I love this place. Every time I go to topsail I hit here first, grab a coffee and a sandwich and go to the beach. I go here honestly several times when I'm in the area. The staff is always friendly and quick with orders. I really like that they even have a drive through. The sandwiches are great and easily customizable. I also highly recommend the breakfast paninis, they also have a great pesto aioli. Please keep in mind during tourist season this place is packed! They get orders out fairly fast but be patient it will be worth it. I haven't tried the pastries but the cheese cake is really good too. I was in town for a wedding and we needed some coffee STAT! lol We decided on this location because it was on the way to the wedding location. We were so excited we came here! They serve LaVazza coffee to perfection. On the second day, we decided to eat here before heading home. I got the ice vanilla latte again (with an extra shot of espresso for the drive), and I ordered the lox bagel. Everything was SO GOOD! That bagel held me over for hours. They also serve bakery style items such as pastries and cookies. If I had a taste for one I would definitely get it because they looked delicious. The cafe is so cute too, it's a small diner style interior that just feels classic. Along with everyone's good mood, you just feel good coming back again and again. A great restaurant for breakfast in the NTB area! Lunch is good, too, but not as good as breakfast items! This location in Sneads Ferry gets pretty packed inside on the weekend so take that into consideration when wanting to dine in. Staff really hustle to keep the food and patrons flowing though! Really hard workers! Breakfast items on the menu covered just about any normal breakfast sandwich you could think of. When they ask you if you want the pesto sauce, the answer is definitely, "yes". Trust me, you will be so sorry that you missed out on that yummy deliciousness if you don't accept it! I never had it before but I will always get it when I visit Napoli Cafe. Lunch offerings are a little slimmer than breakfast but there's still plenty to choose from. At lunch when they ask if you want corn salad, again, do yourself a favor and say, "yes". It's a tasty little treat! Adds just a little something, something to your meal! Espresso Drinks are not consistent and I understand that not all baristas are created equal, ie., some are more skilled! On weekend, my Iced Caramel Macchiato was banging but through the week, it left a lot to be desired! It was weak and the staff member did not dress it up with the chocolate or caramel syrup. So, yeh, if you're local, maybe you could find your favorite barista and follow their work schedule for the best drinks! Service was always great! Staff work really hard at this location. it is a very busy restaurant most days and the drive thru backs up into the shopping complex/strip mall parking lot. Do not go here in a hurry or expect really quick service when it is busy, it is a small restaurant with a limited number of staff that bust their butts to serve everyone as quickly as they can. I will definitely visit this location when I am vacationing in the area! I am so glad that I have found a local, small go-to restaurant in the area I vacation in a lot! I had a really great salad today. I asked if they would make me a Turkey and provolone because it was not on the menu. They were happy to and even added black olives for me. So I've been to Napoli Cafe before when they first opened and it has only gotten better! They now have a drive through which previously they didn't so this is a huge plus in this area. Milkshakes , ice cream, fresh deserts and unlimited ways to make your coffee made fresh and hot / cold ! The food is just delicious I cannot say enough about it and local is key! There is limited seating outside if you'd like and plenty of room inside. Staff is friendly and ready to help you if you need it. There is a restroom available for patrons. No dogs are allowed inside, however you may sit outside with your fur baby. If doing so please make sure to clean up any waste your pet has should they have an accident. Bring plenty of water for your pet or ask inside for water (always have a water bowl for your pet) Aside that what are you waiting on drive over and have some delicious fresh food cooked to order! read more

I was in a hurry out the door and hadn't eaten breakfast so I spotted this drive through on my way back from the grocery store. I heard lots of good things so I was excited to try the food. Took me a moment to look over the menu and I told the barista it was my first time there. So was so sweet and asked what I liked and helped me build my breakfast bagel. Omg it's SO GOOD. The waffles are tasty and cooked golden brown. The only ding was the bacon, which reminded us of fast food bacon. It was thin and undercooked. Service was incredibly friendly and attentive, we just had to ask for pepper, ketchup, hot sauce, etc. They don't keep much of anything on the tables, so make sure you ask & get set up with what you need. This review is based on a single experience for dinner grabbing a sandwich. Overall just found it to be OK. This place is in the corner of the Food Lion shopping plaza in Sneads Ferry. Its a coffee/breakfast/deli place; which can definitely work around here. I haven't been since moving back into the area, but the NY Bagel and Deli is right across the street and was always a great place for a sandwich, or breakfast. It's a decent sized place with several tables and a long lunch counter on the wall. A big menu board has all the coffee/espresso drinks you'd expect to see in a coffee house in today's day and age. Sandwich: I wanted something hot so I went with a meatball sub. My first bite reaction: Pretty bland. The bread was good, which is promising if going for lunch and you want to go for a more traditional deli sandwich. Another plus; this was not a Subway Meatball Sub; they stuffed this thing with big meatballs. Very happy with the meat to bread ratio; I was not hungry at the conclusion of this sandwich. But at the end of the day, it's about taste. The meatballs and sauce were bland. Three stars may be unfair. Expecting a good meatball sub in a coffee/breakfast/deli, is a stretch. But that's what I ordered, so that's what I'm rating. I'll give em another shot and update if they beat the 3-stars. read more
