car in front of me in the drive thru lane. Sure no biggie. Then I get told to go to the second window where I get ignored for the next 30/40 mins. So if you have an hour to dedicate to pick up an order thru a drive thru this is the place for you! Otherwise you'll have better luck going to the one by Lowe's and driving back thru Richlands. Today I rung their bell twice. Waited for an order placed at 11:08 until 11:42 and ONLY GOT MY FOOD BECAUSE I WENT INSIDE! On top of that the employee tells me they're out of meat that's why I haven't received my order like that excuses the lack of acknowledgment for 30 mins at the window. I would've loved a refund so I could leave and not be late for my appt but guess what? NOT AN OPTION THRU THE APP. Then after I agree to have the meal made with wtvr ingredients they have I see they're looking for me head to the counter to retrieve my food I EXTEND MY HAND TO THE EMPLOYEE AND HE PLACES IT ON THE COUNTER. Thanks a lot! Great service thrilled to be there! I understand being busy and I understand being out of stock but the lack of respect for people's time and even the minimum effort to try and service someone who's already paid for their food is just disgusting. I don't ever feel the need to leave bad reviews however after going through the drive through yesterday morning and being called a "F****** B****" after she gave me a hard time stating it wasn't what I ordered even though I knew it was. To make matters worse, the donut she finally gave me as a replacement looked like she stomped on it. I reached out to corporate and was given a 10 dollar gift card and told they will talk to her. they could've done more to make me feel safe going here again. I won't ever be returning though. To talk to me like that, especially in front of my toddler is just outrageous. To call someone that over a donut and as a customer service worker is appalling. Very slow. Can't ever get orders right. Always out of everything. Not worth the long wait at all. The employees always seem confused which isn't their fault. Needs better management. Waited 10 min at the drive through window for one donut... they're already made... I don't understand the wait.
