Dunkin offers a wireless charging table! Charge your phone while you charge your body!
Zenobia M.

Excellent friendly employees. Always smiles when I visit, which is near daily. I mostly use the mobile app, and my orders are always finished in a timely manner! I'm not sure why folks are having issues with this place, but if I had to guess, I'd say they are probably being as complicated as humanly possible. Seriously folks, if you have to alter a drink or sandwich far from it's original menu format, perhaps dining out isn't for you.

Half full nitro cold brew
Robert R.

Ordered a nitro cold brew for $4 bucks and got a half filled cup. I tried explaining it to the employee that the cup was only half full but she kept telling me it's because the foam on top. She kept saying she would remake it, but if you don't understand the problem you can't fix the mistake. So long story short I paid $4 bucks for $ 2 bucks worth of coffee. The coffee shop up the road is a much better option.

a hand holding a chocolate donut with sprinkles

usually I don't have an issue here but this donut looks nasty and it was supposed to be a strawberry with sprinkles. no idea what their employee was thinking giving it to a customer. I wasn't rude or anything thought we were all good lol.

Bagel

We were the only ones in line and paid 15$ for 2 drinks that were half ass made, and waited 20 min for, and the bagel that we got, had enough cream cheese to kill someone, couldn't even eat the bagel, and the amount of sugar at the bottom of my cup that when I took a sip of.... All I got was a good straw full of sugar, great way to start my morning

Some of the best donuts we have ever had. Everyone loved them! Our family will be raving about…read morethese donuts for years to come! Thank you for having us King Dennis!!!

We were so excited to try this donut shop after seeing great photos online, but unfortunately our…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the shop appeared very dirty and poorly maintained. The smell of old grease was overwhelming, and the cleanliness of the store immediately raised concerns. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. As soon as we entered, the employee spoke to us in a rude, snarky, and confrontational tone. Instead of politely saying something like, "Please keep the door shut," or "We'd appreciate it if the door remained closed," she immediately asked, "Did someone tell you to prop that door open?" The wording and delivery came across as unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming. It instantly made us feel uncomfortable, and the tension in the store seemed noticeable to others as well. We came in genuinely excited to support a local business, but between the condition of the shop and the way we were treated, we decided not to stay. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences we've had. I hope the owners take steps to improve both the cleanliness of the establishment and the way customers are greeted and treated. Based on the photos online, we expected a completely different experience.

Best donuts around! Kids loved them, they were a nice treat for the beginning of a great beach day!read more

Despite a couple scathing reviews I've written over the years, I really try hard to only do good…read moreYelp reviews simply because posting a bad review unfairly is playing with a person's livelihood. That being said, I feel like this review should be viewed more as a public service announcement. Call it what you want, it ain't good, but neither are these donuts, so there's that... Just this morning, my wife asked me what kind of donuts I wanted, and my exact response was, "I don't care. A bad donut is better than a good bagel any day, so get me whatever." About 30 minutes later, I was proven wrong AND introduced to the only bad donut I've ever eaten. First of all, understand going into this place that chaos theory is their business model. By that I mean this: whatever your vision of a "donut" is, flip it upside down and inside out, and then make it all way more complex and intricate than it needs to be, and that's what you're going to get here. If the idiomatic phrase "too clever by half" were a donut place, it would be this donut place because they take a simple donut and turn it into a Rube Goldberg device that just isn't as good as it is complex. As far as texture goes, think of a donut in your head. Whatever your favorite is, think of that. You may think of sweet, dense, cakey donuts capable of holding tons of toppings (think Dunkin), or you may think of the uber-sweet, light-and-fluffy donuts glazed and hot off the conveyor belt (think Krispy). Now that you've pictured that, mash them both up together. Take a cake donut and treat it like a "hot off the belt" donut while frying it in oil that's too cold so it absorbs too much grease. Cakey donuts and Krispy donuts, they aren't the same, friends, and they shouldn't be treated the same because what you're going to get if you do is nothing like the donut in your head. Next, flavor-wise, understand that these donuts are basically made from slightly more dense pancake batter. That's it, and not much sweeter I might add, and definitely nothing special. Here's where the whole thing goes off the rails though. They take all of these steaming round rings of run-of-the-mill and douse them with thin coats of whatever you want on them, and none of whatever they're putting on these convoluted collars of cake ends up as a solid covering; it all turns to a puddle of liquid disaster surrounding this so-called donut. You want a Boston cream? Well, they douse the whole thing in a watery chocolate glaze and slap a dollop of vanilla pudding into the hole of said disappointment. There! Done! You want a maple bacon donut? Well, kiss the maple goodbye, glaze it with something watery and too sweet, sprinkle it with sugar, and throw some bacon on top. There! Done! All in all, these were just really bad donuts that tasted like pancakes (I love pancakes, but these wouldn't even qualify as decent pancakes!). I'm sure it's a local novelty, and I'm sure they have cultivated a cult following of good ole southern Karens, Kens, and their kids, but I'm also sure their product doesn't live up to the definition of what a donut is in its most basic form. I have to assume they have survived because they are the only donut shop in the area, and they have the market cornered. I won't be a repeat customer, but good luck to you if you choose to try these, and I hope they're better than the two boxes I have that are going down for the dog to eat the second my wife turns her back.

I've only been here once -- Sunday of Memorial Day weekend -- and unfortunately it wasn't the best…read moreexperience. First off, by the time we arrived around 10am, they only had a few donuts left. Honestly, I wouldn't necessarily count that against them because it may just be a sign that the donuts are really popular. They were completely sold out by 10:30, though, so definitely come early if donuts are your priority. We were lucky enough to grab a strawberry donut and a half dozen munchies, and the donuts themselves were GREAT! I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel. The flavors were good, but the bagel was a little too crunchy which made it difficult to eat. If I went again, I'd probably either get the Asiago bagel with cream cheese or stick to a plain bagel for the sandwich. My daughter ordered the bacon, lettuce, and pimento cheese biscuit, but they were out of biscuits so she switched to a bagel instead. Unfortunately, they forgot the bacon entirely, which was pretty disappointing since that's a major part of the sandwich. My other daughter ordered the Baja breakfast burrito with salsa on the side, but the salsa was put directly on the burrito. To their credit, they did offer to remake it, but we had already been waiting about 20 minutes so we decided to just keep it. Oddly, we still had to wait another 7 minutes after that for our food. Overall, the donuts were excellent, but between the long wait, several order issues, and limited availability, it just wasn't a place I'd personally go back to.
